As always this store on Glendale has the most knowledgeable people and can find the parts and help with rebuilding my broken autos. Bill and Shakira are great as well as the others. Always happy to go there for parts. I have bought over 300 parts from this place.

Excellent service. I forgot to get her name but she helped me replace my car battery. It only took her 10mins from checking/testing my old battery to the time she had put in the new battery. She's also friendly.

Needed a car battery change. Samantha from the Glenn Road Autozone in Sierra Vista, AZ took care of us so quickly and with great people skills. She tested the battery, replaced the battery and then tested the starter all in about 10 minutes. My only bad note is in the price. This same battery has gone up $100 in 10 years. I just paid $230 with taxes for a Duralast Gold 3-year warranty battery. But that doesn t change the fact that Samantha did a great job. She also has very good mechanic skills.

I normally have a good experience there at this store. Except the short woman with long grey hair. I've never dealt with her. Today I went in looking for a hollow bolt for my slave cylinder. I was at the counter she approached me, no smile just stared at me for a few seconds and said just like this" what do you want" I told her I needed a bolt. Before I could even explain it she said and I quote " bolts are back there" mind you there was nobody in line. I told her it was a special bolt and she just gave me a dirty glance and said" bolts are back there" I said calmly I doubt this type of bolt would be there, but it might. All the while she stared at me then said rudely " I can't find anything without a make and model" so I gave her that info. She looked at slave cylinders then stopped I was looking at the screen then screen stopped scrolling. I was still looking at the screen for about 5 seconds or so, and looked up and she was just staring at me no smile but a grumpy irritated look on her face, and said in a stern voice" I can't look up bolts for you have good day" I felt disrespected and felt like she thought i was wasting her time. I don't care what is going on in someone's life you don't bring it to work. Especially when the customer is what makes companies money to pay her wages. Believe me corporate will hear about this.

I will always go here instead of the one in town. Intelligent staff always make sure I'm getting the right parts. And have fixed many mistakes I've gotten from the one in town. Also, parts shipping is always quick and easy.

Went in to have a check engine light diagnosed. I was immediately greeted with a smile and was asked what was needed. We walked out to my vehicle and they plugged in the OBD reader. Went back inside and within minutes I had a print out of what may be the issue.Very pleased with the help and suggestions. I have a starting point and thats what I was hoping for.Thank you

This auto zone is the best. Deb the store manager is very helpful and keeps the store well organized and staff in shape. Always get helped in a timely matter and leave the store satisfied every time.

Stopped by the location on Glenn, after a bad experience at O Reilly s, and was greeted by Samantha with a smile and immediately offered her help, I needed something simple, wipers, but she went the extra mile, explained the difference between several ones, made recommendations and even installed them for me! Great customer service!!

Start here first when you have any car repair or maintenance needs. They have most of your solutions and are so helpful. You can borrow their diagnostic and testing kits to figure out what your problem is, then you can buy the parts there , get thorough advice, and borrow their tools to fix it yourself. Even if you end up going to a mechanic you will be equipped with the knowledge of what s likely wrong and ballpark price of parts.Oh! They also advertise free battery charging!!

Almost every time I enter the store, they greet me with a hello, or welcome. Consistently, they re able to find solutions to my sometimes interesting needs. If a party is wrong, or incorrect (which happens rarely), they are quick to fix the issue. Their selection of stock is great, and rarely do they not have what I need!

Your typical AutoZone they carry most everything you'll need just make sure if you order something online make sure you keep the receipt that they email you cause without it you can only get store credit no cash refund.

Always love stopping here. They have what I need at great prices, and as a rewards member every $100 spent gets you $20 cash back. Only auto parts store I go to. Best prices vs Napa and O Reillys.

I was in dire need of help with my Mercedes and I had Samantha at AutoZone off of Glenn Road help me. She even went out to the vehicle to check the problem and fill my car with oil. I am greatly blessed and grateful to have AutoZone in Sierra Vista.

Absolutely outstanding service at this particular establishment. Debbie came to my rescue, I needed to replace a battery, she went out of her way and put it in my vehicle for me! As she was assuring me I was good to go noticed my check engine light on and asked if I wanted a scan to see what the problem would be. Thanks to the extra mile tooken I was able to address that unknown issue. Thank you so much for your time and efforts Debbie!
