The repair they did for my vehicle was amazing! The bumper looked close to new, with just a few tiny scratches. It took less than half a day and cost less than my deductible would have! Much better than I expected after having backed into a pole and putting a fair dent in the bumper and quarter panel. No more duct tape!

We received some hail damage on our vehicle.I googled to see who had the best reviews as far as hail repair. Pro Dent Relief had the best, I understand why.Troy was exceptional, outstanding customer service. He is very HONEST and his work is impeccable! We couldn't even tell where the hail damage had been.I love my car again! Thank you Troy! I would highly recommend his services, one of the nicest guys in town.

Troy is an awesome guy! This business is great, although they had alot of work they were able to squeeze me onto the schedule. Additionally, I had a very sharp dent on my Dodge Challenger quarter panel and Troy worked his magic and got it out. I was shocked at how talented this business is. These guys will go the extra mile to take panels apart vs. drilling holes into your vehicle to get dents out. This is the way it should be done. Thank you Troy, much appreciated!

Pro Dent Relief truly delivered and made my 2014 Beetle R-line looking like the day I bought it.... flawless. I had dents on my hood, two on my door and a hard to get dent in the rear fender where a stick wrapped around my tire and tweaked it. Troy the owner/car guru was great to work with and even did some touch up paint. His friendly and approachable manner really made the experience delightful. He even took the time to take me home when I dropped off my car at his location which was stored inside his shop. I had gone to Tucson to get several estimates and he hands down beat them and aside from that, I am proud to keep the business local. No doubt, he's going to work on my Ram truck next!!! Oh, and he was quick.

Troy is a master of PDR! He took about 8 dents out of my 2008 BMW 335i, one of which was above the left rear fender and I had assumed that I would have to live with it forever. Fortunately he was able to make the dent virtually disappear, the body now looks 100% better! Troy was very prompt in meeting with me to provide me with a quote, and was able to complete the work within a very reasonable time (he got my vehicle back to me sooner than estimated). All interactions were very pleasant as Troy seems to be a very professional, honest and friendly individual. I highly recommend his services and will be bringing him more work in the future!

This place is the best. They are masters at their craft, get their work done in a timely manner and will do everything they can to get you the best deal possible with your insurance. Couldn't recommend going to anyone else for hail damage!

Troy did an amazing job fixing my hail damage! I was so sad every time I'd look at the hood of my car, but after Troy's work it looks brand new again! He was quick, honest, and worked with my insurance company for additional damage he discovered. I highly recommend Troy and Pro Dent Relief for all your car damage needs!

Exceptional quality, customer service, and price. Troy fixed a door ding, a few minor dents, and even did some touchups on our 2017 Accord and we cannot even find where the dents were .... amazing! He did all of this for significantly less than we expected. We will absolutely use Pro Dent Relief again, and recommend it to anyone who needs paintless dent repair work. Troy is the ultimate professional and his commitment to excellence is unmatched. I brought my car to him in March 2021 was with unique lower door frame damage. His assessment was honest in that he was not sure he would be able to fix it. I let him give it a shot anyway, and the result was 90% better than before. However, Troy being the perfectionist he is, was unhappy with the result and did not charge me for the repair. I recommend him over anyone else in town.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Troy is a professional and quick worker. He's fair and does an excellent job for a very reasonable price. My driver's side window and handle were completely broken, as well as a few dents, and Troye had my car fixed in only a few hours. I took my Ford Expedition to Pro Dent Relief because of hail damage and a cracked windshield resulting from a bad storm. Troy was able to work with my insurance company directly which relieved a lot of stress for me. He was also able to schedule my windshield to be replaced at his shop while he had my vehicle so I didn't have to worry about scheduling a separate appointment. Troy's work on my vehicle is perfect. 1st time customer, and let me tell you folks of Sierra Vista, Mr. Langbehn (Troy), owner of Pro Dent Relief did NOT disappoint. Troy and his team of professionals fixed a good sized passenger door dent with a crease to boot on a 2017 Mercedes GLC 300. Truly amazing results at a very reasonable out of pocket cost. Troy even went above and beyond and fixed a couple of hail dings he discovered on the hood on the house as a courtesy because he took a few hours of extra time on the door repair which was well worth the wait. In 30 plus years of seeing and knowing about this, I've only ever trusted 2 people to do paintless dent removal for me. Troy is 1, the other 1,800 miles away and died some years back.Over the years Troy has done his work on my 99 Prelude (Red) , 04 S2000 (Silver), 06 CR-V (SilverMoss Metallic), 09 Civic (White), 22 Prius (Dark Silver) and I know I'm forgetting at least 1 or 2 more.1st and foremost, excellent work each and every time. 2nd, fair and reasonable price. 3rd but not last, nice guy to deal with.Thanks again for all the great work and service over the years.

