Eric, the service technician, was helpful by phone and quickly arranged an appointment for the next day after taking down my information. He was polite and professional. He also helped me with a technical question about a fault alert on my dash board. The oil change and tire rotation were completed in a timely manner and I was quickly on my way after receiving a review of maintenance performed and inspection report. Much appreciated.

These guys are always polite and work around my schedule. They keep me updated while they have my car and do their best to minimize the time I m without my Mustang. Jose and the rest of the team, keep up the good work!

I bought a 2023 ford bronco, and the stereo has been making a weird static noise and cutting into my music and phone calls. I also experienced a screeching noise from the brakes when reversing. I called to bring it in the be checked out, and also asked if there was any complimentary oil changes (which has been done in the past with new cars so I was only curious). They told me to drop my car off on a Tuesday at 0800. I did . But a tech didnt look at it until Thursday apparently. They didn t have the parts for the brakes. They weren t able to reboot the stereo system. I had to ask 3 separate times about the oil change to see if that was possible, until I got an answer. They said no. I also asked on the phone if they would fill the windshield wiper fluid and they said yes. Well, I couldn t pick up my car until 1600 that Friday and NOTHING had been done. I also dropped it off with a crack in the windshield from a road trip the previous weekend, and it grew twice as big while being there with them. They brushed all my concerns off and basically made me feel like nothing is their fault. They did not acknowledge the frustration they caused or the time they wasted. Now, my stereo is still acting up, the screen on the dashboard is now making creaking noises like it s not installed all the way, and the buttons on the steering g wheel have randomly stopped working (to skip songs, etc). This has been an awful experience with the service department.

Mike Smith was the person that took care of us throughout. He was professional, knowledgeable, & fit us in when we had an unexpected car issue during our trip to Sierra Vista. His communication was timely, & Mike was great to work with. Thank you for helping us during this unexpected, stressful situation.

We are from Michigan and needed an oil change so called Lawley and they did a great job. We only had about a half hour wait and our car was done. They even washed it and it looks great. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

On site software update for my Ford Truck went very smoothly. Tech was spot on time, knew his business and performed the work as advertised. Amber got the scheduling done with no problems and was very helpful. I couldn t be happier with the entire experience. Keep up the good work.

My F 150 needed work that was still under warranty and I took it to Lawley, where I buy my vehicles. The job was extensive and was going to take time to fix. The service manager, John, spent a considerate amount of time explaining to me the issue the truck was having. I really appreciated that. My truck was there for 2 weeks as they had to order parts. The only complaint I have is that the service representative didn t keep me up to date on its status as often as I would have liked. Being without my vehicle was difficult and took a lot of planning, so updates would have been greatly appreciated. When I contacted him he was responsive, but I feel that he should have been contacting me. The work took longer than expected and he should have been letting me know what the new target date for completion was as it changed. The service of my vehicle was great, but the customer service was less stellar, hence the 4 stars instead of 5..

I was super nervous about my car getting worked on. I was told that my problem would be covered under a recall, or I would have to pay out of pocket for a diagnostic and repair. I have heard some bad things about Lawley as a whole. As a woman, I ve also had mechanics try to give me the run round, or tell me I need something fixed and then charged for something that doesn t even have to do with the issue I m having. So this made me think they would for sure find some kind of reason to charge me for something. Mike was super nice and super informative throughout the entire process. Calling me after every test with an update. My car was fully covered because of an additional recall they found, so I paid nothing out of pocket. I am super happy with Mike and with the technician who worked on my car. The only negative things I would say would be how long it took. I was without a car for a week(which they had to order a part, so not really their fault). As well as, when I got my car back my control button for the passenger window no longer worked. This is the only reason they did not receive 5 stars.

Wayne & the team at the Collision Center did a beautiful repair on my Bronco. And when it was done, they got it to the service department for needed service. Dan & the team at Ford/Kia Service did a stellar job working it in for service & a needed seat adjustment. I was able to pick it up there the next day. Thank you all for helping me so much!! I appreciate all-y'all!

