Sierra Vista Glass and Vista Glass, owned by the same entity, project an image of expansive coverage across various cities like Green Valley, Vail, Sahuarita, Oro Valley, Benson, Willcox, and surrounding areas. However, my experience with them reveals a stark contrast between their outward appearance and internal operations. Their phone system falsely presents multiple offices across different locations, yet all calls inevitably redirect to Sierra Vista Glass/Vista Glass. This deceptive tactic creates an illusion of widespread accessibility, masking the reality of only two existing offices. Employees are instructed to mislead customers by claiming the company is in the process of establishing offices in said cities, while technicians predominantly operate from Tucson or Sierra Vista offices. This deliberate misinformation undermines trust and transparency, which are crucial for fostering positive customer relationships.Furthermore, Sierra Vista Glass/Vista Glass engages in unethical practices to maximize profits, regardless of customer satisfaction or employee well-being. They employ deceptive methods to divert customers from other glass shops, even impersonating competitors like Dwight's Auto Glass or A1 Glass. Customer service representatives are instructed to deceive callers and secure sales, disregarding ethical standards and fair competition. The company pressures employees to coerce customers into using insurance for windshield claims, irrespective of whether they possess glass coverage. This profit-driven approach exploits customers' financial circumstances and undermines their freedom of choice. Sierra Vista Glass/Vista Glass prioritizes financial gain over integrity, customer satisfaction, and employee welfare. Prospective customers should exercise caution when engaging with a company that values profit at the expense of transparency, ethical conduct, and genuine service.Dear Richard Main,It's disheartening when customer feedback isn't dealt with directly, especially when AI-generated messages are used to respond. Even though you could not find me in the customer database, I've heard troubling stories from customers about hidden fees. These fees, like the $65-$85 charge for customers living far from your shops, are not explained upfront. So you do not always offer free mobile service like you claim. Being honest about fees is important so customers know what to expect. While I appreciate your email, I feel like I need to share my experiences publicly so other customers know what's going on. I believe talking openly is important for customers.

This is the place! My windshield was damaged by an 18 wheeler throwing rocks after making an unsafe lane change at I 10 and 202 in Phoenix. EDEKA at the Fry Blvd location was incredibly helpful and quite knowledgeable. She teamed up with JARED at Sierra Toyota. The specialty windshield was replaced in two weeks. The car was left clean and the Mister Car wash sticker and dealer service record sticker was removed from the old one and placed on the new. Definitely a recommend!

Would not recommend Sierra Vista Glass or Lawley Ford for windshield replacement. Sierra Vista Glass failed to properly coordinate appointment with the dealer for vehicle drop off. Ford Lawley had no appointment scheduled for my service or tracking I was dropping my car off. While both companies blame each other I m still left with a broken windshield and no appointment. I am currently enrolled in a course at Fort Huachuca and am unable to miss much work as a result. Now after waiting several weeks for an appointment I will miss more work, and have to continue to inconvenience my colleagues for transportation till they arrange another appointment. I feel all of this could have been avoided with better communication between these two parties who have to work together.

Rude lady on the phone told me she had never heard of low iron glass, which is pretty common glass. Waited two days to hear back from thier chat funtion after which the reply i got told me to call them. Dont enjoy having my time wasted, why have an online chat if your just going to make me call you anyways.

Their prices are reasonable but their techs are inexperienced. Only use if you don't have glass coverage.

The tech ran late and then showed up with the wrong windshield. This was on a Friday. Tried to reschedule on Monday and sat on hold for 20 minutes. The only good thing about this company is Douglas. He's always nice and actually cares about the customers.

