Absolutely done with this car wash. Better off hand washing myself. $20 for this!!! No top rollers, tires and rims actually look worse after the wash. and the vacuums are terrible too! No towels or dash wipes. No smelly options. This is one place on the mountain that would not hurt my feeling at all if they closed their doors.

The washing machinery is very damaging on roof trim. It broke and pulled up my trim on my truck. Also know of another truck roof trim that was damaged. Won t go back.

Abel should not be a manager. Has no professional tact on how to handle Customer's concerns. He came off tense, short, & frustrated when I inquired about the free car wash that was promised to me. I drove an hour to get there. Can't imagine how he treats the employees. Jacob on the other hand was not worked up and calmly explained policies that were not clear or obvious as the customer. Thanks Jacob!

Love that you can get in and out, no hassle. Free vacuums are very helpful, especially with the weather we get here. My floors always need a cleanup.

It's certainly pricey for the membership! I paid twice as much as my former car wash membership for fewer options than I had. The wash does do pretty well. I did see areas with dirt still where the brushes missed those areas. The compressed air and vacuums are more powerful. I liked the mat holders. Would like to see the mat cleaner which you put the carpet mats into, and it cleans them.

You pay triple the price of other carwashes and it barely cleans it. Paid $30 and still had dirt all over my vehicle. The only good thing about this place is the free vacuums.

If only they provided towels. For $10 you would think they could afford a dryer and a washer and someone to put them in there. First car wash I think I've ever been to that doesn't have towels. So if you want to clean your car bring your own equipment lol

Closes far too often and doesn t keep the posted hours of operation. Venice never seems to get completely clean at this wash the vacuum system gets the two stars but this operation needs improvement and ability to spray under carriage.

Free vacuum service and air for your tires. They have monthly unlimited carwashes or single car washes. They take good care of the equipment and they always keep it clean. Love coming here.

Gabby and James were amazing very helpful and most importantly kind. I did a dumb thing and left my truck in drive and the front half of my truck didn t get cleaned so they helped me get back through and even scrubbed the bugs off the front. Wonderful customer service!

My jeep cherokee was really dirty cuz I live off a dirt road and they pre-washed but those brushes don't get it all, so my ride looked like it was suffering from mange or something kind of a waste of 20 bucks

We have used this carwash since it came to the White Mountains. It has a wonderful washing system and generous place to vacuums and "groom" your car. Considering I spent $20 on a car wash that included the tires I am extremely disappointing. The photo say it all and I won t be back. I m going back to the do it yourself car wash next time where I know I can get it done right

We buy the unlimited monthly. We had an issue getting through the gate so a couple young men helped with a sticker and even offered to pressure wash our MatsThey went above and beyond

We had a very poor carwash today. We paid $20.00, up from $15.00 two weeks ago, for the power wash. The right side of the car did not get soaped, etc. There were none of the extras like triple foam. Only the back half of the car was rinsed with something--not sure. The dryer was on for five seconds. Had to use the windshield wiper to clear up the windshield. In the past the power wash was quite good. Today it was a wasted effort.

Been a member since they opened and love it! They give us free car wipes and air fresheners everytime, love the vacuums and pressured air.

Free vacuums and the wash is nice and clean. It seems less noisy than most other car washes. I purchased the monthly wash pass because of the value.

This is a good inexpensive car wash. It cleans the outside of the vehicle really good & you have the option to use free vacuums yourself if you need the inside cleaned...

The basic car wash almost doubled overnight from $6 to $10. That's NOT acceptable to me. I will go elsewhere or do it myself. I do a much better job myself anyway.

Been by the CW this past year or longer down the White Mountain rd. Know there were a bunch of damage when it was new. Never went in MY truck. Went last week and only go for light dirt. But front bugs needed more cleaning. I even cleaned at the house with glass spray detergent, a few days prior to the carwash. Zero help with bugs at Joyride. Little pre-spray when you go through carwash and only quickspray next to driver side car face.No towels and bring my own. Vacuum is fine.Sorry, won't go back again and I'll just to PT carwash. Has his huge bucket of soap and long brush to pre-clean bugs and stuff, before mechanical Cw. It's Not worth the time and effort. Definitely NOT a Joyride.

Did not clean my car very well. To many blind crossings, very little signage. Air hoses way to powerful took paint off my car! Not happy!

I enjoy going to this car wash with my husband. The drive-thru wash cleans our Jeep well. The vacuum is free to use with the wash.

Dirty car needed a bath. Attendant sprayed down the front and away we went into the wash tunnel. Came out on the other end much nicer than when we entered! Free vacuums too!
