Great experience! John W. and Rodney were wonderful. They took all the time need to sell me the machine. Showing how everything worked. They also took all the time I needed when I picked it up, to make sure I knew everything I needed. It was detailed, full of gas and ready to roll. Seriously a couple of great guys working for a great company. Thank you Both!!The most important part, the dog approves!

I've been here several times and ended up buying a new quad. The first time everyone was very helpful and friendly. The second time, when I was ready to buy, there wasn't a salesperson to be found. Once one was found, everyone was friendly and efficient. 3rd time, no one wanted to open the doors at the posted opening time. After rattling the doors a couple of times, someone came and opened up.Service takes awhile to get a vehicle looked at and a bunch of nuts were loose on my new quad.

We came in this Christmas looking for local businesses that wanted to help with Christmas donations for children in need and one of the girls here got us gifts for some of the kids. Big or small this makes a huge difference in my eyes! Any business willing to help a hood cause like ours deserves any and all business they can get!!!! Thanks yall!!!

Did over ten grand worth of work and mods on my CanAm outlander. Hub covers not installed on new wheels. No valve stems on new tires. Wiring on flood light installed over frame almost causing a fire. Also connected directly to the battery instead of through the ignition system.(Lazy) I haven't been back in a year and probably never will. I simply don't trust them at all. I gladly paid their competitor to fix their mistakes and do what they didn't. Now when I need work done I never have to worry or double check the work.

BUYER AND ALL OTHERS BEWAREI've been dealing with Epic Motorsports since the take over from Show Low Motorsports. Now I'm not the one who leaves reviews. It's a waste of time for me. But have found this to be that special occasion.I have a side by side I purchased from Show Low Motorsports. I also have purchase the service contact from them. It's great that Epic Motorsports has taken over Show Low Motorsports and honored the service contract. However, every time I take my side by side in for routine service or for repairs. It comes back with damage or missing parts. I have a warranty on my side by side and they would rather me to pay the bill out of pocket for any parts replaced and labor instead of going through warranty. It's a arguement or a fight to get them to do warranty work on my side by side in the first place.. I have taken my issues all the way to owner of Epic with NO Resolution. In fact, the ower likes to bad mouth his customer in front of other customers. I still have time on my service contract i purchased for Epic to service my side by side. But, after so many issues and arguments with the owner and employees. I dont feel comfortable or safe to take my side by side there again. Needless to say, I have lost money paying for the service contract. Now, I decided to take my side by side to another Motorsports shop and pay out of pocket for the sevice that my side by side needs. Also, so I can have any work done by warranty and most of all, correctly.

We are noobs to the UTV game and the team at Epic has been stellar in helping us find our way. Tab helped us find a great machine and trailer within our budget. John helped us order all the parts and accessories we needed to be safe in our new ride and Tobin in service helped us get our whips installed. I am horrible with names, but everyone else on the team is just as awesome. I will be visiting this place often!

First visit today with my 7 yr old Grandson. Looking to determine the size for him. No one said hello when we walked in. One other customer in the entire business. When I found someone I asked if we could size my Grandson I was told NO. No one can sit on a quad. But... I guess I could just buy one! Nah... not gonna happen with that type of service! I will buy from their competitor.

These guys are great. Rode to Show Low for breakfast. When we arrived we noticed I was riding on steel chord. Placed a call to Epic and they had a tire that fit my bike. They fit me in the middle of their already booked day. Thanks Epic for changing my tire on such short notice. You guys ROCK!!!!

Getting my RZR fixed here was a pleasure. Everyone is so nice and pleasant to deal with. Tyler was so helpful getting my battery warranty since I had bought it in April at a different store out of town and didn't have my invoice with me. Awesome service!

Had a great experience purchasing my Can Am X3 here. Pricing was great, and they were easy to deal with. Shop around them drive up there for a deal. Would purchase again through these folks.

We stopped about 10 minutes before they closed on Friday because my friend's shifter on her Honda VTX 1300 was not working properly. The service manager was helpful and nice although they were very busy. Since we were from out of town, he sent Nick out to take a look. It was a simple adjustment and "Saint Nick" was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! They saved the day and were super nice, helpful and friendly! We were able to enjoy the weekend worry free!!!!! Thanks guys!

Went in to buy a new Yamaha(Venture). Asked the very nice sales girl(Amber) for an out the door cash price, the sales manager was only listening to half of the conversation said "We're not going to order that bike." There was no one in the show room, now I know why.9-19-2018 I think this store is trying harder at customer service. They know I'm not ready to buy and still let me test ride the 2018 Yamaha Star Eluder.

I'll be honest with you , I can't believe I have to update this rating. I gave it four stars because they worked on my BMW did good and serviced it for a couple of reasons. I have two new tires to put on. I called them up to arrange the service. The boy asked me will I be purchasing the tires through them. I replied no I have them already. I have different seasonal sets on hand .The service manager told the boy on the phone that they don't have the tools to work on BMW. I explained to them that it was just 6 months ago they did. They serviced my forks ,new bearings , etc in the front and did a good job. Now they don't have the necessary tools ,So I have to take away my four-star rating and give it a one star. For years this place has been sporadic on service. I thought it would improve with Epic. Not cool brother riders.

Shawn greeted us when we arrived and was very helpful and knowledgeable in our purchase of a side X side. We came back the next day for accessories and the parts staff were great! Thanks to everyone at Show Low Motorsports for a great buying experience!

For a large dealer on a great riding destination, they could not put a tire on a Harley and had no tires, pretty sad service and parts department for those in need on the road. Will never recommend this place

From initial looking at buying the 2024 Xpedition XP5 to completed purchase everyone there was very professional and helpful! Sales, parts and service departments are all awesome, ill be doing all my business here at Epic in Show Low!

Service manager Ron Nelson told me they were booked for he next month, but would try to get my motorcycle in as soon as there was a break.Dropped it off Tuesday and Wednesday tech Nick Adams had some time to get my rear tire on.This is my third time using Show Low Motorsport service and I am very happy with them.

Went in to buy a storage box for my Outlander and look at the inventory. Parts counter was super helpful, and I received absolutely no pressure from the sales staff. Seems like a good place to shop.

Charge for cleaning air box and checking air filter don t think they even opened it. First service. They need to have better communication in the service department very disappointed.

First time I had to take my vehicle to turn epic motorsports after they took over for Showlow motorsports was very happy and pleased with the customer service and vehicle service. Everything was done on time, and they even found some stuff that was repaired under warranty when they were going through my can am

I got my motorcycle serviced today, and this place is amazing. Nick, the manager went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Kudos also to Jesse and John, and to all the amazing, attentive employees. Got moto needs? Want a great new dirt bike or quad? This place is for you!

I came in from out of state to get this vehicle. They returned my calls, walked me thru financing, & held the vehicle until I could arrange to pick it up. I'm most impressed with their walking me through it's operation as well as general maintenance locations. Overall, I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for something for fun & games, or a workhorse vehicle. My CanAm Commander XT is a perfect hybrid of both.
