Tried to charge me over $300 to pull my vehicle out of the mud. Waited over 2 hours with no call back I called their service again and was told the truck broke down and that I would have to pay another $325 for another company to come pull me out. We call Apache County sheriff who found the local fire department and they puled us out for free. The police and fire department were fantastic, best in the west. Tow company I would not recommend for any thing real bad

Had one of our propane trucks get stuck and they did a great job taking care of us!! Hopefully won t have to use them again but definitely will call them if needed!!

I was surprised that the driver was not excited about my posting a review, but now seeing there are already many many positive reviews already posted... Never the less, another positive review lol. I have AAA road side service, needed my Durango towed in to the shop, and this fellow plus a trainee came out. I was impressed, how he explained things to me, how he explained things to his trainee, and things I already knew lined up well with what he told me. He did not just toss it up on a flat bed, he showed his trainee how to tie down using the wheels and parking break of course. He was friendly, quick, but not over rushed to rush me any. If you have never had a bad tow, than these reviews probably don't mean much, but if you have, this guy and I assume he represents his company's attitude about towing, is a safe and good tow bet! Highly recommend.

I needed to be towed quickly so I called Navapache Towing and they came right away. Fast, excellent service. I appreciate the kindness and team work between Patricia and her driver (I didn't catch his name). This company was simply amazing! If you need a tow don't think twice about using them! My niece was off road stuck in the MUD late at night and Trish had the most incredible young man "Abel" come out to help.Unfortunately, he needled additional special equipment to recover the vehicle so he drove them to a hotel for the night and picked them up in the morning. He showed up on time the next day and he was able to recover the vehicle Without any damage. Absolutely, the best experience I have ever received from a Towing Company!This company was HONEST, RELIABLE, FAIRLY PRICED.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.SHELLEY

I broke down at night in the mountains, and early in the morning when they opened they immediately came for my truck. They quickly towed my truck and repaired it very quickly at their auto repair shop. I did not lose any time in delivering my cargo, I am very grateful to the mechanics and all the workers for their good work

We had our plans fall through for moving our 40 foot shipping container we needed moved for a project. We called last minute and Mike came out the next morning to get our shipping container moved and reset on our property. Mike was an incredible blessing to us!! Thanks Mike!!!

This family owned business made me feel like part of the family when my truck broke down just before the sun set on highway 77 on my way to Sedona. Clay and Joshua went WAY beyond the extra mile and made sure I was safe for the night and even made a plan with me for the next day to get to the mechanic. I d give them 10 stars if I could!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! We called AAA for a dead battery problem, and this Company said they would be there in 20 minutes. We waited 2 hours and then called to find out what happened. Patricia answered the phone-- said they tried to come out, but left. That was impossible because we were waiting by the gate. Patricia became extremely rude. Very unethical company! DO NOT USE!!!! We were moving horses and she put all our animals in danger.

Absolutely, do NOT use this towing company.One of their drivers, Jake, came and towed our new truck and 5th wheel on 09/01.They didn't check their equipment before loading and strapping our vehicles. While trying to disconnect our 5th wheel, we heard a loud crash, and I asked the driver what he hit. He said he lost our truck! They had faulty straps and completely damaged our front bumper and electrical.We provided them with a quote from the Chevy dealership and have made MULTIPLE attempts to obtain their insurance information to file a claim, and I keep being told the owner will not provide his insurance information or move forward until we provide him with multiple quotes.We will be escalating this matter to outside help until we receive a resolution.I was hoping to avoid leaving a review and involving other entities, but when they completely refuse to provide insurance information for their faulty equipment that damaged our vehicle, I feel its best for everyone to know what kind of company they are doing business with.

They had old tow straps that broke free and Damaged my truck. The company asked to get a quote which we did. Then asked for another one. We refused and ask for their insurance information. A week later and still asking and still nothing. Do trust them or their word.

Had my Harley flatbed towed and Able was nothing but professional. Top notch equipment and obviously very knowledgeable. An overall excellent experience under the circumstances. Highly recommend.

Today, my 75-year-old grandmother found her self in a very unfavorable and scary position when her car broke down outside of town on the way to a doctors appointment for my 90 year old grandfather who is in very poor health. His oxygen tank unable to operate without the car running. It was determined that the car needed towing and being nearly 5 PM, most local shops were closed. My grandmother is on a fixed income and very tight budget but being stranded on the side of the highway, she called Navapache towing for help and they were there within 30 minutes. They got her to a safe location and being aware of her financial situation, Trish ( apparently the lady who makes the financial calls of this nature) was able to make some huge concessions for my grandmother when it came to the bill. She didn t know my grandma and had no reason to be so kind, yet she was. I am so grateful that there are still good people out there who just want to pay it forward. I give this company five out of five stars for customer service, professionalism, fast response time, and overall quality of care.

