I wanted this car for my husbands birthday. I sent an email which was answered by Ruth Whitehouse (on her day off!). Thanks to her rapid response I was able to secure the car and make my husband VERRRRRY happy! Great folks, will definitely return if we are looking to buy another vehicle. We drove 5 hours to get to this dealership and would happily do so again, especially if we can work with Ruth again.

Sierra Toyota was the only dealership that listened to what I wanted and jumped through hoops to make it happen. Marvin the salesman worked directly with Casey the owner to make the entire transactions go through seamlessly. I was treated with the utmost respect, understanding and compassion. During the worst time in my life after losing my spouse Sierra Toyota was absolutely the best dealership I have ever worked with to trade and purchase a gorgeous new Toyota Crown. I would highly recommend Sierra Toyota to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Marvin and all the staff there were so friendly and supportive. Definitely a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle and feel like they truly cared. Thank you to all the team at Sierra Toyota for all your help and support in making my journey purchasing my new Crown. I absolutely love everything about my new vehicle.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received from Marvin at Sierra Toyota. He searched for the right vehicle for me for about 8 months, found the right one, called me and it is perfect in every way. To me, having a salesperson who goes above and beyond like Marvin should be commended and I highly recommend anyone needing a car whether it's a Toyota or not to go see Marvin.

My salesperson, Steven Vanatta, was fantastic! He made the whole experience painless and fast. We have a 2018 Toyota truck which we have taken to this dealer twice due to an electrical drain which causes the truck to need a jump every time we need to start it up. The dealer here refused to even look at it or perform any diagnostic. They didn't seem to believe we had this trouble, because by the time we drive there the battery is full again and the problem is not evident. It's caused great difficulty to jump the truck daily. We are going to try another dealer that will take this seriously. This dealership is messed up. We may not buy another Toyota, and certainly not from them.

We had a great experience at Sierra Toyota! We drove from out of town to worth with Marvin and his team. They were up front about everything, didn't 'trick' us with add ons like some other dealers we experienced recently. They walked though everything and explained the new features that our previous Toyota did not have. We are very excited about our new truck and are so thankful that we were able to work with such a great team, they were a breath of fresh air in the weird car market. So THANK YOU Sierra Toyota!

First, Eric was exceptional. Respectful and extremely helpful.Now, the disappointing part!. I flew in to pickup a Pre certified 2014 Chevy 3500. During my drive home. Call it 800 miles away from the dealership, my rear tires came off. Tires as in dual wheels came off while doing 70mph.Now, thankfully none of these wheels hit other vehicles, causing any damage and or accidents. I was able to retrieve both wheels from the highway. One was about 400 yards in front of my stranded truck. The other, was about 100 yards behind me. I then had to call road side assistance to bring 8 lug nuts and a floor jacks. Waited 3 hrs then Another hour for completion. Leaving me with a $450 bill. Now, since the situation. I ve heard from only my salesman. I received a check today for $450 dollars. To be honest! I m disappointed in that. I had to put. Small deposit down. I was expecting that back as well.Why was I expecting more?My trauma to start. I am CDL holder. I have been driving for over 20 years. Never experienced such a thing. Even though the service guy ( who fixed it ). Told me it was safe. I still stopped every 50-75 miles to look. I had over 600 miles to travel to get home still. The constant worry for the rest of the trip.Embarrassed. I had to walk on the highway to find my wheels and tires. Them roll them up the highway back to the truck.Time! I sat on the road for 3-4 hours waiting for someone to come and fix it. Then the truck sat at a dealership for another week to fix everything that broke during this.Only repaying me what I spent doesn t make it right. It doesn t make me feel better. No one has called me. I could be facing charges, insurance claims,lawsuits and even death.Thankful I am not. Just because none of that happen! Doesn t take the seriousness it away. I guess when buying a used vehicle from a Dealership certain things shouldn t happen.

This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. The sales manager Ross (sales manager) was quick, honest, efficient and straight forward in getting us what we were looking for at a very fair price. We got the exact 2024 Rav4 Hybrid and packages we wanted at a great price with no unnecessary dealer add-ons. We used Sam's Club car buying service and Sierra Toyota, Ross and Eric came thru. We recommend giving Sierra Toyota a try if you're looking for a new Toyota.

