Genuinely good guys work here. They showed me a random act of kindness for no other reason then to just be kind. For a blue collar like me something like that goes a long way. I've always supported empire and their clothing because they keep it reasonably priced, but I will forever be a supporter because of this interaction. I know they didn't do it for gratitude but I'm giving it... thank you guys!!!

Awesome, had a farm implement. Didn t have phone # to make appointment but they took it, with reminder to make appointment next time. AND they re construction Empire!!! # 1 in my book.

Received tremendous support from Steven Taylor of their service department for my Fleetwood CAT RV. Most dealers would nickel and dime every cent from the customers, Steven was just the opposite. Steven is extremely knowledgeable about the CAT engines both electronically and mechanically. His expertise and willingness to help me understand what I could do myself saved me over $6,000 in repair costs. Steven was very understanding of the situation and offered any help I needed, including staying late to help diagnose issues. Very respectable shop with terrific service - strongly recommend.

As always, I received great service on my tractor! Tanner is the man in the service area. All you household agriculture and heavy equipment can be serviced and warrantied here.

Had to stop so my daughter could use restroom and the staff was extremely considerate and ended up thinking about purchasing a small tractor they even gave my daughter a beanie it was a cold day
