They were so kind and helpful when I left my change. After I filled up yesterday, I was distracted and in a hurry. I left without getting my change, a substantial amount and realized it 30 minutes later. I called and left a message, hoping they would call me back Monday morning since it was Friday night. Derick returned my call within 2 hours and reassured me they would look through the records and return my money the next morning. He called again Saturday morning and said I could pick up my cash as soon as they opened. Thank you Splash and Dash for your honesty! I made a dumb mistake and you were very kind to help me. I really appreciate that!

Love this place! Use cash and your gas is lowered... usually the lowest in the entire city! Also if you add a car wash it lowers it even more! The brushless car wash works great! There are cameras for safety. There are attendants during the day, very helpful and pleasant. If you do use cash there's a change dispensary to return your change. The do it yourself car wash has two payment methods, cash, debit. If you see multiple charges on your statement from the car wash, give it a chance to process because it will only charge what you used. I've used the vacuums and their suction is decent and they are FREE! Exceptional gas station -- triple check!!!

Great fuel prices and good car wash. One stop shop fuel and wash. Car was clean and tires were clean. Discount offered with cash fuel purchase and adding car wash.

Horrible!! It stole about 3 dollars in quarters and when i went to exchange a 20$, it took that too with no money in return. I called and left a voicemail but no answer. I left en email and they responded with "we're not in charge of the coin dispenser" but dont guide you to who does return your money

this car wash only has 4 star rating? so far it is the best car wash ive visited in my AZ travels and its affordable too. i used the sprayer first to get bugs & dust off. most high pressure wash ive used in all AZ. went over to follow up w/ lazer wash - again extremely powerful jets - glad i did the undercarriage option. truck came out looking great. free vacuums is a nice touch and had i had time i would have used them. attendant on duty in case problems and keeping the business clean. glad i stopped in. i wish my local wash back home was this nice!!!

I had a bad experience on "one" occasion at the Splash & Dash in Show Low. This happened in April after having eye surgery.After the pump didn't dispense our gas it was a fight to get our $15 back. The amount may not ssem like much to some people. It was more about principle than price.We told the manager to look at the cameras and they could see what happened. He refused to look at the video. The manager begrudgingly gave us our $15, and told us to never come back.I have spoken with Dave since I posted my review. I received and apology, and was even offered a token for a car wash.I didn't make a review for any free washes or gas. I had received my money back. It was the way I had been treated by an employee. I, like everyone I know work hard for their money, and only want the respect we deserve. I was told I was welcome to return anytime. I was happy with the response I received from Dave. Thank you.

For the second time in six months this business stiffed me at the pump by not printing a code to retrieve my change from fueling up. After emailing the receipt and the explanation, I now must return to show low between 8am-5pm. Once I get my money back, I plan on avoiding this business. They were timely in response to my email in their defense. Bottom line, be careful here if you live out of town.

I like that they have a car wash guarantee because you're doing everything yourself through either the self-serve or their services that they provide where you can drive through. If you're not happy with your wash they'll put it through again until you are

After years and years of loyalty I m over this place I ve never had a problem if my car isn t washed all the way they will offer to let me run it back through or finish it myself in a bay! But there s a new guy and he told me after my 12$ car wash that the back wasn t clean because of the roof rack and I told him no it s the little flare in the back dirt gets stuck in there so he refused to help me he handed me a card a said call my boss so I drove off with mud running down the back of my truck! I will be going back Monday for my refund! Thankfully there s a new full service car wash in town I gotta drive a little farther to get to but worth itService: Vacuuming

The car wash put down wax over top of the suds before rinsing, then it never gave the spot free rinse on the $12 car wash like it was supposed to.Lastly the blow dry left my car soaking wet full of water all over!This car wash does a mediocre job at best!They claim it is a 100% guaranteed satisfaction guarantee car wash, but when I complain to the man running it, he thought it was good enough, even though I didn t and I complained!I tried to complain by phoning and emailing with no response to the email and the phone has been disconnected!!!!This car wash is pathetic at best, use at your own risk

Sometimes, the lines are long, but this is the go-to spot. I buy a package and redeem the wash anytime I need. I don't have to worry if I have my card or cash with me.

