I took my Rav4 into Mark's Automotive after my vehicle was not fixed by Jack Furrier. All I can say is I'm so happy I took it to him he not only fixed my vehicle he also didn't charge me a bunch of money. He is the best hands down I will be taking my business to him from now on.

Excellent service, fair prices, and Mark will work with you to make sure your car gets fixed promptly and correctly. I'm very experienced with cars, and Mark's Auto Repair is the only shop I will continue to go to when I need something fixed, and when I can't do it myself.

This is the best mechanic in Sierra Vista. Trustworthy and honest. Mark doesn't cut corners. he takes his time on your vehicles, and he is always fair with his prices. My husband and I always fear the day he announces retirement. I have referred him to a number of people, and they haven't been dissatisfied. He's a hidden gem here in town. Thanks, Mark, for always doing a great job!

We are so lucky we found this place what a Gem! We have used Marks auto several times and every time he was able to fix our vehicles and such an honest man always shows you the parts that were bad and removed .He helped us out one Friday evening we had a vehicle towed there and it took forever to get it there and I was really worried that we weren t going to get the vehicle back till Monday and we had six grandkids at our house and did not want to be stuck on the weekend. Mark assured me that he would look at it and he had it fixed in no time even willing to stay a little later for me to get a ride to pick it up.We really appreciate and recommend Mark s Auto!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was told about Mark's Auto Repair from a friend at The Warrior Healing Center, here in town. Definitely the friendliest and most honest repair shop I've ever been too. Great service and they treat their customers like friends. I highly recommend them to everyone in Cochise County. Semper Fi.

There are some businesses that are in it for the money and some that are in it to help people. These guys definitely fall into the latter category. They were wonderful. Our battery had to be jumped every time we got in the car. I called and they told me I could come right in. When we arrived, they came and checked out our battery, saw that the cables needed to be tightened, checked over everything else, and sent us on our way. They wouldn t let us pay them. Mark is the go to amd ive been to them all. Marks is the first to call. If they can get you in, I'm telling you that's where you wanna go. He is serviced most my vehicles from my currents to my classics and of course volkswagens. This place is amazing! I got a 71 super beetle without knowing anything and they have been the most helpful in every way! We are able to take the car down just to make sure it's tuned correctly, they can help with a very general mechanical question or describe how to drop the whole engine. I cannot recommend them enough. Prices for everything are more than fair and the experience of the staff is incredible. If you have a vw or any car that needs anything done take it here first.

Mark's Auto Repair is an honest business. My neighbor, who worked here, said it and I tried it. It was true.This mechanic shop put a front part of old VolksWagen right above current business sign. As such, I thought they work only VolksWagen. It's not true. They work on all vehicles, foreign & domestic. I brought my Nissan car for replacing rear brake shoes. It was done all right.The owner, Mark is honest. He is quick to say "I don't know much aboutIt". I liked him this part. Then he said " I can try to look at it."Mark is my mechanic.

This is the friendliest auto repair shop in town. Mark greets you himself and listens, really listens. The staff is knowledgeable also. All of them are looking for the best quality and price for you. And when a belt or other car gadget doesn't need replaced, they won't. Honesty and reliability. You can trust Mark's.

Where do I start? Well, my S/O and I have just moved to the area and needed a Scheduled Oil Change on here Vehicle for warranty reasons, we called a few places and didn't get a good feel for any yet, THEN, we called Mark's Auto Repair, Maggie answered the phone and answered all of our questions as well as just being an All Around Nice and Professional Lady, we decided to make an appointment for 2 days later. We get there and they All Were positively Super Nice and got right to our oil change (after a nice chat with the M & M's and the other mechanic **can't remember his name unfortunately, sorry dude**)Maggie gave us walking directions to a local coffee shop, which was Amazingly Good, and shortly after we walked back our Oil Change was Done... The Bill was VERY Reasonable (much cheaper than others quoted) and the work was done Professionally. Mark's Auto Repair is one of those Hidden Gem Mom & Pop Shops that are there to Help You and make an Honest Buck, Unlike Alot of Shops that want to sell you the Moon, Muffler Bearings & Blinker Fluid.We will definitely be back if/when we need work done. Thank You M&M, y'all made our day.

Brought my 1983 FJ60 here, they were incredibly friendly and helpful and didn't charge a dime even tho they had it in the shop all day trying to figure out what the issue was and lubed up parts that needed lube and tweaked a few things. I will definitely be back . Amazing family owned shop that knows what they're doing and cares about customers!!! Definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!!!!

Mark is fast, honest and thorough. Have taken many cars here through the years and never feel taken advantage of. The work is always quality. Get several quotes and you'll see how reasonable Mark's Auto Repair really is.

I had my engine removed and reinstalled by Marks Auto. Mark is very nice, he got the work done on time and on budget. Unfortunatley I had to take my car back twice, each time I was told the problem was fixed and it was not. With my confidence in Marks Auto lost, I decided to fix the issue myself. Upon doing that I found multiple things that needed attention. If you're going to use Marks Auto, plan on double checking thier work. I don't think Mark was the issue, but he really needs a better head mechanic.

This is THE place to bring your VW. (As evident by the plethora of VW's parked in and around the lot and the current perfect 5-star rating). I needed quite a bit of work on my old Bug; some major, but mostly a lot of small stuff, typical for these cars. I was quoted a fair price, about what I expected. A few days later it was done for less than the estimate, and all of the work was done right. Fast, friendly, professional and priced right.

I felt like I received a very honest assessment with excellent service and quality. They had at least two opportunities to take advantage and sell repairs we thought we needed. After inspection they let us know only what was needed. We came away with a fifth of what we thought we were going to pay.

I needed my AC charged, they got it running cold, and didn t break the bank. Also if you are a woman you never feel creeped out or that they are trying to take advantage of you don t know a lot about cars. They are busy so call and make an appointment.
