If you re in search of reliable, innovative, and great customer service for your car repair, this is the place to go. I wanted to install a lift kit on my 2022 Jeep. I didn't want anything super dramatic, Chris was able to help me and did a very good job. So happy with the results. Their team of seasoned professionals consistently exceeds my expectations and, exceptional customer service. I'm definitely coming back for more mods on my Jeep.

I came in here on a Friday afternoon, without an appointment, with a ticking sound coming from my valvetrain. Chris said he would be able to work me in the schedule to take a look at it.Chris was able to diagnose the issue, fix it and return my vehicle the same day.These guys are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very fairly priced.

3 Kings went out of their way to help me yesterday when my alternator went out across the street from their shop, at the gas station. I walked into their shop, explained my situation fully expecting to call a tow company and wait a few days for the repair. Chris and his mechanic Mike stopped what they were doing, ran across the street and pushed my truck right into a bay. The alternator was replaced with an oil change in just a few short hours. Highly recommend these guy. Great experience.

I had a good experience here. I came here because my car stalled, and wanted to get that looked into as well as have some general upkeep done. There was an older issue with my brakes that I had my previous mechanic (from across the country) look into, and they didn't find the issue. Here, they immediately found the issue, showed me visually what was wrong, and fixed it.

I will say I have not see his workmanship yet but the customer service from a one man shop is top notch. Called in to see about getting my truck dropped off to look at it in his leisure for a once over and correct a couple deficiencies.He told me to come in the next day, outstanding, and he would take a look. Once he is able to diagnose all areas of deficiencies he will reach out with a tentative timeline and price depending on the work I'd like to get done. The only thing I did not enjoy when meeting him today was that he is working solo in what appears to be a great shop with an honest / witty man handling the business.I will submit another review once work is completed. Thank you Chris for the great introduction today and I am excited to see the workmanship and continued customer service.Updated. Would give a sixth star if able but the customer service hadn't changed. The truck was taken care of with recommendations for upgrades in the future and potential pricing. If I have any mechanical work or custom fabrication stuff I will be hitting Chris up hands down!

Had an old military truck we needed worked on in Douglas. No one in Douglas would even agree to help out. Called 3 Kings and got Chris. He took the job no problem. Was upfront about the potential cost of the job due to travel. He went out got the job done and stuck to his price. Very professional and honest mechanic. 3 Kings always performs. They give me the lowdown on what's going on with my vehicles and provide options and reasonable pricing.You probably need to call ahead to check how busy they are on any given day, but they're always straightforward and dependable and don't try to upsell you a bunch of stuff you don't really need.I recommend them to anybody who needs a mechanic. They've never let me down.

My first experience was with my ac on my truck. They took me in the day I called. They were so helpful and understanding. You felt like part of the family. The price didnt break the bank. Then today I broke down on hwy 90 had to be towed. Went back to 3 Kings, all the bays were full and so was the parking lot but they made me feel important. Went in by 10am anf had my truck back by 2pm. And again they didnt break the bank. The mechanic really knows what he's doing. They truly care about their customers. Will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend 3 Kings Auto.

Garish wired my jeep for triple towing and it was quite involved. Kudos to a job well done I highly recommend this place

Used to work here. Over charges you for parts & tells you he's ordering new parts when they're not new at all. Had my Buick regal here for months and when I got it back it broke down two blocks down the street. Oh yeah also forgot to state that he charged me almost 1000$ for "fixing" my car.

99 Dodge diesel 2500 that wouldn t start due to injection pump being bad . They were busy fixing lighting wires before diagnosis of truck not running. . Now do you remember?
