We live in rural Minnesota, about as far north in the lower 48 asSierra Vista looks to be south, so our contact has all been via phone, text, and email. It's been a terrific experience thus far. Heath has been our primary contact person: personable, but altogether genuine; prompt with providing photos and other details, but not a bit pushy. In Heath's absence, Rusty has been a great help as well. The way these things should be handled - neighborly, and no smoke and mirrors.

I went in with a pretty crazy request and situation. The staff helped me through every obstacle to the best of their ability and worked with me. I am very grateful for my new Bronco and this new chapter! Tony was amazing and advocated for me throughout the entire process!

It was most helpful to be able to see photos and learn much about used cars sitting at Mark's desk and his willingness to bring the cars up for our viewing.Then when we saw a Ford that we were interested in, taking us to Ford and bringing the car up for our approval and test drive. As the car was in my price range and in excellent condition, a purchase was made.Will certainly recommend anyone interested in a car to Lawley, as well as suggesting Mark Hathaway.Ann Cook

Great deal on a used 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat 4x4. Same price as similar XLTs nation wide. Lower interest rate than my credit union. In and out in 2 1/2 hours. Salesman Damian was fantastic. Well worth the drive down from Tucson.

Simple oil change was $131.00. Yes it was synthetic. But I have never paid this much for a simple oil change..no other services rendered. No tire rotation etc. Had an appointment and still took 1 hour and 20 mins. Will not be back.Next day: See their response. They have my number so why would I call them? They say this with all low ratings. Wouldn't they just call you? This is a standard response on google.... check the low ratings folks. It was.my first visit..and my.last. Let me add they took the Ford Pass Points but filed to add the service to my service record on the platform which seems suspicious. Better ask what the costs are before coming here and follow up on their work.

I made an appointment with Heath after seeing a car online that would suit my needs if all worked out. I arrived and Heath had the car ready for me to test drive. The car (SUV) was what I was looking for and we proceeded with the sale. There was no pressure, none of that "what can I do to get you to drive this car home today" nonsense. Once the sale price was decided (the manager was also easy going and not pressuring me) I was referred toSheikh in the finance department. All of the paperwork was completed and I was offered (no pressure) an extended warranty which I declined. I had driven to the dealership so I was unable to take the car home. Heath arranged to have it brought to my house by him and one other employee. All in all, this has been one of the most easy and enjoyable car purchase I have made (and there have been many over the years).

Asked for appointment for an estimate fix an electrical problem. Was told that I would need to leave my vehicle there for 3-4 days to WAIT for them to get to it - not fix it - look at it! I told them that this was my only vehicle & couldn't leave it there just to wait. Asked if they could call & I would bring it in. The guy said no that's the way its done. UNBELIEVABLE! UNACCEPTABLE! They are a waste of time.

We went in looking for what we wanted and found exactly that. Mark Damien and Tony sure did help us out a lot. Explained opinions and strategies to us and for the future l. Weren't pushy at all on just make a sale and goodbye . Always heard good things about Lawley team and I can see why. All other employees were very polite as well. Very happy with our purchase and very happy we chose them over going to Tucson or Phoenix.

My last vehicle purchase from Lawley s was over twenty years ago. We usually end up finding the right vehicle in Tucson or Phoenix. However, this time the dealership had the exact vehicle I was seeking. Heath, Rusty, and Sheikh made the buying process smooth, straightforward, and effortless. Heath was thorough, knowledgeable, and diligently took his time to explain the details of the vehicle to me. This visit to the Lawley dealership was not disappointing.

If the service department says they'll call back, they won't. Once, alright whatever. Twice? I guess I'll drive to Tucson or Phoenix then.Update+extra: I asked for a warranty replacement for a cracked headlight and malfunctioning infotainment system. I was told both are not covered under the premium care warranty. Ford warranty service said that was not true and Phoenix agreed to fix both of those issues since they are indeed covered. The 3 hour drive isn't bad. Avoid this location.

In the past, I have not had good experiences with Ford salesmen. But, the salesmen have changed and the General Manager is newer. Negotiations were fair, explanations were detailed and everyone handled themselves very professionally. I highly recommend Lawley Ford for all your vehicle needs!

Service rep tried to con me into believing that because my rear brake rotor had oil on it, I had to replace my ENTIRE rear brake system. Truck has only 25K miles on it and the brakes are in perfect condition. Dishonest and untrustworthy. I wont go back.

The salesman Damien was very professional, courteous, and very friendly. He was very informed and knowledgeable about my car that I purchased which is a 2021 chevrolet equinox. Would not recommend Sierra Vista Glass or Lawley Ford for windshield replacement. Sierra Vista Glass failed to properly coordinate appointment with the dealer for vehicle drop off. Ford Lawley had no appointment scheduled for my service or tracking I was dropping my car off. While both companies blame each other I m still left with a broken windshield and no appointment. I am currently enrolled in a course at Fort Huachuca and am unable to miss much work as a result. Now after waiting several weeks for an appointment I will miss more work, and have to continue to inconvenience my colleagues for transportation till they arrange another appointment. I feel all of this could have been avoided with better communication between these two parties who have to work together.

Took our 2019 Ford Mustang in for service for ABS sensor, unusual sound, and a part that fell off the vehicle. It has been 6 weeks and our car is still not complete. The communication between the Ford Service has been lackluster with only text messages. We have a warranty on the car but haven t been informed if the warranty is covering any of the chargers. Every time we text for an update we are told that the Forman was out sick, now the mechanic is out sick.We were told that the ABS was due to wire damage possibly caused by rodents, that the sound was coming from the rear differential, and the part that fell off the car was a counter weight. I m trying to understand how this should take over 6 weeks to complete. BTY, we still haven t gotten the vehicle back so now we are going into week 7.I know this may not seem like a big deal to the service team at Lawley but this has been a BIG inconvenience to us for as a family to be down a vehicle. Especially when I travel out of town many days for work.

Lawley s was a 3 hour drive for us but worth every mile! The customer service was great! Mark in Sales was knowledgeable and so helpful! Hassle free experience!
