We came to Discount Tire to get a brake job. We were only gone for an hour, and we got a call saying that we don't need a brake job. That's honesty!And while I'm at it, the front desk is very funny !

Where I can I start.. had horrible customer service here the people that work here were so rude to me. I have bought my own tires for my Mercedes because they had tried to overpriced me on tires. I needed for my Mercedes so I had to buy my own tires. They told me I need an alignment on my rear end, and when I called another tire place, they said there s no alignment that needs to be done on the rear end They tried to rip me off and tried to overcharge me on stuff that didn t even need to be done on my car horrible, horrible, horrible

Vehicle was returned without wheel center cap. I called to ask about it and they said they had the part at the front desk. I returned to the store (25 mins one way) to pick up the part and they did not have it. They said they would ship it to me. It was never sent. Called again and an employee said he would meet me in near where I live; never showed up. This happened twice. Now after 4 weeks of promising to ship/deliver, I will order my own.

They did a good job fixing my tire for free but as always they forget to put my valve stem cover back on. I've been to discount tire all over the USA no matter where I go they don't put the caps back on whether it's my car, SUV or motorhome. This time I had a nice set of custom valve stem covers I had put on just before I pulled out of my driveway on my way there and when I got home that one was gone and it's an 80 mile round trip so now I have to buy another set to replace the one. I'm bummed out. I guess these happened when you become handicapped and can't do things yourself. I will continue to go there just hope they remember sometimes

We had a terrible experience with Vinny and we came in and explained what happened. Chase helped up and corrected the problem. He was kind, courteous, and understanding of the issue. Thanks Chase!

It seems all Discount Tire are only interested in selling over priced tires. We stopped to air up a flat tire, they wouldn't do it. But they offered to sell us a new tire. Eat caca boys I'd never spend a dime there again.

Was there to get my air filled. The fat red head step child boy and the short skater wannabe with an earring boy were playing smash or pass with the women customers. I could hear them loud and clear talking about me provocatively and being very unprofessional. I could hear them from the workshop talking. The man filling my air was very kind and nice. He is the only reason for at least 1 star. He was an older gentleman with blue eyes. Kinda odd but in a good way. I don t think I will be returning. Was going to set up an app to get 4 new tires here but the way I was talked about by these young boys was disgusting.

Customer service is terrible at this location. I am now done ever going to this store. I went in a few months back to have all 4 tires replaced I was told to go online to purchase. I went some place that would provide customer service. I went in 3 days ago to have 1 tire replaced due to a flat. After waiting 45 minutes to talk to someone they told me I could wait 4 hours or schedule appt. I went in for my scheduled appointment today and they told me they had no record of my appointment. Very frustrated and no one there really cares how they treat you.

went in at 8 am to fix a flat, they said it would be an hour long wait. the link ended up saying 9:45. At 10:30 am I asked how much longer, and they said about two more hours. Why not just tell me this from the start? I was already there for two hours, I took off rather than waiting another two. Terrible customer service. Take your money somewhere else!

Picked up a nail somewhere and dropped in at 8 am Black Friday. Beau got me in repaired and balanced the tire and check the rest - had me out in less than an hour. Discount treats me right whether I am at home or on the road.

Had our new tires put on today (04-20-21). Set up an appointment the day before. Waited about 30 minutes over our appointment time but we were happy we got to stay in our vehicle when they put them on. Pretty quick to get the old tires off and the new ones put on.However they almost hardly ever answer their phone! It kept ringing and ringing while we were waiting and when I had tried to call I also had a very hard time getting ahold of them.Make an appointment otherwise you'll be waiting a long time!!!!!!

I did a 'drop-in' for a tire rotation and inspection at this discount tire. I purchased my truck tires from them 2 years ago. I stopped by without an appointment. The guy at the desk said they were not too busy, and the wait would be about 2 hours. I wasn't thrilled with that prospect, but I was waiting for my wife at a doctor's appointment and had nothing else to do, so I said okay. Then he said, 'well, it could be a little longer, but I can guarantee I'll have you done in 2 1/2 hours. I said that was fine and sat down to read.No one spoke to me for the next 2 1/2 hours, which was fine because I had lost track of time anyway. When I noticed the time, and thought ' what the hell ' I went up to the desk and asked if they had forgotten about me? The new guy that was there looked at his computer and said ' well, I think you are still about 2 hours away, and then it will take about 40 minutes for the rotation '. I asked for my keys and left.No explanation from the service guy or the store manager, not a word from either one of them. I was not happy with the customer service, but especially the fact that NO ONE that works there mentioned to me at any point that my wait time had jumped from 2 1/2 hours to 5 hours!I would like to point out that I was never more than about 20 feet from the desk, where the manager and his 2 guys had been working all day. They were all fully aware I was sitting there and why I was waiting, they just didn't care.