I was a customer with Vista Glass about five years ago while stationed at Davis-Monthan. I have not lived in Tucson for over four years now and I'm currently stationed in Alaska. I STILL receive calls from Sierra Vista Glass, and due to the time difference some of these are coming in at 5 AM. I have spoken to the people calling, as well as managers, and been assured that I'm removed from the call list. Yet here we are five years later and in the midst of a world wide pandemic... I got a call yesterday. NO! I haven't lived there in years, I don't want your service, even if I did I'm not driving from Alaska to get it! STOP CALLING ME!EDITED: WOW! Just got another call today, three days after telling the last guy I no longer live in Arizona. Talked to another manager today. He told me they pulled me off the call list but their sales reps pulled some old documentation to follow up with old leads and that may be why I was getting called. We'll see.31 Jan 2024: Three years after my last post, I've received another message about services from Vista Glass in AZ."Hello this is Cailee with Vista glass I did a windshield replacement on one of your vehicles I'm just checking to see if you have any chips or cracks for the promotion I'm putting a ceramic uv kit on the new glass"I have not lived in AZ sine 2016. Please remove me from your call list.

Front desk lady was great and helpful. They did my bathroom window, did a great job btw and done same day at a decent price. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I Google mapped their address, it took me somewhere completely different and i drove around for 10min trying to look for it. I called and got the real address and they told me it's been like that for 2years. I think it's time to update that.

I got my windshield replaced from here about 4 years ago. They Did a good job. About 3 years ago I have moved from the state. They call me every few months. And every time I ask them if they will stop calling as I do not even live in the state anymore. All their sales reps always say they will take me off their calling list. So after 3 years they are still calling every few months. Today a rep called me and I told him the same thing. And that I want their website to leave a review about what has been going on then he hung up on me and did not give me the information I asked for. So I had to call back and ask for their website ect. This is terrible customer service. If you want to be hassled all then time then this is the place to get your windshield repaired.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The new windshield had chips in it and the tinting had scratches. I tried to get them to make it right and they said they guarantee their work. It took six phone calls. I had to take time off work and so did my husband. I reported it as soon as the windshield was installed they insisted on seeing it twice after. Then when we took it into the business the two ladies kept giving sideways nonverbal rude communication to each other as we were trying to talk to them. I will never use this business again.Spare yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else if you need windshield services. I reported them to my insurance company.Service: Auto glass repair

I have always had my glass repair done by these guys and it's quality work every time. I usually catch them when they have a promotion going and it's the icing on the cake. I had a Ford Flex and after the side panels kept warping within a week they went the extra mile by using better ones at no cost to me.December of 2017 I got a call from one of their call center representatives, Mark, and he worked with me and my insurance to get my windows replaced. Since it wasn't a single hit to my insurance he offered to give the promotion for each window. It is closing in on the end of March and they have still failed to honor their offer. Now this isn't all that has happened which has made me speak out. At least twice a month I get a call, usually from Mark, and they ask if my windows need repairs. After the initial opening lines they realize who I am and I get an apology, an offer to do better than the promotion, I talk to managers then I wait. A week or two later when nothing arrives I either call them or I get a call asking about my windows. The latest guy called me last Friday, after telling him about all of this he promised management had taken care of it. Monday guess who called me asking about my windows? You guessed it! He then assured me that management had followed through and he would call back in a couple days as they sent it out on Friday. So it's Friday, I have gotten no call and nothing in the mail. The calls asking about how they can help me goes great at reminding me they have been dishonest and their word has no meaning. I really hope someone reads this and does something to remedy this because I love the work they do but I can't use someone I don't trust.

Excellent place for auto glass, I needed new windshield, was replaced at a great price and installation was quick, courteous and professional. I brought the minivan into shop (after setting up appointment on phone the afternoon before), and was in-and-out in about an hour. Highly recommended shop! They also offer mobile service and will come to you.

I needed my windshield replaced on a hard to find car. I was quoted a reasonable price and they stayed on schedule and budget. A pleasure to work with, which is all to hard to say these days in Sierra Vista. Thanks again to everyone at SV Glass and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with you all again.

I am very upset with the lack of customer service I had recently received from Sierra Vista Glass. The receptionist (Danay) who had called me was incredibly rude and lacked professionalism throughout my situation. I had replaced my windshield with them and started to notice that the molding surrounding the windshield was coming apart from the glass. I was not sure if this was normal so I had called Sierra Vista Glass to schedule a time and date to have someone come and take a look at it. The time that was scheduled was from 2pm-5pm. The receptionist had called me at 8 am that day and wanted to negotiate an earlier time for the technician to take a look at it. I was not available at an earlier time so I denied the request. It's around 2pm and I do not get a call from the technician to meet with me. I then call Sierra Vista Glass to see if he is on the way and the receptionist tells me that he had already come by my apartment complex without me physically being there and had already checked out my windshield and said that he did not notice anything wrong...... I had not even given them an actual stall number to where my car was parked which completely baffles me. I am not sure if this is common practice for them but I am no longer doing business with them at all.

