Glad the service was good after waiting 3 weeks for appt. The cabin air filter they stated had rodent damage WAS ACCURATE. Not wanting to pay the elivated 60.00 for them to do it, went to auto part place and did it myself for half the cost. I checked rotated tires and lug nuts afyerwords. All appears good!

I made an appointment for 3:30 and they told me that means I can't get in until 5.. that makes absolutely no sense. They acted like I was dumb because I was a girl or something telling me an oil change takes 1 1/2 hours. I'm honestly super disappointed. So far so good I dropped off my 2016 Toyota Corolla S+ at Hatch Toyota this morning for its 8am appt. for recalls. I like how they have already called me once to receive approval to charge me for any, and all services that come out of pocket. I like that dropping it off was extremely quick and painless. Their service department is very polite and helpful making it a pleasure instead of an inconvenience. Hoping everything continues to go just as well as the day unfolds.
