Anthony P was our salesman and he was great. No pressure (like other car dealers I've been to), super helpful, and all around great experience. The Sales Manager was personable to. I drove an hour down to get the car I wanted, and I'm SO glad I made the trip to Lawley. Well worth it for the customer service!

I live in Benson and would normally travel to Tucson to purchase a vehicle but this time I decided to head to Lawley in Sierra Vista after doing a quick inventory search and seeing they had what I was looking for. Anthony greeted us on the lot and was extremely helpful and easy to speak with no bull . He answered all of my questions and had my husband and I in and out in no time. Anthony as well as the rest of the team were great I didn t even mind getting the finance paperwork signed. Stephanie walked us through everything and made quick work of the worst part of car buying.

I arrived at 11AM for my appointment and only had to wait for a moment than I was next. I watched maybe one movie that was on TV in the waiting room than by 11:40am I was gone like the Chicken thru the corn. I've always had great customer service at this location. I had a significant amount of work to be done (over $6K), most of it under an extended warranty. Lori West was awesome in every aspect of this work. She contacted and coordinated with the warranty company, got all the work completed and communicated with me every step of the way. The work that I was responsible for was done at a lower price than other local mechanics. I will be bringing my other cars to Lawley Chevrolet, and especially want to thank Lori for a great experience.

Service experience was great. The fact that you changed the policy to charge 3% if using a credit card is absolutely ridiculous. You are a big enough organization that 1. The percentage charged goes down with how many people use cards at your businesses, you probably don t even pay 3% per transaction 2. You rip everyone off with hours and up charge on parts, at least you can cover the 3%.

It was okay. Nothing to write home about I'll tell you that! Initially, they were unable to acquire what I wanted, but in the end, I may get it. I'm ordering a vehicle from the factory and it is due to arrive in a few weeks. Since this dealership will shortly cease to exist and another from Florida will replace it, things can only get better from here. Or will they? Lawley Automotive has been in this city for a number of years as I have off and on. This is a military town, and for a number of years, many residents opted to take their business elsewhere. Elsewhere being Tucson, AZ or even Phoenix, AZ! I think that says more than me having to slam dunk this company in this small space allotted for my comments.

Super responsive and was a good guy. Great follow up. Not to pushy but also didn t ignore me. I guess what I am trying to say is I didn t ever just feel like a number. I drove all the way down from Mesa AZ. I enjoyed buying my truck there. Shout out to Lorenzo who helped me the whole time.

I wish I could give this dealership 6 Stars!! Traveling across the country from the Midwest to California can be daunting enough but when the thermostat went out in my 2019 Blazer, I knew I needed help asap. Jesse at Lawley Automotive jumped right into action for me, diagnosing the issue, locating the parts and prioritizing the repair so we could stay on schedule. I m just saying, if he will do that for a stranger unlikely to ever be seen again, he will take excellent care of local, repeat customers! I highly recommend Lowley and in particular Jesse. I brought my truck in, under warranty, for transmission issues. Dealership said it was fixed. Brought it in again as soon as we could for the same issues, now warranty was 1000 miles over and dealership would not cover it. Dealership then said we have to purchase a new transmission. Within 1000 miles it went from replacing a sensor (which did NOT fix the slipping and hard shifting) to needing a brand new transmission. I will NOT be buying another vehicle from Lawley Chevrolet.

Great customer service. Car repairs were fast and efficient. Waiting room is very comfortable with nice chairs and free coffee. Soda is available at normal vending machine prices.

Called on a Monday regarding a Jeep they had for sale at a very reasonable price. I was told by the sales manager that the Jeep had been sold the previous Friday. During my search for a Jeep, I discovered that the dealer flat out lied to me about selling the Jeep. They must have thought they were selling it too cheaply, so they relisted it for sale the day after they said it was sold for $14,000 more than the original asking price. Run, don t walk from this dealer. Anyone dealer who has no problem lying to you about selling a vehicle just so they can post it for sale the next day for $14,000 more, has no problem lying to you about anything else during the buying process.I have screenshots with the dates and prices for anyone who doesn t believe that a dealer would really raise the price of a vehicle by $14,0000

Even tho I had an appointment it took over 2 hours to just change my oil which actually only optically takes 15-20 minutes.Also the mileage display didn t show after the oil change so I had to ask them to set the display back like it was.In addition they never even applied a new next oil change sticker on my windshield.I am seriously considering getting my next oil change elsewhere.

