Great staff at this store. Always super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. As all Napas, if they don t have it, they ll find it for you. Seems like their prices are more in line with the other guys now too. Awesome.

We have a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the battery died. The internet explained how difficult it is to change the battery which is under the passenger seat. We called an automotive shop and they were going to charge $75 to install the battery. We looked up Napa, it said they assist with battery installation. We bought our battery there, and they did not assist...they INSTALLED it COMPLETELY, quickly and cheerfully. Thank you Napa for saving us $75 and a headache!

Have parts and oil. It's ok in my opinion. However, I felt like they didn't care that I was a customer.

Very knowledge and gives great pointers. Installed my windshield wipers for me. I've been to all the area NAPAs, I'd go out of my way to visit this one.

The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Sure, the parts may be a little more pricey. However, there is usually a reason you called there in the first place.... nobody else had what you were looking for when you needed it. They have the specialty parts I need when I need them the most.

Thank you so much Napa! I wish I had gotten your names! It was my first time shopping with Napa and everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to help me. The customer service was top notch and the prices were great. My new favorite auto store, hands down.

Blake helped me with the car paint department showed me the products I needed to buy to fix problems with my paint peeling.They worked great! And Blake explained things so I could understand. 5 stars Blake very Impressed and professional Thank you.I will definitely recommend to other's

I appreciate the fact that this was the only parts store that had my air filter in stock and helped me with getting the right info on my 97 Thunderbird to make sure every part I'm getting is for my vehicle. Clean store and well stocked. Really good service topped off my trip to this location.

I probably visit this Napa 3 to 7 times a month to fill up special gases such as nitrogen, acetylene, oxygen, etc... I had no idea they even carried this stuff!!! The other company in town for these materials, I haven't been too impressed with. It is at an extremely reasonable cost as well. The staff is always very attentive and willing to help with anything!!! Mike and his team definitely know their job inside and out.

This store use to be great.. Ive been a loyal customer for over a decade. I called to get an auto part that i ordered for pick up he told me they dont get delivery on a monday and the manager i had an attitude when he answered the phone. I gave the attitude back he dident like it an hung up. I called back a couple mins later an was told they get three deliveries on mondays. Thumbs down.

Looking for three wire connectors they did not have what I wanted but gave me manufactures identity where I was able to order on line. I saved over $40.00 thanks to there recommendation.

I was there because I need better battery's in my Motorhome. So I planned to be there when they got there. So I was looking on line. I have no idea what I need strength wise to do the job. So they didn't have a lot in stock. Covid so no surprize. I need an expert in motorhomes. So I'm heading to wait for desert rv to open. Then I'll know what I'm really needing. Love Napa always open or not.

The only place I'll take my 1997 Ford diesel. These guys are great, bottom line! They do work of the highest quality and they get it done fast! Knowledgeable, timely, efficient, and professional. You simply can't go wrong.

I was helped right away and my battery was about $150 with an 18 month free replacement and 75 month prorated replacement after that. Very kind customer service from the Asian guy. I appreciate that kind of service and will take the time to report it.

These guys are incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and they will try their hardest to make sure you leave with exactly what you're looking for. I see some people talking about the "NAPA premium" and in many years, across several NAPAs, I've seen very few things priced much higher and it's usually because it's from a far more reputable brand (Moog vs Duralast? Moog, please and thanks)

Great staff as they are older more mature and have themselves turned wrenches. They can quickly identify the correct parts and tools to get the job done.

It s Napa they sell that unusual stuff that most parts houses don t carry paint supplies buffing stuff all kinds of stuff those odds and ends you can t find it any other parts store they re good people go as often as I can

I actually did'nt need any parts from your store however there was a kind worker from your store that helped me turn off the flashers in my car. I couldn't find the off switch and he was kind enlugh to take a moment tol show me. Thank you soooo much.
