I had a fantastic experience at Lawley Nissan Service Center! The technicians were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to address my concerns about a noise coming from the steering column. Their expertise and care put me at ease.Moreover, the customer lobby provided a comfortable retreat while I waited, complete with good music and complimentary coffee a thoughtful touch that made the wait enjoyable. The cleanliness of the area and the restroom further enhanced the overall experience.Overall, I highly recommend Lawley Nissan Service Center for their exceptional service and customer-oriented approach. Five stars all around!

It's very different from other Nissan dealerships I've been to.Staff is nice, but the policy of this dealer is just to push work for profit.My car has a check engine light on specifically related to an extended guarantee that Nissan sent me on the mail, but this dealer said it won't be covered under that an charged me $85 "just to check"In the past, I have been here to try and use remaining oil changes in a plan that I was able to use at other 2 nissan dealerships, and they told me it was not valid with them. At the time of purchase, they told me I could use these oil changes at any nissan dealership, and it stand true until this one.

I lost the respect and confidence I once placed in my local Nissan dealership. I will now seek other means to get my Leaf serviced, thank you for asking. I do love my Nissan Leaf and prefer Nissan vehicles.

Seemed like everything was going good. Until I got home and took a peek under the trunk to make sure it was clean from oil and that's when I noticed the filter access door missing. So that made me check the oil plug and filter to make sure it was tight. The dealer ship needs to be more careful about the work they do.

Take my car in for the free regular maintenance. I get told I have a gasket that needs replaced. $1827 to have it repaired and it's an 8 hr job. Backed me into a corner and made me feel as if this had to be an immediate repair. I tell them I'll be back because I didn't have my wallet. Talk to my lady about it and she says we need a second opinion. So we get the second opinion. There is no leak in the gasket. Only another part from a lose line on top of the motor which he fixed for $.60. I go back to lawley Nissan and ask them to show me where it's leaking. They point to the same place where we made the rapair. Mind you I was told this was a bad leak and I had been driving for 2 days since the repair was made. No oil there..... so where's the oil at? Other mechanic checking a spot where he said there was oil whispers he don't see any oil. They could have admitted they were wrong but then say that I don't have the right to be swearing and that the other guy that checked it doesn't know what he's doing. I won't be back which is unfortunate for the sales group because they've always treated me absolutely well.

When I initially came to Lawley for a light on my dashboard, I brought up other concerns I had for the vehicle and Christian was able to help me assure that I had them all addressed. He explained to me what was going on and kept in touch about the maintenance. A part had to be ordered and as soon as he called me to let me know he was able to get it changed for me before I headed home from Sierra Vista.

I have no complaints about the work that was done. However, it was quite a shock to bring a car to the dealer with less that 70K miles, and leave with a bill over $1,300.My biggest complaint was with the problems I encountered with the pick up after the work was done. I was told someone would call me when the work was done, and that they would make arrangements for me to be picked up at my home. No one called, so I called to check at 315pm. I was told the driver would be back by 330pm. When I heard nothing around 345pm, I called again and was told the driver wasn't back. I called again about 15 minutes later and explained that I needed the vehicle back that evening because I needed to leave for Tucson before they opened the next morning. The service reps reply was "I got your message the first time you called." I asked to speak with his supervisor. After explaining the problems that I had encountered - attitude and non-response that my car was ready, Wes was a more responsive and he called in a driver from another Lawley dealership. That person was very nice, but totally unfamiliar with the local area and got lost coming to my house, and took the longest route to get back to the dealership. She explained that she was new. The service agent also said I had a bad attitude and I was yelling at him. I very well may have been since I do have a hearing impairment.Other issues - when I went on the Lawley website it mentioned a free car wash - I've never received that service.

Tried charging me $500 to replace vent control valve and to clean the dirt from the canister. Brought to Midas and they fixed it for $100. Always get a second opinion.

Great customer service. Easy to make an appointment and very flexible when I had to reschedule. Quick service with a well lit and comfortable waiting room with coffee and charging ports for phones. The time sped by as I waited. Vehicle came back clean and I was even given complimentary car washes.

Devin,Isaiah,and everyone there really,were the best. Devin made me feel so comfortable and everyone there made me feel so welcome ,it was great. Isaiah is the best finance mgr i have ever dealt with. Devin is such a nice guy,he made it fun . This is my 1st brand new car and i thank everyone at that dealership for making it happen. Thank u

Julius was great! He was not pushy like we ve experienced at other dealerships, and made us feel like we were not being forced into something that we didn t want. He was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable on all aspects of the car buying process. He listened to our needs/wants, and was respectful to our budget. I would definitely recommend him/Nissan to any friend or relative looking to purchase a vehicle.

Firstly, Christian, in the service department, gives THE BEST customer service whether on the phone or in person. He always comes out to the service bay before I even exit my vehicle to take my keys and go over what is going to be done.The service department is quick and efficient and the young lady who takes the payments is a equally polite.Thank you.

I went and got a transmission replacement at this local dealership, mind you my family is military and we travel over 1300 miles after getting this service done , and spent about 6.7k on our service , and when I move to our new location I find out multiple problems with the car , my tires were out on backwards , they are missing screws and cut pieces of my lip underneath my car to put it back in place and I just found out that some tubes that were connect to the engine have been unfastened and lose the entire time. And this upsets me because if anything they should have notified or warned me of the things they did and pay better attention to how they did things .Now I have to replace screws I don t know about and get more service done after the car being sought after by the Nissan dealership for over two weeks. I got break pads , transmission , control arms and new rotors and now I m being told that it wasn t done properly and to a full extent on how it should have been done , so either they knew what they were doing and did it to get us back in to spending more money or just didn t care enough about my vehicle to tell me how they cut through my bumper and took pieces off the car without telling me. This car was a 2013 Nissan.

Went saw I sentra sv. Was shown the car by Devin. Spent several hours at the dealership gave me some recommendations and how things would happen and such. After agreeing on something, Isaiah in the finance department would have different ideas. Sell brand new nissan but not totally confident on the quality of the brand. Otherwise, they wouldn't be selling aftermarket warranties to their customers.. Also, I wish the car would be fully ready to sell for those living out of town and having to make time and extra trip to Sierra vista. Devin said I was owed tint and even signed a form, never heard back. Called Isaiah to cancel third-party warranty and was never able to reach him. Left several messages and nothing.Will update when have more info.Read the fine print on their website because they will not inform you in person. Devin promise window tint but never heard back from him. Once they sale you the car and the many extras they sneak in will never heard from them. The best you can hope for is will get back to you. Sold me Karr alarm system that was never installed. Lack follow-up. Everybody beats a lawley deal. My advice don't buy here. Will regret it..

The staff were great & fairly thorough in explaining the vehicles I was interested in. Chris Fox was an excellent salesman that didn't bother me with pushy "salesman-y" behavior, which suits me fine. He was knowledgeable & even let my dog sit on his lap during the test drive. Bought a Nissan Frontier painlessly. Good people.

This was such a pleasant and positive car buying experience and the interaction with the employees was great. The staff at Lawley Nissan was patient, welcoming and so nice during the entire process. The fact that the sales team allowed me to take my time making a decision and was not pushy or pressuring me to make a purchase was beyond appreciated. My previous car buying experience was awful and it was clear that the sales manager only wanted to make the sale rather than listen to their customer. Great customer service from Lawley Nissan and thank you for making this process smooth and seamless.
