Troy and the staff at Big O Tires changed the tires on our truck when no one else in the area would. They got us four custom tires to replace the worn ones on our truck and recommended a place with a lift large enough for our vehicle to get an alignment nearby. We were getting ready to the leave the area the next week, and they had no issues getting us in there and taken care of. Highly recommend.

Great service and price. I had my brakes and rotors replaced. I provided my own parts and there were no issues. The facility could use a few more seats, otherwise no complaints. Completed a 1800 mile road trip shortly after and brakes worked great.

I took my vehicle in due to a screw in one of my tires. They fit me in with their scheduled appointments, and had me out in less than an hour.While waiting, I overheard a conversation with a customer who was getting new brakes. Later, I heard the gentleman call the customer back up and explain that their front brakes still had some life on them and did not need to be replaced right now. I appreciated their honesty. Saving them hundreds of dollars, I am quite sure the customer did as well.

We stopped by Big O Tires in Sierra Vista to have our tires rotated and checked out. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone very courteous and prompt. We purchased these tires at this store and always feel good about the service provided.

WOW.... what an amazing operation. As busy as this place was, I was treated well, updated by staff as needed, and all services were completed as requested.I've always had my vehicles serviced by a dealership. I'll be coming back here for my next one. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with my experience. The wait time was short and the team was friendly with big smiles. I had 2 tires put on and an oil change. I was in and out under a hour and a half. I didn t get the military discount for some reason but overall I had a great experience!

Great tire shop. Reasonable price for a set of BFG s. Nice that they had coffee and comfortable seats while they put the tires on my truck. I plan to go back to Big O Tires again. Thanks

I have used Big O Tires for all my vehicles including my work trucks and it is always fast and friendly! I haven t been in there in almost a year and they remember who I am and what I drive he always makes sure everything done in the past is working good!!! I have used couple of the tire shops in town and would never go anywhere else!!! Incredible service

Excellent, quick service. I know I can always trust that y all will only perform necessary repairs. I arrived thinking I had a bearing issue in the rear. Y all could have easily done the repair even though you felt it was unnecessary. I appreciate the honesty.

After a bad experience with a different tire retailer we went to Big O. Steve spent about 10 minutes with us explaining the differences in each tire design. We settled on a all terrain tire from Hankook. Which saved us about 300.00 dollars from the competitors tire shop. It took them 35 minutes to install the new tires. We are very happy with our new tires and the service was excellent.

Came in and got 4 tires mounted and balanced with a 4 wheel alignment. I was in and out in under an hour and a half and payed a very reasonable price for everything. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

They removed my bumper and center grill to replace headlight assembly. They called and said they couldn t complete the work. The bumper and grill not installed correctly and they blew my brand new $50 bulbs I provided. I had to pay another shop to do the work again

Big O Tires in Sierra Vista, Az provides great service. I went in on a Saturday looking for new tires for my Ram truck. I was given several options. I was advised to go with a Big O tire brand, which they had in stock. I am grateful for the kind staff and service. When my truck was done, the staff answered all my questions and thanked me for coming in. I highly recommend Big O Tires for services on your vehicle.

I arrived 30 min before closing with a slow leak in one of my tires. Despite nearing the end of their long work day, they got my car back right away, the leak was identified, repaired, and I was back on the road before closing time. You can't ask for better service than that. I definitely plan to go with "Big O" again when it's time for new tires, as I did last time.

Have used them in the past as I build front ends.Took my jeep there for a alignment.Excellent service and did a great job on a hard vehicle to align.Would highly recommend.

I called on Tuesday and ordered the new tire. On Wednesday the tire was delivered and installed on the 2018 Durango, allowing me to pick up my son at Tucson international AP, on time.Thanks guys for the fast professional work.

We were surprised by the price in person vs the price on the Internet! And nobody offered any kind of warranty info even though it was a new tire. They were quick to finish the installation but I still won't go back if I can find a better deal somewhere else

My brother uses Big O and says they always do work, I figured I would give them a try. My brother was right awesome customer service very friendly and knowledgeable. They do phenomenal work They have me as a repeat customer now

The staff and facilities far exceeded my expectations! Big O in Sierra Vista can do a lot of different services on vehicles, including wheel alignments. The staff is professional, fast, outgoing and helpful. If they encounter an issue with your car, they will show you and explain it. Some places will try to "up-sell" you on parts or work that your vehicle doesn't really need, but this place doesn't! They are great to work with and are my #1 go to for my vehicles.

Great Service! Had oil change and fuel filter change in my diesel truck. They also topped off all fluids if needed, and also vacuumed the interior. All done in less than an hour.

I have most of my oil changes done at Big O. Service is usually within an hour, recently it took 2. But they ck all fluids and rotate the tires.

I was very pleased with the experience. I went in for a rotation and alignment. Other tires places said they couldn't do the alignment because of rust and wanted to charge me for all new parts. Big O said it was no issue but gave me estimates for the work they recommended. My only issue was all the calls after trying to push the extra work, but I understand it's business. I will definitely go back for future tire work.

Update: Upon the GM arriving back into town, we were able to come to agreement and the situation is resolved. It's hard for me to recommend after what I had to deal with, but I'll say that Dustin, the GM there, is an honest and fair guy.Jack and/or Eric Lane, please contact me immediately. I'm being given the run around regarding one of your techs completely ruining all 4 of my rims on a tire install on 5/1/19. This is a $60,000 truck that I take extremely good care of, washing it roughly once a week....there is no way these rims looked like that before it went in for the tires. Your guys at the front desk even said that there was no argument, but that the tech told them that, "they were peeling before he took them off". Really?, I was right there in the lobby, he should've stopped immediately and came and showed me....even your front desk guys agreed with me on this. I'm fuming over this, as the replacement cost for the exact same OEM rims is $3,631.41. I'm also being told that the only person who can resolve this issue is out of town....Really?, come on guys. I'd like to believe that if the actual owners of this particular franchise, would be appalled at what happened if the roles were reversed and you were in my shoes. The picture does no justice to just how bad these rims look in person, and all 4 are the exact same way! I don't want to leave my contact info on here, but please call the store and I'm sure they'll know exactly which King Ranch F-150 wheels that they destroyed. I'm willing to rewrite this review if someone actually takes responsibility for their actions, but for now, it's a 1 star. My phone is always on and your prompt response is appreciated. Please show me that there are still some good people left in this world.
