Great place with amazing people! I needed my starter changed, and they had it done in a very timely manner as well as affordable! Also they'll install a part of you already have it yourself unlike most other shops. Would recommend to everyone.

In sept I ordered a leer topper for my truck, the order got messed up and was never started by leer, was told i would get a refund that was November, it is now February and no refund. Nothing but lies from the check writer. Then i filed paperwork to go to court, AND the usps lost it. so now i have to go another route, maybe criminal theft will work, looking into it. nothing but smoke blowen up my butt from the finance people there never ever do business there. I have documentation of all of this . Man have i heard it's in the mail. LMFAO.

This place is Great! they Usually have what I need to make repairs IN STOCK! Rob is a great help and he is willing to assist you with direction and parts look up. He is honest. However his accomplice is an absolute liar and a crook not to mention a total loose cannon. Only talk to rob.I was told I would be called before any repairs were made. Next thing I know it s fixed and $500 later. Also it had more problems when I picked it up that it did when I dropped it off. Hard to get good service now days. Can t say I m surprised. Also because I work full time and couldn t get there immediately, I was threaded with a daily storage fee. I have no documentation of a storage fee. Was yes even given a copy of the repair ticket. When I brought up this fact, he started yelling at me stating it is on invoice, that I don t have.AND THE PLOT THICKENS! here we are a year after the time I had it in there. Getting back to working on it and properly fixing it because it has had problems since they worked on it. Found they broke the fuel regulator and ZIP TIED IT to fix it. Because they didnt want to own up to the parts they broke while fixing it. I hope this is read by all! Freaking terrible mechanic work and awful customer service. We need Rob to come back and rub the show.

This was my first time at this shop, my dad uses them often, I decided to have my front brakes done at this shop after getting several other quotes, they were slightly higher than the other shops but what made me choose them over the other shops was the fact that they were friendly and thorough about the work that needed done. Upon doing my brakes they found that my U- joint was worn out almost completely. My jeep drives so good now after they replaced it there is zero vibration! I couldn't be happier!

An absolute scam. Way overpriced and they didn t reach out to me at all. They did what work they thought it needed so my bill was way over a $1000 when I was expecting maybe a couple hundred. The piece of equipment I took there wasn t even worth the bill. I should have told them to just keep it. Never again

I wish I would have looked at these reviews first, I was told to service my Ranger and replace all fluids including differential would cost $150.00 plus all materials needed. When I picked it up they charged me $250.00 plus materials. I have a witness that was with me and confirms our conversation. My brother did drop it off and some how they are blaming the miscommunication on him. Also at the end of the bill they threw in a $15.00 charge that was not identified until I went back in a asked them. They then wrote in Shop Supplies. Total bill was $425.00 to change all fluids, new air filter and lube grease fittings. I wasn't going to write a review until I saw all the other people that feel they were mistreated. The person who quoted me the price was standing there but the owner did all the speaking. I'm not saying its a bad place they just lost my future business and positive reviews. You think the owner would have asked the guy who quoted me the price his side of the story. I would suggest you get any quotes in writing.

If I could give negative stars it would definitely be a complete minus, do not take your vehicle to this place they are incompetent. I took my brand new Jeep there to have a towing base plate installed, by brand new I mean I had just picked it up the week before it didn't even have plates on it yet, when I picked it up I took it home and washed it and noticed deep scratches where they had taken out the tail light and let it hang on the painted bumper then there were ding in the body along the area they were working... this was a brand new car they were the first to work on it, I took it back and showed Rob of course he denied they did it "because they were professionals" and they put protectors around the area they work on. When I went to check on progress one day they did not have any protection on the car. Again when confronted he vehemently denied they did it to the point calling me a liar when I asked if he was calling me a liar he backed down and said to go get a bid for repair, I again asked if he was still denying that they did it he responded yes but told me to go get a bid to have it repaired. I received a bid of $1,400.00 took it back to Rob which he just shook his head, I paid for this repair, the auto shop made two attempts to get him to pay for it which he didn't... DO NOT TaKE your car here! Again they are incompetent and dishonest! In such a small town news travels fast and bad news twice as fast the owner of this place does not deserve your business take it to a more reputable place.

AWESOME customer service! A locking pin on our Roadmaster tow bar broke as we were passing through the area, and we were dead in the water. We found them listed as a dealer online, called them, and they said they would look at the bar. It was repairable, and we were able to have a replacement part overnighted to them. Rob and his crew got us back on the road again in short order, in spite of being obviously very busy. They completely serviced/cleaned up the bar, their work was professional, and they were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

I took my boat there because it wouldn't start..they had it all day and told me I needed a new motor. I couldn't afford one so I sold my boat pretty cheap. I guy who bought my boat worked on it a couple of days and it was just the carborator..its running just fine now...they are not looking out for you they just want to make money off of you...I wouldn't go there for anything with a boat..I wouldn't even trust them with my razar..bad business...

Hey if you need after market & truck work,, or up grades & repairs. Check out the deals, I think you'll be surprised. Definitely a great shop for truck's & ATV'S. I just had a front hitch & level kit installed. The job competed in what I consider a very short time. Rob allowed me a few sneek peeks during installation and the shop guy's were super,,all my questions about the job were answered with professional/technical expertise. Definitely worth the price for a great job.

This people installed a lift kit for me took my 3 carli level kit off and they were suppose to put all my old parts in the bed of my truck after I got home i noticemy carli sway bar links were not in the bed. We called them they said ya we will put them aside. We went back after a week now they saying they dont have it they put everything in the bed not only this people suck at what they do they steal there customers parts!!! Robbin Hood is mad and didnt give my parts because of the negitive review. Soon everyone will know this guys shady business tactics. I wouldn't let Rob work on my wheelbarrow. Rob is only good at one thing and thats robbing his customers out of time, money and parts!!! BEWARE..Please steer clear and go to Arizona Suspension Specialists. Very nice honest guys!

Terrible shop they charged me for work they couldn t do All I needed was a tire put on a rim and they kept saying it s the wrong size when it wasn t I took it over to epic motor sports and they got the tire on in no time at all this place refused to give a refund on work they never did I will never use this shop again and I suggest you don t either terrible experience

Had the compressor go out on the air leveling system on my truck. They ordered a new one, got it shipped, and installed in time for me to make my next destination. If I lived in Show Low, this would be my shop of choice for all my aftermarket parts and work on my trucks. Everyone I talked to was very professional.

I brought in my four wheeler to repaired and when I got it back it broke down within 10 minutes but when I brought it back they not only fixed it they put on other parts and labor at no charge and I was impressed that they did fix the problem . I highly recommend this company .Thank you