This place gets VERY busy but there must be a reason for that, right? I have only needed to use them once but was very happy with the service I received. The worker who assisted me was very friendly and courteous, and offered assistance above what was anticipated!

Dropping off our car was easy, but picking up later we had to wait in line 10-15 minutes before we were helped. We saw several people get up from the waiting area and ask how much longer til their car was ready. Location seems understaffed. Communication on the status of our car was great. Biggest complaint is how dirty the rims and tires were at pickup. I can't believe they'd return someone's car with such messy wheels especially after that person just purchased four new tires that weren't cheap. Guess it's Discount Tires way of making sure you can't find any wheel damage while there so they don't have to pay for repairs or replacements.

When a different discount tire forgot to put back one of my tire sensors these guys made space for me to get back on the road within the hour even though it was super busy and replaced the sensor for free. Nice people.

I went in to have the air checked on my tires. The wait was a little long as there was only one guy working in that area, but he was fantastic, very friendly, and professional.

My appointment time was honored and the repair time estimate provided was met. The repair to my tire under warranty was completed at no charge. I highly recommend this company for tires This location in particular provides a free air service lane manned by a technician

Most times I have good service. Had good service this time. Friendly sales person. I upgraded trailer tires. One thing they don't ask you is if you want your old tire. I upgraded. There was nothing wrong with the tire I upgraded from. I suppose they make money from selling my tire as a used tire.

Ordered the tires online and set an appointment. The tires were done in 45 minutes and they rebuilt the TPS monitors for free.I've used Discount tire for the last 30 years.

I used the Discount Tire website to make an appointment which was convenient. The staff here greated me and are friendly. Coffee and water were available at no cost . That's my white Honda Accord.

Don't plan on "walking in" here! Make an appointment! They promise a 2 hr wait time, then you assume it's done and they say another 2 hours. Then you assume it's done and another 2 hours...its ridiculous here. You will be here ALL DAY LONG!! Unless you plan on dropping off your vehicle and picking it up later. They shouldnt give you a promised wait time if they dont know how hong it will be. They don't have enough employees here. You can't even complain because they just tell you your next in line.

I bought a set of 4 tires. Cost $1100. I woke up the next morning to 4 flat tires, they apparently put the wrong size gromets on the valve stems. They refunded me $100 but that wasn't worth the hassle of getting my tires back to the shop to have them fixed.That is a major safety hazard, only giving 2 stars because the manager was understanding and took the time to under and correct the issue.

Came in at 11 am paid for my tires. I had my 2 Yr old with me. Told me to come back at 3pm, appt right, I came back at 2:45, they told me about an hour. Ok good. It's now 5:30 and I have been informed there are still 5 cars ahead of me. Seriously, why did they have me come back if I still have to wait. He said he sent me away so I wouldn't have to wait there all day. I replied, ok so what am I doing now.Its 6:35pm and my husband just called them and the manager is going to do it for me now. It's still sitting in the parking lot they close at 6 hopefully They will be done before dark....very unhappy. Not usually like this. If you make me an appt don't turn around and tell me I still have to wait. I

These guys are awesome. I was stranded with a nail in my tire 20 mins before they closed. Didnt want to risk driving home an hour away. They took my car no questions asked and gave me an estimated wait of 3 hours BUT it only took half that time. I will be back.

showed up before opening on a monday and lot was already full with customers. shop opened a little early to help get us all serviced (30 or more). I just needed my tire plugged. i was expecting a long wait but these guys are so orderly and efficient i had a service ticket and was waiting for my repair in 15 minutes. i think about the 1 hour mark (well under the 2 hour wait i was quoted - but I can appreciate managing customer expectations) I had my tire patched and was on my way. More impressive though was looking back at the garage and seeing that they actually serviced 30 or more folks in that same time frame and had caught up! That experience has made me a lifetime customer and im happy i paid the extra insurance as my service was free. Keep up the good work there!!!

I had a very slow leak on one of my tires. The auto dealership I got them from indicated that they had dunked in water and couldn't find any leak. I set up an appointment with Discount Tire to have them look at it. They were very busy when I dropped it off, but once they got my truck in and I explained the "5 PSI leak over a few weeks", the tech said "That's usually the valve stem...". He dunked it, confirmed the leak, found out the remote tire pressure gauge was cracked (maybe from the dealership who put the tires on and couldn't find the leak...). Discount replaced the pressure gauge and valve stem and all is good now! Moral of the story - if you have a tire problem, go to a tire shop (Discount Tire that is)!
