Entrance has a bumpy ride in from potholes! Drove into the bay with no wait. Greeted immediately. Their information system is synced with car fax if that is of interest. The staff were great and I was out and back on the road in quick time.

They almost damaged my engine with there oil!My engine was about to break into pieces because of there oil and they kept saying the problem was from my car, after I changed the brand of the oil to mobile oil that I bought from Walmart my car worked perfectly.I did the oil change right in front of them.

I took my Jeep in to chase an oil leak. The crew performed a detailed check of my system and found that the issue was a simple plug screw change. They changed the screw, cleaned up the mess left behind by the leak and topped my fluids. This crew saved me a lot of money, stress and downtime by being thorough and efficient. Sam and Michael addressed all my questions quickly and gave me the upmost confidence in their work. This is the only place in town I trust to be honest with services and prices. The crew being friendly and helpful is a huge plus. Thanks again, Sam and Jeffrey for the great service and feedback. Great team!!

Excellent service, I came in with what I thought was an oil leak from my previous dealership service. The crew here checked from top to bottom and identified the issue and had me out just as quick as I pulled in. They even topped my oil off replacing what I lost. I definitely recommend them.

Paid 94$ for basic oil change and air filter, way over priced and I won't go back. The workers there are very nice and they get the one star. Valvoline responded by all they do and fast service making this price worth it... My response is all places provide same things for much lower cost. I could have went to Big O tires and got exact same service for oil change at 34.95$ but I chose valvoline only because it was closer to home and I never been there before. I normally review very positively but this time I was disappointed

A bit expensive if you think about it for what you get come out pretty good, sitting in your car while everything is being done is great, unlike other places you know that they are working on your car and your not wasting time. The staff was great. The things they did like checking and topping off fluids, tire pressure

Had my oil changed here. The price for an oil change was $107. That was just an oil change. The car was a Chevy Cruze that requires 4.3qts of 5w-30 synthetic oil. You can buy the oil for around $30. The OEM filter costs around $8. I get having overhead but come on. I ll never return.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went in for an oil change seeing as they do a 18 point inspection along with it. Had, or I believe everything was checked out.I get home and looked at my coolant reservoir and it is completely empty. They marked it as Checked/-OK.Sorry that's not ok. Hoping they didn't skip over anything else.Service: Oil change

Damaged my transmission, they poured transmission fluid into the excess venting port and attempted to place blame on my previous mechanic. They also ended up not being able to remove my skid plate and doing the oil change, telling me the only option they could do is tear it off if I wanted an oil change.

Have used Valvoline for 4-5 years in several states due to being a military family.Started using them when it was almost impossible to get an appt at the dealership. I love the convenience of the drop-in service. Have always had great customer service, timely and offer a military discount which is normally better than the coupon I am sent.

The price was regular, but the military discount was nice A bunch of young kids working there, but they were all polite and seemed pretty damn competent, that was very refreshing Full top office for free of all the usual stuff, they show you the levels and what s going on I ll come back here for all my vehicles

They get three stars for having a fake photo. Great service real fast at criminal prices. I still go here rather than wait two hours at the dealership. Wish they did more services.. Tire rotations mainly. Kind of a bummer that they don't. Employees are amazing.

I had the idea that I would get the oil changed and have the vehicle looked over so immediately I recalled Oil Can Henrys great service but I found out that they changed their name. I knew what to expect (service wise) when I got there but the big surprise was that it would be the highlight of my day. The service tech up top was new to town, just came in from Kentucky and he provided exceptionally friendly customer service. The whole shop had a good atmosphere of happy workers. I went in for an oil change and noticed on of the tech using a ratchet and socket on my battery bracket. I thought maybe he was just tightening it up. When I got home I noticed that it was completely undone and not securing my battery. Why? Just baffling. Won't be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Its great that they report service to CarMax if youre ever gonna sell your car. Do they also report all those "overdue" services they try and sell you? That would be not so great.

The customer service I received today from Tyler was substandard. I don t know what was wrong with him but he was unprofessional and abrasive towards me. He even used profanity towards other staff members, which I don t think is appropriate. Although the rest of the staff that assisted me was helpful and polite, I can t say that my overall experience was a positive one. I recommend that management address this by Reiterating the importance of being polite and courteous to customers. After all, being courteous is a basic skill. There are other places in town where I can get an oil change and Routine maintenance services without feeling disrespected.Service: Oil change

Professional team, did a good job on my truck but the did not correctly secure the splash plate on my VW after the oil change and it came flying off as I was driving. I would not recommend bringing any vehicle with a splash plate to them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

On two different vehicles the person who installed the oil filter did not tighten it down so I had oil leaking from the filter. On one car I took it to the dealership and they changed oil on the other I hand tightened the filter 1/4 turn.The people are friendly, but for around $90, I expected it to be done correctly.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The manager Brandon was incredibly thorough with explaining what all services that were offered. They were quick and the whole crew was super professional! Great team. Great service. Very trustworthy. They do your oil change while you re in your car so you know they re not ripping you off. I liked that part of it a lot, I hate paying someone to do something when I can t even see what they re doing. Tim, Anthony, and the rest of the crew did an excellent job. I will be back for my next oil change.

They really know their stuff. It's a little more expensive than Jiffy Lube for a reason... They actually look at your car and inspect a ton of things during your visit. They offer quite a few great services and tests to let you know what needs servicing on your car.
