They communicated well through out the repair process on my 2020 Honda CRV. They told me in December not to expect it to be done until approximately February 1st due to shipping delays on part replacement. Oddly enough, they were 100% correct, it was ready for pick up Thursday, February 1st! Wish contractors could nail dates that well. My CRV looks nearly new again. You cannot tell it had both quarter panels, mirrors and front bumper replaced.

Well these guys were the most unhelpful and the work they did... Well the body work was great but to tell me no motor or internal repairs were done after taking 5 grand from and insurance and then to tell me I owe another 500. That was awesome... The vehicle was not drivable after the repairs were made. Hey but at least she looked pretty.

This body shop is one of the best! Not only was the damage repaired to like new condition, but the entire car, wheels and all, were thoroughly cleaned and shined.

Lawley Collision Center did a great job fixing up my car. Worked with my insurance so I didn't have to do anything, and did the job in a timely manner.

Super fast super friendly everyone was great from the desk person to Louie who did the estimate on wife s new dodge truck from storm damage and hail damage I d say go see them

Pretty good, the only complaint would be actually getting there. It was a hassle trying to find it at first, but once you know where it is, there's no problem at all. Employees were nice and helpful.

Went there last week to pick up a loaner vehicle while my Kia Soul under full warranty gets fixed.. after a rather lengthy wait we finally got the vehicle and left.. Staff was cheerful.

I took my truck to Lawley collision center after being rear ended, Chancy Redman and the entire crew did a great job. They were timely, professional, and when I received my truck back, it was clean. Worst customer service ever. They won t shuttle you past Hereford. They make you wait 25 days to get your car in, and have the rudest people ever. I called the service department to ask if they offered a shuttle and I was confirmed with a yes and if they couldn t they would figure a solution to help me get to work. When I got here they apologize but they don t go to Palominas. Are you kidding?!?! It s 5 miles more from hereford! You got to be kidding me. Her best effort to help was yea I m sorry we don t go there. I m still waiting on my vehicle to be done so we ll see. But I have no hope.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had a small emergency just hours before my wife was suppose to drive back to Colorado. Went through a drive through car wash and it dang near ripped the bumper off her 2015 Camry that we bought nowhere near Lawley. We went in hoping for a quick fix just to get her back to CO. Louis (I think that's how you spell his name) was extremely friendly and helpful, and got us back on the road making sure that she didn't lose the rest of her bumper on the drive back. They did an amazing job on our 2017 Lexus ES350. They matched pearl white color perfectly and kept us informed of parts ordered and arrival. Hopefully we don't have to use them again but if we ever need a body shop again, DEFINITELY going to Lawey collision center

Amazing Body Shop. My 2019 Got hit on the passenger door by a uninsured driver. Chris made sure my vehicle didn't even look like it. I was super impressed. As soon as I got my car back I checked it over and over. You would never know someone backup in too me at the laundry mat. Amazing Job Team!!!!

Was hit at a red light and Lawley had me back in my vehicle in a week. It looks great! Plus the staff was helpful and friendly despite being super busy. One of the techs even walked out to the side of the building to help show me where to park which was a little tricky. Great group of employees and awesome service. They also have a shuttle if needed.

For the most part Lawley has a very wonderful staff, I do have to say that there window repair guy is a very friendly and knowledgeable person when it comes to the repairs and he is very easy to work with, he has his own company called Young's Auto Glass I would recommend him, look them up.

I had to get some work done my Accent due to it being hit by another driver. I was really happy with the whole process from getting the estimate to getting the parts ordered and installed. I m grateful that the overall experience was low stress on my end.

The service was great and my car is good as new! They were flexible with me on setting up time for the repair. Lawley's Collision Center did an excellent repair on my car after I went over a median. Their attention to detail and repairs were of the highest quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs after a collision. Their professionalism and communication throughout the process was superb. Rant against Lawley Collision center. I was in a car accident on November 15th. They had my car for just over two weeks the first time. I picked it up and had a horrible experience with lack of paperwork and someone walking out to look over my car with me. I turned my car back in for 8 things a week later. Here we are with me having my car back and it still has issues with the paint, a new scratch and the alignment being off. They were supposed to call me Thursday to let me know if a part was in. No word yet again from Lawley Collision. Why is it as a customer I have to call to check to see the status of my car, the status of the parts and have NO phone calls from them when they have promised. They even promised to pay for the rental car the second time my car was in the shop yet my insurance company picked up the bill. It seems Lawley Collision center is in it for the money yet does not want to ensure the customer is happy. Once again I ll spend Tuesday morning trying to get my car back into there, picking up another rental (now close to my 30 day limit...) and dealing with a body shop who lacks paint skills and customer service.

