Looking for a car that suits for you is really difficult. But with Horne & Denise White has been very helpful in getting me a gorgeous car that will last with me for a long time. My parents have been a loyal customer of Horne for years already, so I decided to be one too. Everyone there is so nice, they re willing to help you all out if you need them to. Great dealership, great people!!!! Now, I have a beautiful car that s comfortable, safe and worth it. Thank you so much :)

Bought a truck and got a good deal. My sales guy was Anthony Chapman. He did a good job. He was attentive and took care of everything I asked him. Definitely the quickest dealership I've been to. They got me out in about 2 hours. Most dealerships take double that.

I just recently bought a new car from Richelle my latest, definitely not my first, or my last purchase with her. She goes above and beyond every time to make my car buying experience smooth and painless lol. I don t even bother calling around or wandering lots. I just call her and schedule an appointment. I let her know what I m in the market for and when I get there, she is always prepared with anything I may be interested in. She is never pushy, and always a comfortable experience. I will always buy from Richelle Whipple.

I would like everyone to know that Jeremy Nealon is the best car salesman I've ever met. He's the most courteous, polite, friendly, and trustworthy young man I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I'm so happy with him that I will send all of my friends and family to him. He's gained a customer for life in me. Also the management team at Horne were phenomenal as well. Joe the sales manager and Mark the finance manager were so polite, understanding and pressure free. They all made me feel great. In the 30 plus years I've purchased vehicles, I've never left feeling good until yesterday. Truly the best car buying experience in my 53 years on this Earth.

-Recently made a trip into Show Low Horne Auto and Richelle Whipple was incredibly helpful with helping me get a vehicle for my family and I. I will be filing a complaint directly with the manufacturer (Chevy) and with Arizona attorney general against Horne Auto Group.I made a second appointment for diagnostics and it turned out the equinox needed a fuel pump and alignment so I went ahead and made the appointment for a Wed a week from the diagnostic appointment. About 2.5 hours into waiting for the fuel pump to be installed, I approached one of the services writers and inquired about a gas capless tank cap cover and to my excitement the did exist. Well at the same time Peter (the service writer) walked back in and stated he had bad news. Apparently the mechanic had successfully installed the new fuel pump but upon testing it by starting the vehicle a loud pop came from the gas tank. This was apparently the new fuel pump blowing up inside the tank. Peter stated that the soonest they could acquire another new pump was the following day. I asked Peter if that meant I needed to find a ride home and he said yes. Well I've made it known to the service department that I live a 2 hour drive from the dealership so this was disappointing to hear to say the least. Not only was I out another full day work but now I also needed to search for a ride that I would be waiting for, for another 2 hours+. Not wanting to sit there and wait I proceeded to dial friends while walking in the direction of my home. I made it 15 miles walking before my ride arrived. Now walking was my choice and a bad one but I feel like that choice never should have been an option. This vehicle was purchased at this dealership and has had ever single service done there since it was manufactured. I feel like the dealership should have taken better care of their customer and either provided a loaner car or a ride since they could not complete the scheduled service in a timely manner. Also the bill ended up being more than double the verbally quoted amount. Peter told me the pump would be free under warranty, the alignment would be $120 and the filters would be around $80. I asked so about $200 total and peter verbally verified that. So when I was handed a $450 bill a couple days later when I was able to find a ride 2hours back to the dealership, it was like being slapped in the face again. Insult to injury and I had to pay double for it. I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere once my prepaid vouchers are used up. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the outcome of this transaction and service.UPDATEI called Brian Willis a few days ago on December 7th, to "reconcile"as he requested below and according to the receptionist he was in a meeting. As of the date of this update, December 12th, I still haven't received a call back from anyone at Horne Auto and now for the icing on the cake... THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS BACK ON. So all this nonsense and I'm still at square one. In hindsight I would not have purchased my vehicle at this dealership and certainly will not continue to take my vehicle here for service. I will be updating to one star if I do not receive a call back today.Update #2Still no call back from the dealership. Also a new development to kick me when I'm down again... The initial appointment was for service, oil change, tire rotation, filters etc. Well as I started the equinox this morning the engine was making an odd sound so I popped the hood to inspect. (Pictures of what I found included) Well you'd think an oil change would be straightforward right? Well it should be but apparently something about the oil change on my equinox was a bit too much for these guys. Oil filler cap is completely covered with rat poop and debris and as I checked the oil level, at this point I wasn't surprised, I found the level at the absolute bare minimum. Mind you this is a 2020, bought new from Horne Chevrolet and purchased all the maintenance vouchers from them so they are the only entity that has touched this vehicle. Save yourself the money, hastle and headache that comes along with using this dealership. I highly suggest buying from another dealership and absolutely find somewhere else.

We met Denise at Horne Auto Center inShow Low Arizona. She came up to us right away as we were walking in. She was smiling and very friendly. My husband and I went to Horne Auto to look at vehicles last week. I needed a dependable car so we went looking one cold morning. While we were looking at trucks a young salesman came over and introduced himself. Jeremy Nealon was the salesman. He showed us the different Chevy and GMC trucks. He told us about the features of the trucks and the capabilities of the trucks. We also looked at the Traverses on the lot. I drove one. I liked it but we decided a truck would suit us more.The three of us went back to look at the trucks. Once we decided on one, Jeremy asked if we would like to drive one. My husband drove that time. We liked it. That s the truck that we decided on and Jeremy helped us to get the sale going. He was very polite to us and that was one of the reasons we decided to do business there at Horne. I am happy with the good service we received from Jeremy Nealon. Thank you, also to all the professional people at Horne Motors.

I purchase a brand new 2024 car from Audra Olive about 2 or 3 days ago and she went above and beyond for me, I was able to get the help I needed. She and the managers explained everything throughly and made it so simple. It was a pleasure meeting with them, I might just come back and try out for a truck soon? but great dealership, very nice staff and very helpful.

I walked into Horne Auto of Show Low on a whim Friday evening. I was looking for a Jeep 4x4 because I travel all over the White Mountains for work, regardless of the weather conditions.I was paired with Sales Specialist, Heather Larsen, who is new to the area. After a brief discussion of my needs, we set up an appointment for Saturday morning.When I arrived the next day, Heather was ready to go, keys in hand, and had already warmed up the Jeep Gladiator that I wanted to test drive.Heather was genuine, friendly, and humble. She accommodated all of my curiosities about the different Jeep models. She encouraged me to test drive any vehicle I liked, so I could determine which Jeep 4x4 was best suited for me and my travelling healthcare career.I didn t feel rushed or pressured in the least bit by anyone. Derek was amazing to work with, it was one of the quickest purchases I ve made buying from a dealer! Not much haggling either, told them what I wanted and it was so close that there was a done deal. 2.5 hours start to finish and I drove my new truck home! Overall super easy purchase, friendly people and Derek knows his Chevrolets! Loved doing business with Horne!