Gus was super helpful and always willing to provide updates on my truck order, if he didn t have an answer he made sure to find it and would provide it as fast as possible. He was super knowledgeable and ensured I felt like my needs mattered.

I made my appointment a couple weeks ago for a routine service. Then when the weather changed my husband noticed a bubble in our tire sidewall. I called Monday to notify them to be looked at during my appointment. The gentlemen on the phone told me they would have to look at it to see if it would be covered. Our vehicle is a 2023 Elantra. Today when I arrived for my appointment I let the man know about the tire. He immediately told me you hit a curb. And I replied, I don t believe so but I guess it s possible. He rolled his eyes and smirked looking down and replied, well look at it and give you a quote for a new tire. I told him I have heard that sometimes people get blow outs from bubbles and he said it doesn t just appear they come from hitting something. So because he is smarter than I, obviously, because he s a man, duh, my word means nothing.We finished our business and I told the man, you are a very pleasant person , and he told me he was just explains things to me. Because, don t you know if a woman brings to a man s attention how they have just wrongfully treated her even in a CUSTOMER SERVICE setting the man cannot do anything except let the woman know he is in fact the victim of just doing his job classic . Mostly good experience but did not receive notification when oil change was complete, I had to call and find out if ready. Understand short staffed that day, but a quick call or text back would have been nice, I sent two text messages with no response (hour apart each time) finally had to call.

I was happy to learn they have a shuttle that checks often if we want to go elsewhere. I would have loved to get breakfast but bo one told me to expect a 2 hour wait! My car has a broken exhaust pipe and they needed to see what to order. I was shocked that everyone was told to arrive at 9 a.m.!

On Saturday 4th, I Went in for a service the lady there is very unprofessional and when they called me saying they were done. I found my car covered in oil, they had left off the fill cap and drove it. The hood, fenders, engine and fire blanket had oil on it. This of course means the engine oil is low and I had to wash my car. They said they will make it right the following Monday. That Monday they pressure washed the car.

Update: I got a response. I am not trying to be unreasonable. I don t want anything from you guys other than improvement. It is in reasonable for me to have a 9:00 AM appointment for an oil change, have the vehicle sit for half an hour, then wait an hour and a half longer for it to get done. It is unreasonable for me to have a 9:00 AM appointment for a transmission flush, have the vehicle sit for for forty five minutes then wait another three hours for it, when it is a one hour job. It is unreasonable. You guys do good work, but something is broken in your system. Please address that rather than deflect by saying that you are always busy, because I always make an appointment and not once out of many oil changes has it taken less than two hours.The service department while polite and helpful, never sticks to an appointment and the service is really slow. Today I had an appointment for 9:00 AM, it was 9:45 when they took the vehicle back. My vehicle got done at 1:15 PM, which was three and a half hours for a job that should have only taken 1 hour. It isn t the only thing. My oil change appointments are usually half an hour late and average about two hours from the time the vehicle goes back till the time it finishes for a total of two and a half hours. I am seriously considering finding someone else just because they are always late and run so slow.

This is the least expected dealership to have in stock the truck I'd been searching for. I searched far and wide, and lo and behold Lorenzo at Lawley Chevrolet sent me an EMAIL simply saying this truck might do the trick. We set up an appointment and the rest is history. The entire interaction exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. I've purchased many vehicles over the years and this has been the best experience of all! I want to thank Lorenzo for being a so patient and professional yet personable and likeable. Gene in Finance is another example of an exemplary professional and super nice man! GOOD JOB! I called on a Saturday after a window regulator failed in our 5 year old truck. Service Advisor Lori West made an appointment for Monday morning and checked with parts to insure that they had the needed part. On Monday the truck was repaired and in perfect working condition in just a couple of hours. Thank you Lori.

I don t know about purchasing cars here but I do know the parts department is extremely accommodating. I went for a very specific fluid for my vehicles rear differential module. Unfortunately, my vehicles rear dif is discontinued so if it goes it would have to be rebuilt which is why this fluid was so important for me. They didn t have it in stock but they did get a bottle brought in the same day. Afterwards we found out it s not a full quart so they got me another the next day and gave me a discount for the confusion. It s a bit slow moving but the service is outstanding.