Warning Warning Warning WarningI recently purchased a new SUV from Sierra Toyota. Unfortunately it's too late now.The following are my mistakes:1. I didn't inspect my new SUV before leaving the dealership.2. The SUV has many scuffs and scratches.3. The SUV wasn't washed or detailed prior to delivery.4. Make sure to go early in the day.Please don't make my mistakes if you decide to purchase a new vehicle from Sierra Toyota make sure to take your time to inspect your new vehicle before signing any documents and leaving the dealership. I paid $700 to remove scuffs, scratches, and detail.Very disappointing experience!

My wife and I take our Lexus here for service occasionally. They provide really good and thorough service with no pressure to get unnecessary work completed. They have been honest with their inspections and their prices are fair. Mark is a great Customer Service representative. I would recommend Sierra Toyota for any Toyota-model service.

This dealership was a pleasure to work with. After talking to most all of the dealerships in AZ while in search of a new rav4 trd, I m so glad I stumbled apon Sierra Toyota. My first communication with them was when I was texting someone at 8am on a Sunday and they got back to me right away and answered my questions. No Mark ups, no dealer add ons, and they were willing to take a deposit and order the vehicle I wanted. Basically every other dealership was not willing to do any of those things or work with me at all. All the other dealerships were charging above MSRP, requiring dealer add-ons, and many of them wouldn t even let you put down a deposit or get on any kind of waiting list. Ry n was a joy to talk to, upfront, honest, kind, and helpful. It was the opposite of any experience I ve ever had with a dealership before which is typically a nightmare. I couldn t be happier!!!

My husband and I bought a new car yesterday at the Sierra Toyota dealership and it was the BEST and most PLEASANT experience for us!We had shopped at other dealerships in the past and it was usually a very stressful event as most folks can attest to. However, yesterday's car buying event was easy and smooth and it all started before we even stepped into the dealership.I had been in communication with Mayra Lopez who is a product specialist at Sierra Toyota. I explained to her the type of car I was looking for and she immediately kept me on her list and was in regular contact with updates as to when my vehicle might arrive. It put me at ease and I could relax knowing that I would be receiving information as needed.When I finally came in to see the car, I was able to meet Mayra who went over all the features and provided us with good options. My husband and I were so impressed with Mayra's detailed knowledge regarding our specific vehicle.More importantly for us was the fact that she was such a pleasant, friendly and extremely patient individual to work with. My husband and I were two seniors who are not that tech savvy regarding hybrid cars and we asked Mayra a TON of questions to which she patiently answered! Great experience from the beginning. I was able to negotiate over text. Sierra is 3 hours from my house and when my truck came in (earlier then told) I was impressed with everyone involved. No dealer ad ons and no market adjustment that I was finding in the Phoenix area. Would buy again from Sierra Toyota and my sales guy Gilbert.

We came from Phoenix to Sierra Toyota because there were literally 3 lines on the spec sheet of our 2024 Rav4 Hybrid XLE* 50 state emission ... $0* vehicle Base model price ... $32,984* Delivery and handling ... $1,350No markup, no useless craps, even floor mats are gone. Signing papers and getting the vehicle under 1 hour without pushing anything. 11/10 will buy again if a need arise!

Maintenance was timely and fast however maintenance crew made themselves right at home in my truck. Left a mess inside my vehicle like drinks, wrappers, mud, seat reclined like they were napping, and seats had stains on them.

First visit with a vehicle I didn't buy there. Great service staff, new vehicle so free service for two years, voucher for free car wash at a local place and told me how to 'adjust/disable' the radar on the cruise. Great start to my day. Service personnel were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Best Toyota dealership I've ever been to and I've had about 15 Toyotas. First class.

The dealership was great to work with, even from out-of-state! I put a deposit down in March and Marvin kept me up-to-date until the car was delivered in May. And they were flexible enough to hold it for a few days when it came in while I was traveling. Marvin did all the prep work so picking it up was fast and easy and the financing paperwork with Julie a breeze. Definitely recommend!