I brought in my Porsche Cayman S for repairs on the rear bumper that was a result of someone backing into me. Chancy Redmond took care of the body work and Daniel Luna did the prime and paint. They did an exceptional job, it looks brand new! Not to mention they did the work in 4 days and even had it freshly washed when I picked it up. I highly recommend Lawley Collision!

Fantastic customer service! They kept me updated on ststus via text anf answered all my questions with patience and friendliness. They also followed up after I had picked up my car to ensure everything was alright which I though was very nice. I had a tight deadline and they did everything possible to ensure my car was ready to be picked when I needed it before my PCS to Korea. I would recommend them to anylne needing car repairs.

I took my vehicle to Lawley Collision and I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the effort that was put in. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was professionally repaired as quickly as possible. My car looks better than before the accident :) Definitely recommend this collision center!

I have taken my truck here three times. They did a great job the first two times. However, this last time was just a bad experience! I took my truck in on 4 May to get my truck repainted. When I got my truck back on 15 May (at 5:50 pm after waiting to be helped and they close at 6:00pm), I found problems on my truck. There was over spray on my windshield and two driver side windows and they "forgot" to put my tonneau cover back on my truck bed. By the time I got home, I locked my vehicle and I found out that my left tail-light and three left LED lights on my third brake light weren't working anymore. I took the vehicle back on Monday morning, I talked to Louis, to let them know about the issues. They corrected the over spray but he said that I needed to take my truck to my mechanic for them to figure out the issues. I took my truck to Lawley Nissan today (20 May) and they discovered that a wire was pulled clean off the harness in my left tail light and that it may have shorted out my left LED lights on my third brake light, or that they may have pulled out the wires but couldn't tell since it was a closed housing. The Service Tech at Lawley Nissan finally got in contact with Jeremy and Jeremy said that he refuses to pay for the damages because they didn't cause it. I brought my truck to this Collision Center with all lights in working order and got it back damaged. I am disappointed with this center and will no longer work with them for any future issues. If your insurance is with USAA and you need to get your vehicle repaired, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!This company is "conveniently" not on the Better Business Bureau page, but I have placed a complaint through USAA.

USAA took my truck there after my accident, poor quality of work I am still finding pieces of broken glass in my engine bay and not in hard to reach places like just sitting on top of my air filter and in the bed of my truck. when I confronted them about it they said it wasn't their job to clean out the broken glass from the accident. They also try to bully customers to give them 5 star reviews. If you need body work done just take your car to Tucson and never deal with Lawley if you can help it.

Worst Experience EVER. I took my car into Lawley Collision Center for repairs after another car struck my car on the left side . The damage to my car was on that side only. Lawley seemed to be confident they could repair my car in a timely manner, approx. 2 weeks. After many issues, they claimed the car was repaired. I picked up my car and later found that there were parts missing, on the side that wasn't hit. I also found damages to the back of my car and was told that "someone must have hit it while it was on the lot". Apparently, someone in the parts department removed a part and no one could locate it, so they had to order the part. The paint job did not match and the chrome was damaged around the windows when they were buffing out the paint. When working on the drivers door, they removed the connector to the switch that controls the fuel tank door. I picked up my car, and then found out that I couldn't put gas in it cause the door wouldn't open, and almost ran out of gas. They removed the rear hatch, and messed up the backup camera, and that still doesn't work properly. Paint overspray on the car and chrome. Lawley had my car for over 5 weeks, off and on, and I got tired of taking it back. I will NEVER refer anyone to Lawley again nor will I EVER buy another car from them. Chris Betancourt was our Service adviser, and he never got a time estime right. not even close.