Careful that you actually get Navapache on phone, they got scammed on weekend, a scammer call-center used their number, and was stealing credit card numbers... SERIOUS!

I called Navapache to help me get my car out of the mud. The two nicest guys came out and, rather than risking damage by using a winch, they helped my co-worker push it out, without need for the tow. Then, gave me some education on how auto traction control works and other helpful tips in the event I am to ever find myself in the unfortunate situation again. This is by comparison to how I was treated by another agency who did not show up as promised, and when I canceled due to delay (and fear that I would still be there in the dark), threatened to charge me extra if I called them to come out the next day! I highly recommend Mike and this agency!!! They were also referred by my insurance carrier's agent, under my roadside assistance coverage, due to Navapache's star rating from other customers!! Great experience. We were in Pinetop area, 4Runner wouldn't start, AAA sent this company out. They did a great job. Gave me a jump start and helped me find a place to replace the battery. Thank you Navapache Towing. I think I worked with the owner, but I didn't catch his name. If you need a tow or jump, give these guys a call.

We blew a tire sidewall during a heavy wind/snowstorm while driving on the 60, roughly 50 miles SW of Show Low. The kind people at Navapache towing were the only folks in town who were able to come get us. The ride back to town for comfortable and pleasant, and they helped us find a good tire shop in town. Thank you Navapache!

Navajo Apache towing towed my son s truck home and nearly killed us. The driver was unloading the truck and let the cable free fall which caused the truck to take off down the tow ramp and run into a fence and wood spool causing damage to the truck s headlight and fender. If my son, myself or 1 year old grandson had been 2 feet closer we would have been ran over by a 3/4 ton truck. Very dangerous and irresponsible. The driver said he would fix the damage but never called back or showed his lying face again. DONT use this company.Service: Local hauling

This was by far the best towing experience I've ever had. AAA said they couldn't find anyone to tow us (myself and 3 kids) on a Sunday in a rural area. A quick Google search and I called Navapache. Morgan coordinated with AAA for me and got a truck out immediately. Zach was amazing! He was prompt, communicated beautifully and was phenomenal at helping to keep us entertained! His tow truck had issues on the way home too but Navapache dispatched another truck immediately to assist and we got taken care of. My kids said they actually had fun thanks to Zach! I will highly recommend them and will utilize them in the future. And Zach needs a raise!

Our car wouldn't start when we went to Hawley Lake, a place with no phone service and really far from the town proper. The receptionist of Navapache Towing catered to our needs in a professional and pleasant way. Mike, our tow truck driver was on time, well-prepared and knowledgeable. He had plans set up for his clients' best interest. We felt at ease with the service we received. We highly recommend this company.Services: Car towing, Battery

These people are just so great! I can't recommend them enough. They helped me out in a serious emergency of towing my RV from the hospital to a hotel. The sweet girl that answered the phone went above and beyond to get me and my truck towed, as my husband was in ER.. they are also going to get me towed to Phoenix when my husband gets transported. Very professional and yet compassionate. Zach even offered to come and bring me back to the hospital to get the tounge lock key. Thanks for being there. Wonderful to know folks like this still exist. I got towing service through AAA.Abel was towing my suburban across the state.He was professional, friendly , polite and did an awesome job! Only bad part was that I had to wait a bit, because no other company is contracted with AAA was available. Some of the kindest people on the planet work here! During a multi-state road trip, and on a Friday afternoon, I was having an unknown problem with my vehicle and had to stop in an area without service. Abel picked me and my car up and when we got back to service he and the team already had a list of mechanics for me to call. It seemed like no one would be able to get me in before closing for the weekend. I was taken back to the tow shop, where the whole team rallied to help find a mechanic that would take my car same day. They made me feel so much better during a very stressful time, and the shop they found for me got me back on the road the same day. Endlessly grateful to the Navapache team!!Service: Car towing

My partner was on a late-night long-haul drive and blew out two tires on a pothole in an unfamiliar, remote area. Geico emergency roadside assistance put us in contact with Navapache Towing. Mike went far above and beyond in helping ease the situation and transporting our car to a safe place while also helping numerous other folks in a similar situation. Then, the following day was able to provide an additional tow when tire replacements were available only at another location, helping us get back on the road with limited delays. 5 stars is insufficient to capture how helpful these folks were... absolutely great business with great people!Service: Car towing
