at 77 Subaru you will get the most quality service, financial, and just overall the most quality experience. we recently bought a car from there and let me tell you not many dealers will sit there with you and talk out the smarter options of what you can put on the table. the general manager Michael Crawford will never fail to make the dreaded car buying experience the best it can be. he will make you laugh, share interests, and make sure you leave satisfied, and happy no matter what it costs him. he doesn t just care about his company, he truly cares for every customer that comes through those doors no matter what. i want to thank michael and his amazing crew of people for helping me out even if it meant making sacrifices for himself, if you want to make car buying a whole new experience, 77 is the way to go!

Bought a new Subaru. No hidden fees, no mandatory packages or add ons. Very transparent process. Great price on gold plus extended warranty. Unfortunately immediately started having some issues. Subaru tech line couldn't figure it out. Lane the general sales manager went above and beyond to make it right.

On Thursday the 29th of February I had a 10:30 AM appointment with Angela Diamond, As always I showed up early at 10:00 AM she was ready and waiting on me. To start this off for a better understanding. I really don't like car shopping and have never had a good dealership experience. I had looked at a 2020 Forester Sport premium on their web site and that was the one she had ready for me to check out. No pushing me to see others first or any of the usual salesperson stuff took it for a test drive and yes I drove it! The vehicle had 61,000 miles on it so after we were done with the test drive she ask me if I wanted to see any other vehicle I said no but also told her what I needed to have to buy the vehicle I was here to see. She got right on the deal keep me informed at each step of the paperwork. She display a fully customer service Additute during the whole process while adding a friendly and welcoming environment in the process at each point of the process she kept me informed and always ask if I had any questions or concerns or needed anything. To be honest she was a delight to be working with. I know this kind of business needs a team to do it all and they were outstanding yet Angela was the one dealing with me and she made this experience pleasurable and quick. I came to your dealership dreading having to do another all day long car buying experience. But, that's not what happened it was in truth a pleasurable experience because of two reasons Angela and your team. Thank you very much. David Campbell.

10 Stars isn t enough! We went in to just look and got excited ! Leaving with not only my dream car, but a an amazing truck for my husband! That s right, we loved this dealership so much we bought two! At so many dealerships, you are literally nothing but a number. This was like working with family to reach a goal! Michael Crawford, General Manager s energy, knowledge and leadership is unmatched. Jaryl Austin, Sales took the time to answer all our crazy questions and show us what ever we wanted to look at and Damian Morales, Finance Manager was organized from all the details and paperwork, down to having a screwdriver! We will definitely be sending anyone we know here and will definitely return whenever we need to purchase again!

Can I give 77 Subaru TEN stars?!!! There's no better place to buy a car than 77 Subaru in Show Low! This is my FIFTH Subaru, and I am absolutely THRILLED with the honesty and stellar treatment my husband and I received by the incredible staff! My 2024 Outback Wilderness is a beauty, and we drove away knowing we not only have a great car, but we now have the great team at 77 Subaru in our corner---from Raquel in sales, Damian in finance (he makes finance fun!) and the UBER-EXCITABLE GM Michael--the whole freaking experience was AMAZING!!! These are my people 4 life! Run, run, run to 77 Subaru!!!

So these guys are the best. They got a wilderness in which is what my little heart really wanted. They worked with me to trade my touring in for the wilderness. You guys are amazing. I went into 77 Subaru nervous and worried but that quickly went away when I started to work with Angela Diamond. Her name speaks true as she is an angel that gave me a Diamond of a deal! She found me a car that I was more than happy with for the price I wanted and they found a payment that worked for me. I thought how cheesy it would be for me to cry when she handed me my keys but I couldn't stop the water works when she did! The weight that lifted off my chest in that moment was more than I expected and I couldn't believe the relief! Everyone I worked with was absolutely wonderful and amazing! Special shout out to Jason and Lane for assisting in this wonderful experience! I was so happy with my experience that no words can describe! My family will be going to 77 Subaru in the future and I will be returning

