This past Christmas I went into Show Low Ford looking for any kind of donations for a Christmas drive we do every year and the owner Guy Hatch was glad to help! I've never purchased a new vehicle but when I do I'm taking my business to Show Low Ford!!!! Thanks yall you have no clue what this ment to all these kids and family's!!!

Guy Hatch is amazing and so approachable! A couple of years ago my wife and I had to move some of our daughters belongings. Guy himself made that whole experience possible. I would have ANYONE to go visit Show Low Ford and ask for Guy Hatch and let him help you like he helped me!!

This is an amazing dealership to purchase a vehicle from! I am from the Phoenix area and the 3 hour drive was well worth it! The salesman, Joaquin, I worked with was very helpful, quick and personable. I purchased the vehicle over the phone and when I arrived it was all ready to drive off the lot with paperwork in hand.

Ended up with a problem with our Ford driving near Show Low a long way from home on a Saturday midday. They were able to get us in and checked quickly and even verified that the part was in stock. We walked around town for a while and they had the repair done twice as fast as estimated. Mackenzie and Alexa were a joy to work with. I don't recommend getting stuck in a small town on a weekend with a car problem, but if you have to do so, Show Low Ford can take care of you. Thank you!

Im not a big fan of the owner. Because of his performance I would drive to another dealership an hour and 20 minutes away from him to get service. His service department likes to spill oil all over my engine compartment and really make a mess. When contacted they seem to not have any concerns. I moved on.

Show Low Ford was a pleasure to work with and Stewart was fantastic throughout the entire process. Most dealerships just see dollar signs when you walk through the door but, at Show Low Ford, you feel like they are trying to earn your business for a lifetime. We were impressed by every part of the buying process and would highly recommend them, even if you're in the valley like us!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! My husband and I were in the process of buying a truck through Jeremy and even ran our credit which keep in mind stays on your credit for 7 YEARS. Well they sold it underneath us after starting the process. I absolutely do not recommend these people and we were about to drive 20 hours to get the truck. These people are so messed up it's not even funny!

Show low Ford does great work at reasonable prices. Their courtesy shuttle took me to and from my home when my truck was ready. Great people. I think that they could improve the time it takes to get your vehicle finished, figure out ways to streamline the process.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Called from out of state. Got my credit ran by them, so everything's in the process right. Then they sell the truck locally from under me. If you are out of state do not even try because they do not care about your hard inquiry. Called after to express the stupidity of it and they don't give a single care about it. Trash company. Trash employee. Jeremy do better.

I recently bought a new 2019 Ford F-150 from Matt Williams at Show Low Ford. It was a great experience all around, from the time I drove in to the lot to the time I left driving the new truck. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed, they even helped to entertain my impatient 5yr old by drawing faces on balloons. Matt was very knowledgeable about Ford's and very polite. He asked what I was looking for and took me to the exact truck we needed. He was not pushy at all and let me take the time I needed to make my decision. He introduced me to his finance manager Jameson who then went above and beyond in getting us the best deal. The owner Guy Hatch even came out and introduced himself and was very nice and wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We got a great low price on a beautiful new truck. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The buying process was smooth and easy, I went in and signed papers over my lunch hour and was done in less then 30 mins!! You can't go wrong if you buy from Show Low Ford. I highly recommend them. They truly care about there customers! Thank You again Show Low Ford!!

I AM SOOO IMPRESSED WITH SHOW LOW FORD!!!! I have a 2019 Lincoln Navigator (Lincoln is a division of Ford). I live in Phx and bought it at Fiesta Lincoln in Mesa (another fantastic dealership). However, while at our vacation home in Torreon, my battery was dying and I had to jump it. I called Show Low Ford and talked to the Service Manager Chris Sterns. He told me to bring it in. Unfortunately, even after multiple attempts, they could never create the code indicating that the battery was faulty. Finally, after a very cold night, the battery failed and was covered and replaced by the Lincoln 48 month/48,000 mile warranty. Even though I was not a 'customer' of Show Low Ford, I was treated as though I was and received what I would call 'Platinum Service'!!! Chris constantly kept me abreast of the status of processes they were trying, which were many. Service Advisor McKenzie was friendly, polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more. Their shuttle service made all this so much more convenient, driving me home and the delivering my fixed vehicle back to me. Driver Lynn was wonderfully pleasant. THANK YOU SHOW LOW FORD!!! GO DBACK!!!

For me, my salesperson Joaquin made all the difference. First contacted Show Low Ford via their Website. Found a couple of used vehicles that I thought would suit. Received an immediate reply, and went next day to test drive my choices. Joaquin listened well. After driving my choices, I test drove another couple of possibilities. After all these test drives, Joaquin suggested that a 2024 Ford Edge might fit all the criteria on my wish list . That car is what I ended up purchasing and I couldn't be happier.

We were looking for a used F250 diesel with a lot of specifics, low mileage, not a dark color, 6.5' bed, etc. We went to this dealership because of the great experience we had buying our last truck from Guy Hatch. Same great experience this time. They didn't have a truck that matched what we wanted initially. But Guy went out and found us one that matched exactly what we wanted. They let us know when they got it in. We looked it over and drove it. We weren't sure, but they held it for us while we decided. And the price was great. When we did the paperwork, everything was just as quoted. No added charges for ... They fixed a couple of things on the truck that weren't working or were missing, detailed it nicely, and worked around our schedule re: picking it up, etc. Guy and his staff are friendly, courteous, and not pushy. I've purchased vehicles from other dealers over the years, and this is the best.

When I walked into the dealership for the first time, I was cordially greeted by Richard Nelson. Unlike many car salesman, Rich was easy going, a good listener and applied no pressure. How refreshing!We have become friends and share some common interests!On delivery day, Rich turned my wife and I over to Mark Herrera to finalize the transaction. Just recently finished my second purchase with them. Everyone in every department is always helpful. I have never talked with a sales rep better than Bob. He made both of my buying experiences as easy, fast, and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this dealership more than any other out there.

Show Low Ford makes it easy for me to get my vehicles serviced. Just recently took my truck in for service. I was able to drop it of at my appointment time with my service advisor and I was able to pick it up on my schedule after I got off work. Plus as a bonus I've been using the Ford Pass app which gave me a large discount on my service. Thanks to all the great staff at Show Low Ford for taking care of my vehicles.

Go to Royal. He will set you up. He has helped us 3 times now and we will continue to go back. After Royal gets you what you need Mark will get you written up and out of there. Both are friendly and knowledgeable. It's not your typical high pressure dealership like in the valley.

Matt is absolutely amazing and worked very hard to find the vehicle I wanted. The whole team including Matt, Guy, Chuck, and Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This is my 6th car purchased at Show Low Ford and because of their customer service this is the only dealer I will use. Thanks for everything!

Unfortunately, I'm giving them a 1 star. I made an appointment for 830 for a issue with my cameras in my truck and oil change. After three hours of sitting there a man came up and asked me how I even made this appointment, which I made over the phone. And he told me they haven't even started my oil change and it would be at least and hour. It took additional five hours. After talking to the manager he said my truck was actually done at around one and no one communicated with me even after me calling multiple times. One man was extremely rude. Honestly, this ruined my whole day. This is my only vehicle. I honestly felt like I was stuck. I hope I never have to go back to this Ford. Very disappointed.