My name is Denis Reed I must say this is the best and most professional glass shop that I have been too and trust me I have been to a lot because I travel a lot. For one they found the glass on my classic car, I tried 3 other glass shops and the earliest they could get it was two weeks vista glass got it the next day. The installation went great the glass looked so clean when I sold the car I was able to get a extra 1,000 my appointment time was from 10-2 I told them I had to be back to work so I could only a hour from 11:00 to 12:00 to get it done they showed up at 10:45 and was done at 11:10 so I was able to still take a lunch the techs and the employees are great and professional I will never go to another glass shop ever I highly recommend this shop to anyone that's has glass problems that's if you want quick, professional work done. Thanks Vista glass you are the best by far

Only dealt with Sierra Vista glass twice. In 2019 broke a window in our house . It was dual pane 25 x 64 tempered glass. Thought then that the price was a little steep at $299. But being one of two shops in town, (not many options) we went with it. It s likely standard for them to quote one and a half to two weeks for the order of glass to come in. Three weeks later our glass was installed by installer G Marlow. He was very friendly, very informative, professional and did a great job making sure everything was sealed, cleaned and picked up. On the other hand, did not have such a good experience with the service department. Let s just say they weren t friendly:very confrontational and spoke in a matter of fact tone. There wasn t much leeway with them. Don t ask for an expedited order, you will be treated like you have three heads.Fast forward 5/13/2020. Broke the same window again. Thought one good thing is Sierra Vista Glass has the information it s the same window they won t have to come out and measure. Wrong. Even though it was the same exact window as the one they replaced previously, they insisted on coming out and measuring (said they couldn t find the file from one year prior). They came out 5/14 and measured. Told the price had gone up to a total $335.25. Same Day the required half down $167.62 was paid. Did ask if there was any discount for frequent fliers considering it was two years in a row in the same window. Really didn t expect it but I never got a yes or no. Was just told "this is the price do you want it done?" Realized it was the same internal reps that we dealt with in 2019. They quoted one and a half to two weeks for when the glass would be in. That brought us out to 5/28. Specifically requested an early delivery if it came in prior to 5/28 and asked to be called if it was not in on 5/28. 5/28 came and went. Called on 6/2. Was informed it did not come in and that regular deliveries were on Tuesdays and Fridays so it was expected to come in on 6/5. Again, asked to be notified. Had to call them on 6/8 for status. Was informed then that they had other customers who had been waiting a month and a half at the time of the order. Everything is getting blamed on the Covid 19. But if there were customers whose orders were a month and a half late already why did they still quote a week and a half to two weeks?? Rep said it really didn t matter because they were shorthanded and installations were behind anyway. Asked if a manager could call the following day. Waited until late afternoon and never received a call so called them on 6 9 . They finally scheduled installation for 6/18. Asked for the second time to speak to a manager to work it out (felt the time was excessive for installation and wanted it pulled in sicne the order should have been expedited from the beginning). An internal sales lady called and said she could pull it in for installation on 6/16. That was a little better but still, wanted to speak to a manager. The glass was indeed installed on 6/16, In the end it was done professionally once again by G Marlow. Thank you Mr. Marlow for being a good representative of your company. Only if G Marlow Could man the phones too this might be a great company to deal with. As of today it is not. they have the corner on the market in this area and they know it, so they feel they can treat people any which way. There is roughly 800,000 inside sales job openings every year. Traditionally these reps conduct business by phones. But more and more companies are requiring face-to-face with potential customers by introducing Skype and other forms of electronics to close the gap with potential customers. I think this would be a great method of communication for Sierra Vista glass to try out. Maybe if there is more face time between their reps and the customers there will be less lies & indifferent attitudes, and more commitments to completing the jobs on time. - Mike Jackson & Tracey Raines, Homeowners