Troy did an amazing job on fixing extensive damage my suv sustained from some bad weather. He was able to provide us a quote quickly and work with our insurance. My car was caught in a hail storm that made an absolute mess of it. Troy was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He and his team fixed my car faster than I expected and now it looks like new, and they even replaced one of the roof trims I had lost in a carwash ages ago. If I ever need more hail damage or car dents repaired his team is who I'm turning to first.

Troy is amazing! He saved me from having to face my husband with the dent I put in the tailgate AND removed all the dents down the sides from people hitting it with their car doors, and at a super fair price! Also, during that repair he automatically did a quote for me for all the hail damage and after submitting to our insurance (who approved) he removed approximately $5000 worth of hail damage! Troy is super friendly and his customer service is impeccable. He even buffed out a few scratches for me and made some of my touch ups look more presentable. He was also very quick with the repair which is a huge plus! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know!Service: Body & Trim

Went to Pro Dent Relief on the 23rd of August for hail damage that was received at the beginning of the month. Troy looked at my vehicle right away and did an estimate. I told I was leaving the following week for vacation and he said that if I want to I could drop it off and have the hold on to my car until I got back. My car was completely fixed with no dents to be seen. Pro Dent Relief did amazing.Service: Body & Trim

I took my 2022 Yukon to Troy, after something got lodged on the very edge of the hood while closing it, and pushed the hood edge about 1/4 out of line. Obviously with it being a brand new vehicle, it drove me crazy. I m glad I found Troy, he is a true professional of the trade. He worked his talents on the dent, made the dent disappear and brought the hood to a pristine condition. I one hundred percent recommend Troy s services to anyone looking for peace of mind and a solution, after their vehicle gets dented, dinged, hit, etcetera. I have to give Pro Dent Relief 5 Stars!!! Our Bronco Sport got a couple of serious door dings in a parking lot that I thought for sure would need body work and paint. These guys got them out and looking brand new in the same day with no paint. Awesome job Troy and team!

Troy is a stand up guy. I brought my vehicle to him after I messed up some molding repair. He took the time to help to disassemble it, clean up my mess and then went into teaching me how to fix it correctly. He spent almost an hour with me and didn't charge me a dime. There aren't many people that would do that. I am going to be a loyal customer from this point forward. Troy did an absolutely incredible job on my 2014 Ram 3500. My truck had a couple of nasty door dings that he was able to fix. The truck looks as good as new! Absolutely amazing work! Troy is very reasonably priced, very professional and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied.

I m not usually one to leave reviews, but I had to in this instance. Troy at PDR did an amazing job taking some dings, dents, and paint issues out of the side of my truck. Got me in quick and fixed everything fast and better than I was expecting. I saw the truck and thought it looked great, but Troy still saw some minor imperfections and took the time to ensure that everything looked flawless. Can t recommend enough.Service: Body & Trim

I had Pro Dent Relief remove several small dents from the doors and hood on my Volvo sedan. The whole process was painless and the results were perfect. Troy gave me a quote on the spot and it took a few hours to do the work the following week. He graciously removed a few other dings and buffed out some scuffs free of charge.
