They do not do a complete job as marked on the check off paper. Stated there was no oil on the dipstick - paper shows "normal oil levels" prior to oil change. Check engine light - it's been on for a couple weeks, they say they checked it and everything is okay. Stated they vacuumed the interior, they most definitely did not. Never saw the windows washed, but couldn't tell since I had just taken it through the car wash. Tried to sell me two new air filters (they succeeded on the cabin one) - on the check off sheet it the shows that the original one is okay. To me, they didn't do a thorough job like they tried to pass off on the check off paper.

Was greeted by a tech upon arrival, answered all my questions/concerns, very helpful. The mechanics provided all the services requested, along with an explanation of everything completed with the appropriate paperwork. Very pleased with my first experience with this group in Show Low.

Installed wheel cylinders improperly. Brakes came apart 30 miles away in Overgaard, Az. Couldn t drive it back. Charged $600 for the job. Had to have it redone and they wouldn t reimburse a dime. They will NEVER touch another vehicle of mine.There s more to this story that is extremely disturbing. I should have taken them to court but didn t want the hassle. I hope this review costs them at least as much as they ripped me off for.

Entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I was informed of several maintenance items on my care that would need to be done to keep my car in good working order. I appreciated this advice and upgraded my service to include a couple of them. I ve been to many Jiffy Lubes in Arizona over the years however, I think this one must have a great manager.

Had good experiences here. I take the work van in for routine maintenance, so I'm not paying for it. The wait is a little long, but the shop is pretty small and they do a great job of helping as many as possible.

The team we able to not only able to provide great service for my oil change they provided solid recommendations on improving the performance of my truck along with recommendations for future services, with pricing, which would help costly repairs in the future. Highly recommend getting your car serviced here.

Mark at the counter was very knowledgeable and kept the whole processing professional. I have not been able to maintenance my vehicle as much as I have wanted lately but these guys sure do help ease that stress. They wanted to replace my battery for $350. They said it was bad. I took it to auto zone and had it checked and it was fine. I will never go here again!

Update #2- realized whoever put our air filter back in did not do so properly. We had to fix it ourselves. Very much reconsidering coming here again.____________Update: this was our third time using this Jiffy Lube and this time was a bit disorganized even with many people working. Wait time longer then usual even being first in line. I will be back a 4th time but hopefully with better results. Good thing was I saved 25 dollars on our full synthetic oil change._______________Went here today. We liked being able to stay in our car while they did the oil change. Got the full synthetic oil change which means we don't have to get another one for another 7,500 miles. We paid almost $100 for it, took about 15 minutes total. Service guys were nice, just wish they gave us a little more in depth explanation about our slight transmission leak they found.

The team at the Show Low Jiffy Lube always does a great job. Any place in town can change oil but this team does it quickly and with friendly customer service

I felt the store was staffed with the appropriate amount of employees. Service in less than an hour with no appt. They did a good job! Honestly a person couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use them again.

Great attention to detail, even down to wiping figure prints off the hood when finished, great team of techs. Quick and fast work on my Denali and cleaner when I left than when I showed up! Thanks guys