Last January I bought a home that needed several costly renovations. One of the things which I wanted to replace was the sliding glass door as the handle was loose and it was unable to be tightened no matter how hard I tried and also one of the double panes of glass was missing on the stationary side of the door. As I have a security system and there were more pressing repairs that needed to be done first, the sliding door was put on hold. While weeding the yard one day, I hit a rock which flew into the sliding door, shattering it. I went to one of the big box stores in town and was given a cost of $1500.00 (!!!) for a replacement sliding door as it was going to have to be a special order and would take approximately six weeks to deliver. A co-worker, who has lived in Sierra Vista much longer than I, recommended that I call Sierra Vista Glass to come out and see if they may be able to repair the existing door rather than replacing the door, since that was going to be so expensive. They had repaired her sliding door and she was very pleased with their work. I gave them a call and spoke with Brooke, who had a very nice man named Gary, come out to measure the glass, check the handle, and rollers on the bottom of the door. Gary gave me an estimate right away and stated he could make my door work like a new one! Needless to say, I had him order the parts and in one week he was back and replaced both sides of the door with double pane glass, put on a new door handle, replaced the rollers on the bottom of the door, and replaced the track rim on the bottom of the frame. And, Gary was correct - my sliding door works just like a new one and looks great too! Sierra Vista Glass was able to do all of the repairs for $542.00 which is so much better than the $1500.00 I would have paid for a replacement door! If you have similar repairs that need to be done, I highly recommend Sierra Vista Glass. Brooke in the office and Gary who came out and did the work, were very kind and professional and Gary did not stop until the work was completed properly. Very pleased with the results!

Sierra Vista Glass recently installed a large [6 x 6 ] picture window for us after our original window was damaged. From the initial call to schedule the replacement estimate to the window installation, the service was top notch. An installation tech came out to assess the damage on the morning we called. The office liaison, Brooke, kept us informed as to the status of the window [a special order item] and was highly efficient in coordinating the repair and billing. The window installers, Gary and Cameron, did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and left the work area spotless. We are extremely pleased with the new window. My husband and I highly recommend Sierra Vista Glass.

They wont stop calling and texting after asking them severql times.. Once again they have reached out to offer promotions and to look at my windows. So they have not taken me off their list. Again I told them to take me off their calling list ect. I guess they do not care about their customers. I dont know how hard it is do to that. Is there a way I can report this to the BBB as harassment?Service: Auto glass repair

I tried to utilize the mobile glass windshield replacement. But ultimately I could not trust them. I wanted to like this business; local company with professional signage. I submitted a Progressive glass claim on Monday May 13th. I did not hear anything on Tuesday or Wednesday. I called the company on Thursday. Apparently their computer system was down and did not see my claim previously. But after some effort they found my claim. Scheduled my appointment for Monday with a FOUR HOUR window. I found that a long time to wait. But I made the appointment.Monday rolls around. I waited patiently trying to stay busy while I waited for a call. 8 am no call, 8:30 am no call. Eventually the office called me at 9 am saying my glass was not delivered. I wasted an hour of my time by their mess up. I rescheduled for Tuesday 21 May.At around 3 pm I called the office to make sure my glass was delivered. I was forwarded to the Tucson office and they could not answer any questions. They promised to email me. I waited an hour for the email. No email. So this place messed up at least once and I still have no confirmation my glass was even delivered.I call around 4 pm to cancel the Tuesday appointment. I was still willing to work with them at this point. The person could not offer me anything, could not confirm my glass even arrived yet. She kept saying my glass SHOULD be delivered TOMMORROW and the person SHOULD be there at between 8 am and noon. I was hoping they could give more a definitive time than a four hour window.Ultimately that was the final straw; three strikes you are out. Hopefully you have better experience I did.If you want to utilize their services MAYBE their computers receive your claim, MAYBE your glass will be delivered on time, MAYBE you get forwarded to the right office they can answers question.

My family member needed a window due to burglary. Another company couldn't come out for 5 days. Robert came within 1 hour, replaced the window very promptly. He was very professional and respectful. Thank you, Robert, for coming so quickly when we needed you.

