Team is great and moves through vehicles quickly and efficiently. 6 cars ahead of me in line and watching these guys get it done is impressive. Tom went above and beyond to get my transmission serviced on my 20 year old Tahoe that was giving him some issues. A+ operation all around.

Speaking about the Jiffy Lube in Sierra Vista, such great service. Went to many other mechanics (not Jiffy Lube) and they couldn't/wouldn't correct the problem. This Jiffy Lube is the one that fixed the main issue with our brake problem. Drives like a different car. Great branch manager. You can tell that he really loves cars and working on them. This keeps families safe. Keep up the great work!

Travelled from Buffalo, NY to Sierra Vista, AZ in our rental and the maintenance light went off. Pulled up and they got me in right away and got me out super quickly so I could get on with my day/errands. Really appreciate it and great vocal crew that made sure I could hear every single thing going on with my vehicle every step of the way. Thanks to Jayda, Joe, Alex and Brandon bottom side! Thank you!

Your should do whatever you can to keep your current set of employees. Awesome is the only way to describe each and every one of them from the top down. We were met at our car within seconds of driving up; the tech listened to our needs and addressed them all. While inside we were kept abreast of the issues that needed our immediate attention and informed of others that would need to be addressed within the next 3 to 4K miles. Really appreciated the quick and professional staff at the Sierra Vista location. Highly recommend, will be back! (For transparency this was our third or fourth visit to this location.)

Yes, the three guys involved in my service experience today (February 20, 2024) provided EXCELLENT and QUICK customer service and were so very friendly, informative, and professional. The employees were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They communicated the issues they found to me in a way I could easily understand. They also took the time to give me an estimate of the cost to correct each issue. Overall I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

After leaving jiffy lube, I realized my car which is a push to start wouldn t turn off so I called the great guys back and Tom came all the way out 30 minutes to bisbee to help me figure out it was my already broken gear shifter not fully engaging! These guys are great and will take time out of their busy days to help you if you need it! I d recommend them for great service and a team who cares and will help you solve your problem!

My husband has brought our Jeep here for oil changes and such in the past and had great service. Once he was even waiting when he received bad news that the relative that we were about to visit had passed away and the people at the Jiffy Lube in Sierra Vista went above and beyond in the end. It is hard to have something emotional happen when you re out and about just doing what you need to do. These are good people who care.Today was yet again time for another change. I had just been quoted a ridiculous price at another place but knew they treated my husband right at Jiffy Lube so figured I should keep driving across town for them. So glad I did! I was having a bad day so far and super scatterbrained. I usually drive our truck and was now in the diesel Jeep and needing to get this done without forgetting anything. I didn t know what to expect and pulled right up. Immediately, Manuel came out and helped me get where I needed to be.He was able to scan the car s info and pulled up all the history from my husband s visits so I didn t have to give them more information. I didn t have my glasses so I am so sorry I misread his name as Marvel at first, haha, but he was a good sport about it and everything else. Made me feel at ease and explained all of what would be done. Best part was the quote was nearly half of the other place! You can t beat that, and now I m getting a tire rotation, as well.Oh! And the best part was after the diagnostics (which were very quick). They had a tablet with all the info that showed each service needed, prices, and stuff for the future that we needed to know. Then Manuel pulled out our air filters to show how badly a mouse got into them! Oh no. We knew we had an issue before but thought it was under control. Ok, time for new filters, too! He even brought the new ones out to show me what they should look like. (Note, he did say they could clean one of the filters and wait longer to save money so that was a nice honest thing to hear! However, the AC has been kind of funky so best just change it now.)All in all, very happy with their service here. Would highly recommend visiting if you live in or are visiting the area and need an oil change and anything else they provide here. In the past with my husband, they were honest about what was and what wasn t needed. No trying to sell things we didn t need yet, which has happened to us elsewhere. Definitely give the Sierra Vista Jiffy Lube a try! And if Manuel is around, you know you will be well taken care of and treated with respect, too.

Ok fellow drivers let's begin with the fact that I came to this establishment with the simple expectation that my oil change could be done with no complications, which at the time I believed it was done, then I was called back because they believed their lot of oil was contaminated. They redid the oil change as they should to not be liable for any damages that could have happened from faulty oil. After the job was done the clerk at the desk assured me a free oil change for the troubles of having to come back which was great, but then months later after she no longer works there, conveniently there's no notes of my free oil change, and I never received any certificate or ticket for said oil change, this establishment refuses to honor free oil change.Now I'm a business man, what your establishment promises, it should stand on, and when it doesn't I will gladly take my business somewhere else. I don't have no complaints about the new staff all seem like legitimate employees but the strength of a good establishment stands on the the long term relationship of there customers, especially in a small town and with a good heart I cannot continue purchasing services or recommend any potential clients to purchase their services.Overall it's sad that a franchise business would refuse one small oil change oppose to furthering a relationship with a new client, who already has experienced a situation with company that would raise concerns.One hell of a way to treat a disabled veteran in a military town.where majority of your Clientele is either active duty or veterans.Definitely an eye opening experience and a valuable lessen learned.I write this in hopes to save any other driver out there a very unpleasant experience.

The manager, mechanic, and other service crew were very helpful in diagnosing and repairing my Fiat. I recommend the store to everyone that asks me where to go in Sierra Vista, AZ for repairs and diagnostics. Super friendly staff and expediant work every time!

