It was an adventure getting 4 news tires installed on my vehicle by the team at Discount tires in Sierra Vista. To start with, my tires were not loaded on the delivery truck so I had to reschedule my appointment for the next week, then the next week the delivery truck driver had an incident on the way to Sierra Vista and lost 6 of the tires off the truck and of course 2 of them were for my vehicle.The team at Discount Tires were finally able to overcome numerous obstacles and successfully get the new tires mounted on my vehicle, all the while maintaining a courteous and cheerful attitude well done Jon, Alex and the rest of the team at Discount Tires Thank you .

I love this place. Bought 4 sets of tires here and the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Will be a discount tire customer for life! Affordable, family friendly, they take care of their customers. Alex is a great guy! Will be back to buy new tires for my other car soon.

Friendly service, only complaint is the wait. A more accurate wait time would be nice next time. If it's going to be several hours, you could just say that instead of telling every person that the wait is one hour when you know it's going to be longer. This gives customers the opportunity to make better use of their time, instead of sitting around forever when they could have arranged to be picked up while waiting. If I had been told the wait was a few hours instead of one hour, I would've gone elsewhere during the wait. Also the text saying my car was ready was sent to me 15 minutes prior to it actually being ready to go.

By far our Favorite DT store. We've had services there for almost 2 decades and have always had exceptional experiences. Fast, friendly, professional, and contentious.

Very good with service and communication. Did not have 37s in stock so it took a few days for them to come in but when they did I was very happy with the tires I got. Had a gash in the rear passenger tire so I decided to have both rears replaced. The new tires look and feel amazing and I will be going back to them when needed. My helper, Austin, was easy to talk to and helped me figure out the best way to proceed. Getting them put on was a little wait as this place is always busy, but I feel that comes with being a decent place.

Absolute joke waited hour for my tires to be balanced and rotated only to leave and still have a problem with shaking and wobble. Brought back immediately only to sit and wait again. Horrible customer service bunch of children working here. Do not come here ever!!!!

I have only ever done business with Discount Tires in multiple states. I typically am very pleased with their services, prices, and warrantees.After coming to this location five times now over the last couple of years, I will not be back. I would rather drive to a Tucson store for work to be done. I would spend an extra couple hours of driving, but I d still have more time than wasting here. They often do not have tires in stock- common tires. The guys up front seem nice, but the services rendered have left me dissatisfied every single visit.

The guys at this discount tire take care of you like your are family. The manager Ricky always shakes my hand and asks how I am doing. Alex or John are super patient and helpful. Service and prices are great. They always go the extra mile to help you out and I can only hope that all discounts could be this good.

Taking the joy out of buying new tires!I've been a customer for many years and have been to multiple locations to both buy tires and get service. Usually, it works out fine.Only two stars for Sierra Vista, though -- although they are fast and courteous, they may be a bit too fast.Two stories:Recently, I had picked up a screw in one of my tires, so I stopped by to have them take care of it. I showed the counter guy the exact location of the screw and he said it was fixable. Into the garage it went and 20 minutes later he said it was all good. It was not: I took a look, and the screw was still there, in the exact same spot. Long story short, it took three attempts to get that job done.Forgive and forget -- it was a hard screw to see as the head was sheared off, but I showed the counter guy exactly where it was THREE times.A few months later it's now time for new tires. I ordered the top-of-the-line Michelins for my F-150 at the counter. A few days later I showed up for my appointment and the truck went into the garage.As I was driving home, I heard a bang in the wheel well. Turns out that one of the wheel weights had come loose. On closer inspection, I noticed that half the weights were barely attached and furthermore were not the type that one should use on a painted alloy wheel.While mounting the tires the techs removed the glue-on weights and partially put on the clip-on style (damaging the paint in the process, see picture).I returned to the store and handed the manager Ricky the loose weights that I was able to remove with my fingers. Not a single word of apology, but they did take the truck in immediately and replaced the wrong weights with the correct ones.It seems to me that the front of the house is courteous and does the handshake thing at the end of the transaction, but the techs in the shop are not motivated to do a good job. I also observed a tech aggressively driving a vehicle into the bay; the manager saw this as well, and he spoke to the tech.

I showed up at 8:35 for my 8:45 appointment, after check in I saw other cars being pulled into the bays. At 9:20 nobody had gotten to my car yet so I left without saying anything. I never received a call or text to see if I was still there.I'm a busy person and I made an 8:45am appointment for a reason. 1 star for wasting my time.