I have had two windshields replaced by this company, one was about 3 years ago on an 04 f150, which they put the window tint strip on the top crooked, I contacted them to get it corrected, they decided it would be better to go threw the insurance company again to replace the whole windshield, which I reluctantly agreed to. I was told I would be receiving 2 years worth of dinners to some resterant, that I never received, they said the install tech would leave them in the vehicle, the tech said it would be mailed to me... never got any thing! The second time, about 1 month ago, I received a call to see if i had any windshields that needed to be replaced, it just so happens I did on my 13 explorer, i set up the appointment for Monday between 10 and 2 and was told I would be receiving a 7" tabled as a promotion, I then explained how I never got the promotions from the last one they had replaced, he told me I would also get a $300 resterant gift card and I would be receiving these items in the mail in 3-5 buisnes days, it was Monday 2:30 pm and hadn't revived a call for the tech to let me know he was on his way. So I called to see what was going on, they told me a special trim kit had to be ordered for my vehicle, she said I should have been contacted to resceduald, which I wasn't, we then resceduald for that friday, they came while i was at work and changed the windshield, from what I could see the did a good job on the windshield, then I noticed they put the old trim in my trash can, which I thought was unacceptable, I install A/C and we take all of our trash with us at the end of every job. Then i noticed my rearview mirror was loose, I called them to get it fixed, they sent a tech to fix it the same day. So a week goes by and I still haven't received the promotions I was promised, I called them, they proceeded to tell me I would be receiving an email with something I would need to fill out to get the tablet and gift card, another week goes by and I never received the email, I called again and was told the person who handles the promotions had already left for the day and they would leave her a note to contact me, a coupple of days went by with out a word, I called again, they transferred me to her phone it went to voicemail but I was unable to leave a voicemail because her box was full, I called back and they said they will leave her a message to call me, another week goes by still nothing, I called again and finally got to talk to the woman that handles the promotions and get the email, come to find out they are some kind of vouchers, I have to pay $50 to have the tablet shipped to me and the "gift card" I have to sign up for a dinner club which cost $30 then I would revive a $25 gift card once a month for however long... B.S, between the quality of ther techs, office staff and horrible "promotions" I think this company is a joke. I will not use them for any of my vehicles again nor will i recomend them to anyone.

Made an appointment with Sierra Vista Glass to replace my windshield in a Ford F-350. The appointment was over a week later, and the morning of the appointment I receive a call from the shop saying they don t have the replacement windshield. No apology only we can reschedule . If I wanted service this poor I would go to Safelight...which is on par with a Sierra Vista Glass.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a sliding glass door broken, so I called Sierra Vista Glass and set up an Apt to get a price on replacing the glass. "Gary" came out and gave me a price. When the glass arrived, Gary came out to install it. PERFECT job! Gary gets a gold Star from me and the Company gets one for having Gary work for them. Great company to work with

I started an insurance claim on two vehicles (car and truck) for the windows to be replaced. The first installer did not show up at the scheduled place/time and did not get my window replaced on that day at all. After finally getting that window replaced, they moved on to my truck front and rear windows. Long story short, they dropped the ball on the truck. The installers have missed a total of three scheduled installations. The girls at the office say they will call back in five minutes, you will literally wait 4-5 hours for that five minutes. Then I called them to hear we are working on it, they clearly weren't because once the installers did show up, three separate occasions they brought the wrong glass (not even for my year/make/model) and I ordered it by VIN #. I tried to call the owner and instead of having the decency to call back he delegated the task to someone in the office, I guess he was busy plotting how to waste more customers' time. Through all the disappointment with the company, I have found some diamonds in the rough Joe the newest installer has been with them for a week and honestly needs to find a better company to take his skillset to. Denia I spoke with on the phone today and hopefully resolved the issue, she is the ONLY person who has returned my call and was the only sincere person from the office I spoke with. It is too bad she has to deal with the brunt of what her boss should be hearing. Denia and Joe are definitely above the rest when it comes to this company. John the salesman has been very helpful through the process, but a salesman can only do so much to help. Bottom Line: USE BRAKE MAX AUTO GLASS! Never had a problem with them, this company is bottom of the barrel. Denia, Joe..... Go to Brake Max, see if they are hiring!
