Horrible Horrible experience !!! Bought tires from Walmart online and picked up the tires and decided to have them mounted and balanced even tho It would be 3 and a half hours later. After checking the tires and making sure my order was correct, size and type of tire I was all lined up to get them mounted. When it was time to install them they told me they couldn't mount them for me because they were not the right size!!! WHAT? To make it short regardless of why or what , they couldn't have told me this 3and a half hours ago???? They had all the same info and nothing had changed since I first walked in the door. ot them mounted down the road no problem. I lost the 60.000 miles warranty because Walmart wouldn't honor it if someone else mounted the tires.

Paid for the tires in advance. They never came. Now I have to try and get my money back and I still need new tires.Had to go elsewhere to get the tires put on the car. Now they're saying that we got the tires when we never got the tires. Still don't have my money back of course.

They got me right in and out. Had a blowout on my 2 month old tires. Glad I bought the road hazard warranty.

Ordered tires 2 weeks ago and had an appointment to have them mounted, but then they called me to cancel my appointment saying their bay was closed and they had no estimate on when it would reopen. Then they made a new appointment and called me the next day to cancel that one, too. Then an employee called me the following day to tell me the same thing, but at 7am IN THE MORNING ON A SUNDAY!! It woke me up and I wasn't happy. They obviously have no communication between staff.They also won't ever answer their phone. Been trying to call for a week. I filed a complaint with corporate via phone and even they couldn't get this location to answer the phone. Each time one of them called me to cancel, I told them to have a manager call me, which never happened.My tires are still sitting there and they refuse to mount them or talk to me.Service: Tires

Got an oil change and they improperly replaced my heat shield causing it to drag and me to have to locate a shop open on a Sunday while on a trip to get it it fixed. Will not be coming here again for an oil change due to shotty labor and technicians.

Had to stop for trailer tires on my way to Phoenix on a Sunday. They were the only tire shop open. Even though they were only taking appointments, and I just stopped in late in the afternoon, they were able to hook me up with 3 new tires. This tire team is awesome and ensured my family and I had a safe ride for the rest of our trip.

I was hesitant because I read reviews while I was waiting for my oil change. I was thinking great I have my 3 year old this will be so much fun if they take forever. That was in a ton of reviews. I was actually pretty happy with the service I got. The guy asked me what oil change I wanted they had a $25, $40 and $50 one so I got the $40 for high mileage. He checked my tires, fluids, battery, filters and oil and washed my window. It only took an hour and there were 2 people ahead of me and 2 behind me. They were very respectful and clean. I know jiffy lube my car was dirty on the sterling wheel and my mats after they did it and the guy forgot to put my oil lid on and it cost me $60. I won t go back to jiffy lube. We went on a Wednesday at 4 if that helps not during a weekend. We didn t need an appointment either.

I usually get my car serviced at the Honda dealership in Phoenix, but I needed an oil change. The technicians were super friendly and fast. I was done in under 45 minutes, and they made it super easy to checkout. They call when it s done, and they give you a slip that you can use to checkout ahead of time at any register. Very convenient!

Had to have my tires repaired 3 times after buying 4 new ones. All within two months Tried to call at least ten times throughout the day, and they didn't answer. I ended up going somewhere else, to have 4 new tires put on, just to end the struggles.

Everybody was super helpful and knowledgeable. Thumbs up to Mr Gene outside. car vehicle was done 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time. Prices were cheap and I would recommend

They couldn't help me. I had bought 4 tires with 60 thousand miles 2016. Hazard warranty plus and one tire only had 3/32 tread. I wanted a replacement but wasn't allowed according to the auto boss. Kathy at auto desk was very helpful though. She's very friendly and helpful.

Went at 8 am on a Monday for two tires. Took less then a hour. There were 3 employees working, 2 have to stay on oil and lube side. (Walmart policy) one to do tires. Keep in mind that oil and lube come first and you will have a nice experience . Employees were very nice. Price of tires, good. Will recommend.

Most unfriendly and unhelpful crew I've ever encountered in my life. Went to buy and replace a battery and only needed an extension to get it out. "We dont loan tools" ok can you help me real quick? "No ask the tire tech" asked and nothin. Only good guy there was an older gentleman named Vern and as I left all the younger employees were hassling and disrespecting him for wanting to help me. Unbelievable. So not worth the time or the little money you save to go there. Stay away

Terrible And slow. Took over 3 hours for them to change one tire on a very small 2014 ford fiesta. When i WAS watching i saw one gug working and 3 mostly atanding around. It was Sunday and they were the only ones open, but next time I would rather ride on a donut for as long as I have to to avoid this place. I work 50+ hours a week 6 days a week. Thanks for making me 2 hours late for lunch with my children, and taking over 3 hours in the middle of my only day with my family. They refused to let me pay in advance to help speed things up some. Will not return ever!

Absolutely horrible service. I get there at 830 and they opened at 8. None of the techs we're there and wouldn't be there till 9. I waited for the techs to find out that it's a 2 hour wait. I waited for the length because I needed a new tire. They call me to tell me they can't fix it so I need to replace the tire. I tell them to go ahead with replacing the tire. They say they start getting it done. And I waited another hour or so. JUST TO FIND OUT THEIR COMMUNICATION SUCKS! They had me wait for a tire that they didn't have in stock. Poor work ethic, poor communication, and they can't even fix a simple flat. Horrible service. I should have charged them for my waisted time. Don't waist your time or money

I like the Sunday hours for tire repair but unless you are first in line for any oil change plan on waiting 1-3 hours based on cars there. I just went to Big O Tires was in and out in 25 min $33 for oil change. I ll pay a little extra for no wait...

I needed to buy tires for my truck. I went n clueless about tires. I left Walmart very pleased,happy,n with money n my pocket. They answer ALL of my questions n made sure I understood. Thank U Walmart Automotive Department n Associates. I will be back for service again n I will spread the news. Peace

yea i live in the area and tbey really suck bad....last time i went for a. ooik change i came home nituce all my chrome tire caps where gone ...tiday i literally have cakked lime four times now...no o.e answers direct line ir thru switch board i finally calked back the switch board and told the lady tbeir is no answer it doesnt work thanks anyways...jeeze really that hard to pick up a ringing phone ...plus they always say u need an appointment bla bla come on man its the white mountains...got like four stoo lights and two rds .....i dont knoa i wanna say dont use this store its really a pain in the ass and they nsver found my caps....give md a break i went in with them on nia tbey are gone

Good prices but plan on being there way longer than normal...the paperwork is usually not put in the computer right and it takes a while to redo everything

Walmart really needs to train the employees who answer the phones in the auto center. The woman I talked to was very short and rude. Had I not needed what they had in stock I would have bought elsewhere. I got basically nothing but I dont know, we dont carry that, I dont have a computer to look that up. No help in cross referencing a part number that I had off the old batteries. Very disappointed in the service I received today.

I have gotten my oil changed there for years. And this time they put a quart over. Had to have somebody during it out for me. And they even charge me for it. Don't think I'll be going back there again
