Our class A motorhome broke down at our campsite and could not be moved. Shawn came out and diagnosed the problem and order parts. A few days later he came back out and fixed our diesel, and we were back in the road. Very good and professional company that I highly recommend.

I had an engine problem in my large diesel pusher motorhome that was preparing to leave me sitting beside a highway somewhere. They ordered in the proper parts, and the boss came to where I was parked to get my repair done. If I had driven much farther, more damage would have occurred. I am happy with the care taken with my rig, and all is well now. If I have another problem when I am visiting in this area, I would not hesitate to use this company again for repairs.

I broke down in a semi tractor. Springerville Auto Wreckers towed me in from Pie Town, NM. Great guys here. Know their tradecraft well. Quick, efficient and vety knowledgeable! Good price too!

Worst experience I have ever had!! Paid$1200 to have my semi towed in there by of course someone they recommended they charged me $800 to diagnose it ordered the parts and then told me they couldn't fix it. Charged me to send the parts back, then charged me $35 dollars a day to store it which we are a small company so we couldn't get it towed out of there right away these people are crooks. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Super happy with having my motorhome brakes inspected and everything else underneath. Shawn was professional, on time, went above and beyond explaining things to me and really enjoyed all of the cool stuff in his shop. Also reasonably priced.

My wife and I are new to RVing and when we experienced an issue with the suspension on our Forest River Legacy coach we could have bounced our way to Phoenix or Flagstaff or taken a chance on Show Low Diesel, whom we'd never heard of. Shawn and his team diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be "operator error", i.e. dumb driver! They could have taken advantage of our inexperience but instead charged us only for a one-hour service call!!Guess where we'll be taking our coach from now on for any of the services they offer???? Fairly fast response to our call for help because truck would not start. Took some time to isolate issue but got truck started. Found an associated issue and will order part and install soon. Tech was knowledgeable, had clean, organized tools & equipment and made several small adjustments to improve truck performance. Cost more than previous service calls, but then, what doesn't? Well worth expense else wouldn't have had a vehicle for the weekend.

We are full time motorcoach owners for the last six years, so our 2015 Tiffin allegro bus 45LP is our only home. We were returning from a vacation to Monument Valley with our grandson, heading back to Mesa, when I saw two yellow caution lights. The Navajo nation could not diagnose my failure codes, so I headed to Showlow Arizona in hopes of finding a qualified diesel mechanic. We checked into an RV resort, and I contacted Shawn Bell to see if he could come to the park and analyze my failure codes. He was there that day with his certified Cummins diesel diagnostic machine and determined I had a bad turbo and turbo EGT. I asked him to order the replacement parts, as I have an aftermarket warranty, and the next day he called with some not so good news. Cummins reported they were back ordered on the ISL 9 450 Cummins turbo s and EGT s 60 to 90 days. Based on this information, and our full-time status, my DW and I settled in for a long wait in beautiful Showlow Arizona. To our great surprise, Shawn s parts sourcing Guru Found us our parts two weeks later. I scheduled an appointment to get the bus repaired, and Sean, working by himself, installed the new parts and totally checked out the coach diagnostics in one day, and we were on the road again. Throughout our ordeal, Sean was very professional and kept us informed of the process. His labor rates are well below those of Cummins yet very fair. He Interfaced with our extended warranty, establishing a professional rapport, and completed the repairs as promised. I would highly recommend Show Low Diesel to anyone that requires diesel mechanic expertise. ShawnBell is the best I ve seen.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My motorhome got hit by lighting, it came down a tree and jumped to my coach. 8^( No, I didn't get any superpowers... but it did kill my automatic step, my entertainment system, and apparently my TPS for my C-7 engine. When the cat wouldn't start, I called Shawn at Show Low Diesel based on his positive reviews. Shawn is a personable very talented professional, and if you watch him work he explains things in a simplified way when appropriate. We were very blessed that our problem wasn't epic, and Shawn found it straightaway. He was able to procure a part the very next day and we're back in business. Getting medium truck diesels fixed is spendy; it's important to get it right the first time, and that's what Shawn does.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They never answered the phone, it was always by text message, I never got to the truck and ended up with a text message telling me that I wouldn't work all week, this company is a shame it exists, they should dedicate themselves to something else, from the office to road services