I was given a price for the service. Then I informed the service advisor I had a $25 coupon. When the service was complete the bill was the same as the original quote (before he knew I had a coupon). When I asked about it he said the original quote was based on me having a coupon. Nobody ever looked at or scanned the coupon. Not sure how that came about but it kinda seems a bit shady to me. And since I never saw any prices listed for any of the services, either online or at the store, it makes me wonder. As for the service, it was very good. Very professional and well done.

I had oil change and tire rotation today. It was a somewhat fast in and out. Paul greeted and explained and reviewed all options and upcoming suggested services. I did not feel like i was getting a hard sell on additional services. It did not feel like a rush job. The additional team techs seemed to all operate together like fine machinery. Very pleased.

These guys are too much. They came to our house!!! Yes!!! Have you ever heard of that?? We were in trouble and they, Tom ( the manager) and Tommy his assistant gave us the kind of customer service, we thought was dead in America!!!! Lucky us, they said to come to them for help with anything about our car. They Walk On Water! Thank you Tom and Tommy you guys rocked our world. You gaveuus back our faith in humanity!

It was friendly and efficient service with NO pressure to complete additional services. Their recommendations were explained but it was left up to me whether to have those things done now or not. I felt that if the services had been NECESSARY for safety - they would have communicated that to me. We have changed to Jiffy Lube from another service in town because of the excellent service offered here.Service: Oil change

Always quick and give you exactly the details of what it cost and what needs to be fixed. My tire bolt got screwed in too tight from ford and they fixed it within minutes for 30$

This place could have destroyed my engine. Once I had my oil changed I had HUGE clouds of white smoke coming out my car. They are not real mechanics who work on your car. Staff was cold including the manager. They know they messed up and never told me the cause. Have heard other horror stories from this place. Never again.

It s a Honda it s not supposed to leak.Brought my fianc� 04 Honda civic in for an oil leak, got it fixed quick and at a great price. If you need a quick fix these are your guys. Everyone one there was extremely nice and very relaxed. An amazing place and if I have trouble again I know where to go. Also Murphy deserves a raise extremely good dude.

I needed to go get my daughter from Phoenix and Bring her to Sierra Vista but my battery light was on. I went in and they got me in and out within 2 hours alternator done and they said they had to tear my engine half apart I could not believe it amazing I'm doing a lot of jobs over my life but these guys are something else above and beyond they know what they're talking about they know what they're doing and I highly highly recommend going to these guys above anybody else thanks all you guys Jiffy Lube for taking care of me and making sure I'm safe getting my daughterUpdate so I went to get my daughter and my light never went out after her visit I went back to Jiffy Lube and was ignored went back again was ignored again so I left frustrated and after a while the lights just keep coming on so I decided to contact corporate they sent me the gentleman district manager and this is where I'm starting to feel like I've been bamboozled. It took 3 weeks for them to look at my vehicle once the corporate district manager contacted me. There was no communication between the district manager Jiffy Lube and me they never called they never tell you what's going on. They tried to send me to a dealership dealership didn't know anything about it nobody ever talked to them and then they said the dealership lied to me which I think it's the other way around I think they were trying to buy some time they sent me to a dealership and then said oh we don't have a good relationship with them really would you mind coming back to the Jiffy Lube next week. and then the next week rolls around I had an appointment on a Friday nobody ever calls me again and when I finally get a hold of district manager he says oh we're real busy we want to reschedule so I got put off again feeling very unimportant at this point so then another week goes by my car breaks down the fan for the radiator broke now this isn't their fault that's just something that happened but problem is I had to drop it at their shop cuz I couldn't drive it I asked him to look at the fan when they checked on the battery light again so two days later they had my car for 2 days I was stuck at my house nobody ever called me I finally get a hold of somebody and they say come get your car we didn't do anything wrong just come get it they were rude I got hung up on twice the guy at Jiffy Lube even had the nerve to say I was wasting his time after a month of back and forth with these guys to get them to fix this damn battery light and then at the very end after they said they didn't do anything wrong come get it I find out they never looked at the fan and when I got home the fan for the Radiators completely busted they let me drive home like that with no fan and it was this huge loud noise when the radiator fan turned on he said oh I never took it up the temperature to check that they never checked it and then a mile away from the shop after they said come get it we didn't do anything wrong and he literally looked me in the eyes when he handed me the keys and said there's no check engine light there's no codes I said okay. 1 mile down the road my radiator fan turns on loud noise and ding there goes the battery light so in the end I paid $400 for an alternator to get rid of the battery light which didn't fix the problem and did they further diagnose it to find out why the battery light was still on after an alternator replacement no. did they quickly take care of me when I went back to find out what was wrong no. did it take a month for them to tell me it wasn't their problem go away pretty much yeah. again I think I was given the runaround I think they're a bunch of shysters at this point they will talk real good talk to you and be real nice when you go in there to get something done but if something goes wrong Boy watch out these guys turn their colors real fast at this point this has been a nightmare I am taking my car to a different shop don't waste your time and money

Workers are always nice and professional and dont try to push you to buy things that arent necessary like other places. If you get lucky they are not busy and the most you will wait is 10 minutes! Some days are very busy there so if I see a line I come back another day! This is the only place I take my car and my boyfriend takes his truck for oil changes.
