We went to have our battery checked and Tom confirmed it was indeed the battery. He removed it for us, took it in and James helped us look up the battery info. He confirmed it was 6/6/2020 we bought it....2 days past the warranty. No problem, he said. AJ rung is up and we walked out with a new battery at NO COST! AND Tom installed it as well! Never going anywhere else! Thank you, guys!

Was in town and my truck thru a code. Sara went out of her way to read the code and ordered parts from the valley.As promised, the parts were there at 7 am. Quick installation and we were on our way.Thank you, Sara and staff, for saving the day. The dealer was 4 weeks out!!!

Just wanted to leave a 5star review for the gentleman @ this location. I think his name was Gary. Not sure. A native of Tennessee. Anyways, had a problem with my blinkers and he was very helpful. Very kind and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Give this man a raise. I will definitely be back.

Had a bizzar encounter at AutoZone. I took a couple oil jugs to recycle. Got ignored. Waited in line. Nerdy looking guy told me he would have to leave the counter and called the next customer. Almost dropped a load. Took my jugs across the street to you guys. Totally different experience. I was greated at the door and the jugs were emptied promptly. What a difference. My go to from now on.

The crew at the show low store have more knowledge than any auto parts store I've been to. Gary and AJ put in the extra effort to make sure customers are satisfied. Go there if you want the best service.

Called in looking for rear wipers for both our cars and a nice older gentleman looked them up for us and held them for us until we got there. We appreciated that!

Tom and AJ along with Gary and the Mgr James are a awsome and very informative group of guys when I go in for parts, always pleasant, I had bought a locking gas cap for my corvette. Couldn't get it open, drove to the showlow store, and james came out and helped me get it off, then put new one on, thx to all the guys and don't forget Sarah, she's a gem too..

Been going to this store since it was a yellow front/checker auto . Mostly good people over the years but as in any business you get a bad employee. Good prices and mostly a great place to BS about your project. Thanks for 40+ years of helping me fix my trucks and a couple of cars.

These guys were so polite and awesome! We were camping nearby and are from out-of-town. Our battery was dead. We came here for a charge and they did it for free! The whole staff was very nice

I stopped here because my analog dash was showing a low voltage. I went inside to ask if they could check my battery, alternator an starter. The gentleman behind the counter came right out and check my electrical system and found no faults, probably just the analog dial. This is exactly why I use O'REILLY'S auto parts, because they treat me like I matter. Thank you very much Show Low O'REILLY'S !

So this store really impressed me. They had on the shelf in stock both a starter and fuel pump for my 35 year old truck, the only store that did. My compliments.

Really helpful folks. I was especially impressed and grateful for them actually coming out of the store and changing our windshield wiper blades on a cold snowy day when we stopped in to buy a set.

Was in there Sunday and Richard help me and installed brake lights in a Toyota Highlander for My Mom and Me - Nice people in that store - need auto parts in show low see Richard nice and very helpful - i wish all O'Reillys where like that -Yes I would go back again if I needed a part up in that area

Great location, I've always been treated very well. I always leave either with what I needed or with a bunch of things I ended up seeing and wanting lol! I recently had an alternator I purchased awhile back go out and they replaced it under warranty within minutes. I've also had batteries I purchased start to bo bad and they replaced those also. You can probably save $ buying parts on the internet, you can probably get the same quality parts or better in the internet. However good luck trying to get anything covered online, there is a reason why you pay a little more and for the customer service I've always received it's worth every penny! Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

My husband called up to get pricing on some A/C parts, and was greeted by an associate by the name of Shane. During the course of the conversation, Shane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. When my husband jokingly asked if those could be delivered to the Eagar store, which is not opened yet, he replied that there may be something we can do. Turns out, Shane is commuting and drives through Eagar on his way home. He offered to deliver the parts and meet at the Eagar store as long as they were paid for online beforehand. Shane's helpful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile is what customer service is all about. Because of his actions we will be an O'Reilly's customer for life. Thank you, Shane!

I don't know if they were in a mood or what, but I was treated like an idiot. Witch usually isn't the case but I wasn't wearing mechanics/greasy clothes, today I was wearing slacks and a button shirt. I walked in and asked to get a price on a battery, I know they need more info, but i got this whole spill about it and numbers just rattled off to me before he asked me the make and model. That's ok autozone is cheaper, and they treat me the same no matter what I am wearing.

It was as to be expected,but they have to order the spark plugs I need.one would think that a auto parts store would have at least one set of whatever they carry in stock.but no,the good part is they will be there tomorrow,and that's good,but now I have to drive 50 miles to town to get them.all because they don't have them in stock.good thing they don't pay for fule