I got a flat close to closing time today. I quickly googled my tire & size and found that this location had 2 in stock. I got the tire off then rushed it over. The salesperson told me to have a seat and my tire would be ready soon. I ran out to my car and the tech ran out at the same time with my tire ready to go! I was absolutely amazed at the all around professionalism. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this Discount Tire location!

I thought my friend was mistaken about free tire rotation. I didn't buy my tires from Discount, so was skeptical. I called and spoke with customer service. He was amazing and told me to make my appointment online, I wanted to be seen that day, and they would take care of the rotation. Indeed they did. We will need tires before we PCS and we will definitely be back to see them.

I had the pleasure to do business with Discount Tires 2 times this week. First to get tire pressure sensors and then finding out I needed 2 new tires. I was helped first by Nathan who was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. My second visit I was helped by Jon, who again was knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this company, they have a great team working for them.

Absolutely wonderful service. Fast and helpful. Had a flat tire with a big hole, Austin Morgan was so professional and an awesome manager and leader. He completely put me at ease and explained the entire process, his team was so diligent and helpful, as well. Wonderful deal on the tire and such fast service. I arrived a half hour before my appointment and they took me right away due to the urgency of the sound of the air escaping the tire. Thank you so much!! The entire emergency/last minute appointment took 38 minutes total to include checking out, etc. Amazing! I have been, and will continue to be, a repeat customer.

I can t say enough good things about the SV discount tire. I had a miscommunication with an employee, likely my fault entirely, and the tires got put on my car in the wrong way. The management team immediately fixed my issue. Thank you so much!

Discount tire is always a solid place to go for tires. Sometimes I do not agree with their policies, but that's not the staffs fault. The staff has always been extremely helpful and take care of me very well.

Worst service ever. It says order and setup appointment online and service is 30% faster. It is actually slower. I setup an appointment for 9:30am online. The store called and said the tires won't be in at 9:30. But they would call me when they come in. No one called so I called at 11:00 am and they said another hour before the tires would be there. At 12:00 no call so I went to the store. They had the tires. Who knows how long. They said after the car in the bay was done they would start on mine. Two more cars had tires installed and they still didn't start on my tires. People that came in after me got out before me. Finally I received a text my tires were ready but no one called me. They called everyone else so I had to get in line and go to the register to get my tires.

Waited in lobby for over an hour and a half. Car didn t move. Many people came and went while I waited. I only needed a plug and a patch. I was there before everyone else. Decided to grab my keys and go. Won t be back.

Fast service, even if they are swamped. Took my woman's car in this morning and they got me in sooner than they estimated. Cleanest restrooms and most comfortable waiting room in sierra vista with extreme care and attention to details. Family friendly music in there waiting room. Awesome displays explaining the difference in tires they provide and extraordinary shop windows to watch the professionals work on ur vehicle every time. Custom rims and tires can be requested and staff really bend over backwards to assist and excell in everything one customer could need.

Had a bad time to get the discount to get two new tires the guy was really rude and kind of pushy trying to sell me had my daughter with me he said it'll be about an hour and a half we said all right walked across the street walked around and went and had lunch came back car still in the parking lot so we sat for a while and then we took off again came back car still in the parking lot I walk in and asked so is there a reason my car is still sitting in the parking lot he says oh yeah you're next we had a car stuck in the bay Stuck in the Bay Whatever So he says you're next Hour and a half he quoted and we weren't out until two hours later almost missed my doctor appointment And at the end they handed my keys and nobody said anything not a thank you not Thanks for your kind Coming to us you know Nothing just rude rude rude and they'll let you sit there forever and not say anything They don't care and apparently the feedback online shows that and the only respond like two or three feedbacks that are negative they don't respond to all of them because like the other person said it's a bunch of kids and children work in there they don't They don't care about anything Or anybody Don't go there don't waste your time there's lots of tire places in town I used I've been going to Discount for 30 years but these guys here and Sierra Vista Not worth your time or money

I was about to make the trip from AZ to AR and needed a tire because we were running on a can of fix-a-flat. I'm pretty sure "Discount Tire" is but only a name and has no implications on the cost of the tire. But... a tire is what we needed, and they did have that, so 5 stars.

Great place no real problems repair was free staff was excellent the only thing was when I left I found a vibrator in my car�???? I checked and all mine were accounted for so I called and let them know "yo I found one of yalls vibrators" no one would claim it smelt like it was recently used and they way the guy was walking come on I know that walk.....

I've been using discount tire for 30 years. No matter the location, they've always treated me right. Had to have a new rv tire mounted and purchased new lug nuts. They were very friendly and I was out within 30 minutes.