The people were so nice, provided transportation to get rental, resolved my problem.I do have a complaint about the way you have to leave the car for three days just to flush and fill the coolant and reattach windshield washer line on rear window. The cost of the rental even with a 50% off was $350 which my service bill was $400.Please rethink this so retired folk like me who live alone in Tombstone or other rural location can wait for same day service without having to incur a large fee. This is a company policy and should not reflect on the excellent service your employees provided.

Excellent service on time car was immaculate when it came back it was done in less time than what that was quoted so that was wonderful. The young gentleman who took care of me I have used him before he was there the last time around and I have to say he's just a perfect employee you guys are lucky to have him.

Daniel was the service manager who handled the 3 recall repairs on my truck. He did a marvelous job keeping me informed about the status of my truck. However, it took too long (10 days!) to complete. That is partly due to my not having an appointment when I dropped it off and they re very busy so no bay with a lift was available. The stars are for Daniel. He was polite throughout the process despite me becoming impatient with the delays.

Many pros & cons with large dealerships. But, I can't really complain. They have followed through with all that was originally promised when I purchased my vehicle. I noticed many others comments on timeliness. I must admit they're friendly and prompt.

We had a 9:15 am appointment to have a door speaker replaced and a new battery installed. Our service tech was Jose. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable his position. We were in and out in 2 hours and the new equipment works great!

Mike with Kia service is extremely professional and friendly. He explains your service in language you can understand. I always have a great experience with the Kia service dept and with Mike.

I had my vehicle serviced for a steering torch repair. While being repaired the mechanic said the head gasket was leaking. So I replaced the gasket. A couple months later I smelled burning oil for the first time since owning the car. I brought it in and I was a faulty gasket. They replaced it again. I asked if the new gasket would run the chance from being part of the same bad batch. They did not know. Smelled oil again a month later. Brought it down and they said it was not gasket it was transmission oil. I questioned this because leaking oil on hot engine smells unlike a leak from transmission shaft. Anyhow took vehicle home. Couple weeks later engine oil began to seriously drip/leak. I was heading out the next day to vacation. I was angry at the deceit. But, they made good by replacing all the seals and gaskets. It all came under warranty.

Got in quickly; Josh was ready for me, and got the process moving quickly. Johnny, the shuttle driver, was courteous and engaging while taking me home and again when picking me up. Josh kept me informed abt the status of my truck and some issues they found - which were handled in a minimum of time. Good work by all concerned.

Tremendous service from Eric Mondragon. I had an air conditioner problem. Eric kept me updated on the service procedure and assisted in my having the car repaired and returned on a timely basis. His attention to detail is very much appreciated. Looking forward to dealing with Lawley Ford for my next service check.

I spoke with Jose on the phone to schedule my appointment. I was checked in on time and my issues with my truck were resolved within 90 minutes. Jose told me it may be two hours but was done faster than expected.

Since I got my Expedition, it's been GREAT knowing the Lawley Service team has my back, always ready to check out anything that I'm concerned about. Took a truck in for repairs. Got a estimate in a timely manner, I approved the repairs, waited over 3 weeks and heard nothing back from them. I finally called just to be told that the truck was too heavy for them to lift and they did not want to work on it. We had to pay for a wrecker to pick it up in Sierra Vista and take it to Tucson for a reputable dealer to work on it. I was not a new customer and had spent $10,000 or better in the last year at that service department. The service writer was an absolute joke

Dan Powers was amazing with getting me in and out for my routine scheduled service for my Ford Explorer. He kept me updated on everything that was being done and provided links for additional recommendations from the technician and arranged a shuttle to provide transportation to the dealership. I made a appt for 9 days out, but was not going to drive my diesel with the CEL on fearing going into "Limp" mode while RVing 2000 miles from home. I asked if I could bring it in the next day in case there was an early opportunity to look at it. Lucky for me, opportunity arose and it was fixed in just 3 days. The service advisor Eric M. was outstanding in not over promising, but over delivering and explaining the repairs. 10 out 10.
