The salesmen Guy and Todd at Horne Motors of showlow did a get job helping us find the perfect vehicle for our needs. The financing department was excellent and got us the best financing for our needs also. We are very happy return customers and will be back in the future for sure.

These guys were great!! Everyone we spoke to was kind and genuine, especially Audra and Anthony who helped us find a vehicle that checked every box of our family s needs and within our budget. Best car dealership experience I ve ever had for sure.

Excellent business! Todd and Guy were personable, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. Worked with us to make it happen and very quickly! We were in and out with a purchase in less time than we've ever experienced, and the Lexus we bought was so clean! Highly recommend.

I took it in for Injector-cleaning job from out-of-town and somehow the mechanic damaged the fuel hose where it started leaking and wasn't available so suv wasn't ready until the following day. I notified them I kept smelling fuel but it might just be on the steering wheel which I wiped down as best as possible. They didn't charge me for the fuel hose but I'm concerned how that happened.

Shouting out a 5 star review for Horne Motors of Show Low! Todd (sales) and Joe (GM) went absolutely above and beyond all expectations after the car we bought recently tried to die on us. We bought the extra warranty, but that company squirmed its way out of replacing the engine thanks to some contract semantics. We honestly thought we were going to be on the hook for $12k after just paying $14k for the vehicle in December, but Guy was a God send and took care of everything! All we had to give was a little time and grace, as fighting with both the manufacturer and warranty companies, finding the right engine and parts, and getting it all put together did take a while. But in the end everything has been made right. We would absolutely recommend taking your business to Horne Motors of Show Low!

Have bought at least 4 vehicles from this dealership. Always have been treated with amazing customer service. Every experience has been better than the next. The guys in the main showroom have great knowledge about the vehicles are selling and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with the buying process. Have also met the finance manager and in my experience there is not a better man in the business. A great big Thank You to all the employees at Horne Motors. I will continue to do business with this establishment and recommend them to everyone I can. I will not buy from anywhere else!

Great small dealership and Guy is very friendly honest and helpful. Not something you here about all used car salesmen. Their stock changes regularly and if you are patient they will find the right vehicle to suit your needs.

Wouldn t recommend buying from Horne. I was forced to give at least 1 star bought my truck with a noise, addresses it with the salesman Anthony he assured me they would stand behind me if it wasn t the belt like he thought exhaust manifolds was the issue now they can t help me and only offer a warranty(I would pay for) and that warranty doesn t cover the problem!!! Joe the manager offered me $500 after I told him I would let everyone know of the issue don t use Horne for your purchase!!

I just bought a beautiful 2015 Ford F-350 at Horne Motors in Show Low and it was the best service I have ever experienced. The salesman, Jose Mejia, was not pushy like most car dealerships salesmen and was very polite and respectful. He made the process as easy as possible and took care of my family and I. The manager, Joe Ricci, was very kind and professional and did everything he could to ensure the best service was provided. I would recommend Horne Motors to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. By far the best experience at a car dealership!

Just a great overall experience. Todd was a fantastic person to be around. The whole group was a joy. I ve shopped from all over Arizona. And I must say. This place makes buying easy and enjoyable. Will send friends and family here :)

I just bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Horne in Show Low. I am a returning customer because Brian is the best finance person on the mountain and Joe G is a great salesman. Both are amazing at getting you what you want at the right price! I highly recommend purchasing your next car from them!

It was a bad experience today. I went in to the dealership and chose a vehicle. I was offered financing which I didn't need. I said I would return with cash. They let me drive the auto home and get my wife and the cash.On our way back, Rich called to tell me to bring the car back because it had been sold. I asked how that could be because I was coming with the cash. We arrived to find customers there waiting for their credit to be approved. The manager asked us to wait about 15 minutes. We had the impression he was checking for the second key at the other location. After waiting a while, we were told the other people had their credit approved, so they would get the vehicle. Why? A customer with cash should not need approval and automatically be "qualified' to make the purchase. The cash buyer should have first dibs and not be waiting around to see if another buyer can qualify. This is not the kind of integrity I expect from a person who has a poster in his office presenting the Scout Motto and Oath.

Never again! The more I think about this experience, the more irritated I get and it's been almost a year since buying from them. Pay super close attention to the numbers and paperwork.

Joe was knowledgeable, curtious, and very easy to work with. Transaction went MUCH faster and smoother than any other vehicle purchase I have purchased in the past. I will definitely go back to Horne for my next purchase.

At first buying this car was an absolute nightmare. But thanks to Mr. Joe Richie the GM of the company everything has been turned around. and is being taken care of a big shout out to him for going out of his way and making sure that everything was properly handled handle. Thanks Joe!

I have now bought my fifth car from Horne Motors. The salesman, Wayne Peterson, and manger, Joe Ricci, gave me and my husband the upmost respect and were extremely professional, kind, and courteous. My husband and I were looking for a safe 4x4 SUV to drive in the snow and the salesman and manager made sure that we received nothing less than that. Would absolutely recommend Horne Motors!!

VERY clean 2015 jeep patriot. Decent customer service- UNTIL I owned it for a week and learned they sold me a vehicle with pre-existing mechanical issues(now I know why the guy pushed the warranty so hard). I'd shop elsewhere for a used car if I were you. They only care about your wallet. Not you.

Horne was holding a Jeep for me until the money came into my account. Kept them informed the whole time. They said it's not a problem they were still holding it for me. Money came in early as I drove to my bank across the street to get the check to pay for the Jeep I've been waiting for. I saw it right back in it's spot with the for sale sign on. I drove to Hatch Toyota in disbelief. Not only did Hatch give me 2,000 LESS on a 4wd wrangler.. Horne was asking for a 2wd.. But Hatch also gave me 3,000 on my trade in. We bought a Jeep and a truck for basically what Horne was asking for the 2wd jeep wrangler alone. Will never go to Horne again!

Such an awesome experience!! Richelle Whipple at Horne Motors of Show Low, AZ is very professional and knowledgeable. I needed an affordable car fast and have the worst credit score ever . I went to see Rich and walked out an hour later with an amazing car and an even better payment than I expected. I highly recommend Rich Nelson and his team for making it happen.

I bought a truck on 5/17/13 a few days later I had a problem. It felt to me the tranny was having a problem it was Memorial Weekend. I called them on Tues. since my bad I thought they would be closed. To make this very long story short they claim there is nothing wrong with the truck. OK well I still have no truck. Manger asked why don't I get my friend to drive me around. WHAT! I paid cash for this truck I want it back. This place is a joke.Service POOR!

I would give them a zero star!! Shady business!!! They will fawk u over! Don't buy any vehicles here... u will be paying more in repairs a week or two after u buy a vehicle.. go some where else!!

Purchased my truck here. Staff is friendly. Would be 5 stars, but 8 of 10 vehicles they sell used are leaking fluids and they have no explanation of why and instead say it's fine to drive.

If you are looking to buy a vehicle ask for Richelle Wipple, this girl went way out of her way to help us out, she made you feel right at home. Very nice place to go,very friendly. Richelle was very polite and explained to you all our questions. Yes, we were very pleased with Richelle. She is a big 5 Star!!!! Great personality, very good at what she does. Great sence or humor!!!!!!!!!!Great , Great worker you all have in you team...

Worst dealership and salesman on the mountain by far. Been in three different times had to deal with three different salesman all of which said they would call me back never got a call. Very lazy people just trying to rip people of and make a quick buck no customer service at all. Would not recommend ever!!!!

Great customer service.Staff really helpful,no pressure sales.Got us into a great car and we're definitely pleased w/our purchase when we left.Highly recommend them.Finally a dealership that cares.