I am so please share a very delightful car buying experience I had. Jerry McGraw did a great job getting everything done and helping find our new used vehicle. He matched all our requirements we have with our youngest. We were all so happy and I was impressed to get to meet Michael Crawford. The whole staff was helpful and delightful in helping us. Most enjoyable car purchase ever! Raquel was knowledgeable, thorough, customer focused and so pleasant to work with! Michael-GM was honest, trustworthy and driven to our satisfaction as the customer. My wife and I have had a lot of car issues for about a 1 yr and a half. We have had 3 vehicles break down on us. As we were in a tight spot financially my parents let us borrow one of their trucks. About 2 weeks ago It had broken down and my father fixed it but it ended up breaking down on us again about 2 nights ago. It was the middle of night and my wife had called me and woke me up from a dead sleep panic as she was unsure if she had been able to get the truck off the road as it had died suddenly on her. I rushed out of the house in my boxers and a T-shirt I was wearing to get to her. She kept telling me about a commercial she heard on the radio about a dealership. I had put it out of my mind as most dealerships need great credit and due to everything that has happened neither my wife nor I had the credit needed to get a vehicle or so I thought. While we re waiting to get tires. My wife was non stop bugging me about the commercial she kept hearing on the radio. So I told her to call the dealership to see if they are open or even if we had a potential. She was on the phone for about 15 mins before telling me that John had told her to come by afterward and even offered to pick her up. We went to the dealership and to my proudest moment of late my wife was approved for her own car. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. I got the opportunity to speak with several employees who all have the same mindset of how can I help. Michael Crawford the general manager was amazing!! I loved the energy of the dealership so much I applied while we were waiting to hear what the banks said. John and Damien had stayed late to get all the paper work done so we could drive home with the vehicle. John and Michael are amazing and would definitely recommend over any of dealership!!!Will be the only dealership we shop at from now on.

I'm sure that many people can agree with me on this, I HATE buying vehicles. All the hassle, pressure to buy, and the back and forth with numbers. Most of the time, you get a sales rep that pushes you to buy and usually, you end up in something you dont love with a payment and interest rate you love even less. Today was not like that for me at 77 Subaru. My sales reps Taylor and Angela helped me get into my third Subaru Forester and I'm in love all over again. This is mug second Forrester from 77 Subaru. Every detail was explained to me by the finance team, Lane and Damian, and not only did they keep my payment within my price range, but they got me a 6.9% interest rate! The general manager Michael even activated my StarLink Secure account at no cost. This dealership supports Military and First Responders as well which was a huge green flag for me. All in all, the staff are very friendly and genuinely want to give back to our community here in the White Mountains. I've never had a better experience at a dealership and my car buying experience today was unlike anything I've ever imagined it could be. Thank you to everyone who assisted me into getting my new 2023 Subaru Forester Wilderness today. I couldn't be happier! If you want a great vehicle and an amazing buying experience with wonderful people who actually care about your happiness, this is your one-stop in the white mountains. They make me feel like family every time!

I would give more stars if more were available. They worked with me ( credit, down payment, service) it is hands down the best experience I've had when it comes to car dealerships. Catherine is outstanding and never made me feel pressured to purchase a car. I was shocked when they told me they got me in to my 2010 Chevy Impala and got me a down payment less than my budget. Michael Crawford is fantastic. I really appreciate y'all and how much you have done for me. If it wasn't for you I would still be hitch hiking to work...

I went in to 77 Subaru to get a brochure about the cars they sold, and left with a Subaru Forester. Destiny took extra care to make sure everything was covered. She spent a lot of time helping me make the best decision for me. General manager, Micheal Crawford, was amazing. He made sure I got the best rate and I know he sees his customers as his family. Everyone was very friendly. No hassle buying Felt right at home. Answered all our questions and answered all the high tech question ! Nickki was our salesperson. An almost pleasurable experience for buying a car. No pressure, everything spelled out and up front. No problem with showing the deal to other dealers. They even gave us copies of the terms. Wow!and Jason was the fianc� guru got a great deal! We would highly recommend 77 Subaru of Show low az. Bought a car and made new friends.

Amazing time again! We had an issue with our previous vehicles that stressed us out. Jerry McGwire stepped it up BIG TIME, took the stresses away and put us in an amazing truck!! Michael Crawford and Angela Diamond are absolutely some of the best people I have ever met. They treated myself, my daughter and my grandson like family. We love them so much. They worked hard on getting my daughter into a car. Michael went as far as getting a fabulous deal for my daughter by getting her into his car. I will recommend all that I know to go there and see those two to help them when they are ready to get a new car. God bless them both.