Paid full price to go thru the car wash. No soap, no polish cleaner, totally skipped the tire clean. The truck came out still dirty! I tried all day to call the number to complain and the phone was busy!!!! Not happy as we always get the 5 washes ticket for $ 50.00.....Waste of money!

Not many car washes to choose from. But, most are "touch less" and doesn't clean my car as well as their "soft touch"! Plus, they give you MORE money off per gallon of gas for buying a car wash!Yesterday my receipt hot stuck in the gas pump machine. I came back this morning and talked to the attendant (because I bought a car wash). Very friendly and I got the wash I paid for.

This place has a wash stall that is tall enough to get my motorcoach into. The people who own and manage this combination car wash and gas station are super nice. We had an unexpected mishap that required an on-site repair, and they were extremely flexible and patient. We highly recommend

The price is okay, the water pressure is decent. The huge delay between selecting the function and chemical dispense is incredible waste of money I feel like I waste a huge percentage of time waiting for the soap to come out of the tip of the hose. The squeegee's are old and stinky. They never put windshield washing fluid with the squeegees (just water). You have a 50/50 chance of the change dispenser not working correctly after you type in the code off of your receipt. The vending machine with the cleaning supplies for sale is an absolute joke. There is no selection whatsoever.

THEE PLACE TO BE FOR CASH FOR GAS FOR LESS! JUST A FEW CENTS PER GAL BUT THE MULTIPLE CHOICE CAR WASH BY MACHINES OR YOUR HANDS INCLUDES A BAY FOR THE BIG TRUCKS AS WELL..SAVE ON AVERAGE 10CENTS A GAL AND BUY 5 WASHES, GET THE NEXT FREE! EVEN A RE-DONE DRIVE SO NOW IN SHOW LOW THERES 1 DRIVEWAY THAT WON'T CAUSE YOUR DENTURES TO FALL OUT HAHAHA!

We like this car wash in Show Low. You can opt for automated touch, automated no touch or stalls to wash your vehicle yourself with a high powered wand dispensing water, soap, wax etc. These are probably priced at market but it seems a bit much to me. Especially the wash it yourself where it seems like money goes into that machine like it does into a spoiled kid.

We got the top wash but the wheel wash was totally off so the tires were still dirty. We dyed it and got other spots that weren't even loosened up. Would have been satisfied if it was the low end wash.

I have to say I was quite pleased with the fact that I could slide a credit card in and get 2 minutes for cleaning my car but it was also for $2 so they still come out ahead. I don't know if it's the same with other car washes, but I would suggest it to the average car washing person who needs to get mud and dirt off their car.

Always gets my car super clean even with the touchless wash. I like to keep the road salt and grime washed off during the winter months and they have inside/closed wash bays.

Second time going here...this time to get the free carwash promised to us on the original review.There's no one there! It is Nov 13th, a Wednesday at 2 pm and there's no attendant???? How convenient. Also the number listed outside to call is no longer a working number.

Very good overall carwash, would give it 5 stars but the machine has eaten my money a couple times before. Very clean, everything usually works very well. Nice covered vacuums and great water pressure. Automatic wash works pretty well also. Make sure you don't have a bugsheild if you use the automatic wash, mine was ripped to pieces lol. My fault not the carwash.

Great self service car wash. Does a great job and fast. Saves me from getting out the hose, bucket and soap out at home. By the way, ya have put all the stuff back at home when yur done.

Cleans your vehicle for a reasonable price and the vacuum is free of charge. Also the gas prices are pretty low.

Car wash works well. Vacuums don't have enough suction. Be careful with the vending machine. It doesn't always give you your purchase. Have to basically stick your head on the glass to see what your getting because the glass is sun rotted.

Had to take my pickup back again because they missed so much cleaning on it. That's why I went there because I don't have time to pay my own vehicle. So for me to have to return. I coulda just clean it myself and save some money and no it would have been done right the first time. And while he was having them reclaim my pick up three other people brought their vehicles back to. Showing him they weren't done right
