Rob Richardson and his wife are very professional, informative, friendly and kept me up to date with moving forward with the deal. Bought the 2015 Chevy Express 3500 Quigley w/6.6 Duramax and had it transported. The process was very easy and simple. Definitely the cleanest preowned vehicle I ve ever bought. Definitely the best auto dealership around.

I'm compelled to write this review because these guys are honest decent people, a very rare find in this industry. Thank you Rob and Tim for coming through and correcting a problem when you really didn't have to. I highly recommend this company and I love my Ranchero.

Lots of great cars at fair prices, friendly service. I will return soon.As promised, I did return. Rob sold a 2002 Chevy van for me on consignment, great business and a square shooter. Do not hesitate to trust your used vehicle transaction to Richardson Motors!

The owner of this place is amazing, reasonable, and honest. I needed a new vehicle, but one my toddler could ride in. Found two different vehicles I was interested in and he was okay with me putting my child's carseat in the back of one of the trucks on the lot to make sure it would be comfortable for my son. I highly recommend checking this place out, everything is great quality for reasonable prices. I couldn't have chosen a better place to buy my truck.

Could not have had a better experience. Rob and Liesel were perfect. After the purchase, we had a small issue. Went to Rob and he took care of it perfectly. While we were inside the office, it started raining. We went out to close the windows on our car and saw that Liesel had already done it. With nobody asking him to do it. The service was on point.

Went in to look at a foxbody, Mustang. i gave a price on what I was willing to pay. He was supposed to get with his customer and then back to me. I've never heard a word back. It's not really good business for the person trying to sell, and it is definitely not helpful for the person trying to purchase.

Great selection of cars. Mostly classic but some new unique ones thrown in. Rob is great guy to deal with. He'll work with you. I've purchased 3 cars from him throughout the last 4 years. Always satisfied. I highly recommend to stop in there. Prices are firm, but expect that on his selections.

I just called with an inquiry about a specific car I saw. Lots of variety to choose from and the owner was tremendously helpful. My only qualm is that there's no in house financing.

We love this place! We've bought three vehicles from Richardson Motor Company. All three have been great. Rob is very fair, honest, and no pressure. He told us the history on every car we bought and were interested in. He is a genuinely good person. He and his dad built this business, and he takes personal pride in every vehicle on his lot.

Was interested in a vehicle, an older classic they had. A few things were wrong with it, including no heater, windshield wipers non-functional. Not willing to negotiate on price. They were very nice, and understood my concerns. I ended up not buying the vehicle, I did enjoy the cool gear and vehicles in the showroom. Ended up finding a better vehicle elsewhere.

I've bought 2 cars from Mr. Richardson now. My latest just a few weeks ago the first one several years ago. He's a great guy. He is honest, and was quite thankful for my repeat business. He even gave me a generous discount on already fair cost of the car for being a return customer. I will definitely come back to RMC again when I am ready for another used car.

Very nice collection of used cars. As far as I can tell, everything there was well maintained and hand chosen. We worked with the owner who knew his stock well, gave us a good price and had us in the car with no hang-ups. Plus the shop is fun to hang out in!

Hands down the most honest car buying experience I have had. I shopped local dealers from Lawley to the other small car lots. All of them had prices $3000-8000 above KBB and NADA. Richardson was the only place I found where I didn't have to haggle on a price. Once I decided on the truck, I was in and out faster than any other dealer I've ever worked with. Would highly recommend using them.

Nice place but they don't update their website very often. Make sure you call ahead to see if the vehicle you are interested in is still availble.

Not happy!! Tall white/ red/ strawberry blond guy sold me a salvaged title and counting on me never have seen one had it folded up so I couldn t see it properly !! Very sneaky!!! Not up front about the SUV. Lots of things wrong with it and I can t even sell it for half of what I bought it for!!! Hope he can sleep at night!!! Jerk !!!!!!!!!!! I bet your Lonely!!!!?? Mister I am rich!!

Wanted to buy a car from Rob but he let me know someone was "interested" and was trying to get a loan for it. A week goes by and the lady was supposed to be in at 3 but never showed. I come in with a blank bank check to buy the car and Rob calls the lady who says she was approved but she just didn't come in so he wouldn't sell me the car even though he said give him until today..... well that day has come and gone and the car is still there but because she says shes coming in tomorrow (already she missed the appointment today) he won't sell it. Thanks for lying because I gave you until today, like he asked, and the car has not sold. So be warned with RMC even if a car is on the front row and says it's for sale you better hope someone didn't call dibs on it first.

Hey there car people, Rob just sold me a Nice 62 project.All of our transitions were done via phone & text.Wagon was everything he said it was & our transactions went flawless!!!! Wagon was delivered to Cali w there Transport service w no issues.

I was looking for a jeep wrangler, Rob was on the ball.....He located a wrangler exactly what I was looking for, got pictures and negotiated a deal for me. Incredibly helpful and nice to work with.I highly recommend him for the knowledge and professionalism

Having the worst time trying to get ahold of anyone to help me. I have scheduled several appointments to test drive a vehicle. Either no response or this last appointment (3rd one) he cancels. Was offering cash for a vehicle seems like he s not interested in making money.

Great lot with lots of old vintage vehicles and some newer as well. Prices are fair and negotiable. They do consignment. Lots of vintage collectibles too. Stop and check it out. Cool place with a cool owner.

I do not recommend any veteran to do buisness with this deceiving used car dealership. Stay away from this place they do not stand by there sales because they know the're vehicles are Junk!! "For those who fought the fight...the protected will never know"!! Semper Fi..and May God bless!!

Sounds like the place toGo to buy or sell. TwoNegative comments and one of them is really positive for me as he stood by his original customer and gave her the time to get her loan straight. That sets well with me!

Cool shop. Stop by and check out the inside. It looks more like a museum or movie set than a dealership. Friendly staff. Great deals on vehicles.
