Very frustrating. I needed a front end alignment so I decided to not get my tires at Discount Tires as they don't do alignments. First Big O had no tires to fit as they convinced my wife to replace all four tires, not just the front two tires. No biggie. My wife wanted an oil change just to have everything done with one stop.Well they just really struggled. We didn't get value caps on the front tires. I got in the truck and the glove box was sitting in the passenger seat. They hadn't put in the cabin filter as it turned out, hence the glove box was still out. They also drove the car out of the bay and didn't notice the large red box that said that the hood was open. Not their best day.I have no intention of ever going to another Big O Tires. My first experience in Yuma was bad, this one was worse.

People at Big O were fantastic to me and my husband they gave us a great price just to put back tires on for us and they gave us excellent customer service. They were so much better than discount tire, which they try to rip me off on tires, even when I ve had my own tires. I definitely will be coming back to Big O

These guys are the absolute best! They did a job Center Tire refused to do. Big-O did the job in half the time and for half the cost I expected. Friendly and courteous staff. Got a text when job was done. Fantastic!!

I called and didnt get the guys name but he was friendly and helpful.The girl that helped me was friendly and knew her stuff. Got me in and out quick with no appointment. I think her name was Neary (not sure she had light red hair)Anyways,Thank you so much for all your help. Wouldn't dream of shopping anywhere else for my tires.

I called several times, spoke to a couple of different people and asked if they had a 5 x5 lug pattern 15 inch wheel.They said yes. I requested a tire be mounted on the wheel.I drove 20 miles to pick it.Asked them to measure the wheel and it was a 5 on 4.5 wheel.They didn't have a 5 on 5 lug pattern.I went to discount tire and picked up the wheel and tire I needed

I have been taking my 2011 Chevy silverado into Big O Tires in Showlow for the last year now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place very professionally ran and Josh is always a huge help and very friendly! I recommend them to anyone asking me about tires,brake ect... even if it's a long drive it's definitely worth it!

Called to check tire availability, and was able to schedule having them replaced the same day. Arrived for appointment and drove away an hour later with four new tires installed.

Big O Tires staff is awesome! They not only changed our oil in our 2012 F150 truck but they completely checked it out to make sure it was road travel worthy for us to move back to California! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is truly the best place in town!!!

F discount. Needed a tire patched and big o got us right in. Discount wanted 4 hours or wait 4 days for a appointment. Big O patched the tire on the spot. Great customer service in my eyes

I left a review a month ago stating that this is the only place I would take my truck the last year because I trusted the employees(Josh) and a few others that no longer work there but they have now lost a very loyal customer because of the way I was treated last week going there. I'll be taking my business else where and I encourage everyone else to as well. Discount Tires went above and beyond compared to the service I got last time.

Amazing people and very helpful! I was in need of an emergency repair and Big O Tires in Show Low were able to take me in and fix my issue on a Saturday. Everywhere else in town was completely booked and told me they cannot help till Monday but Big O Tires was able to not only fix my car the same day but also did some machining to replace a part that would otherwise not get there till the following week. Very knowledgeable team. Thanks for your amazing work.

I don't remember the young ladies name was, because she she had, for me an unusual name, but anyway extremely helpful. I set up an appointment with the tires I wanted (all online, that was a mistake) so when I arrived the closest tires they had in my size would have cost with tax about $220 more than what I found online. I think she felt bad, I'm a disabled Vet that lives 70 miles from Show Low and live off my pension (and I had to save for months to get the ones I found and don't have an extra $220). Well, she worked some very serious magic and was able to get me a set that was only $45 more than expected and I'm so grateful to them for working/helping me, they will have all my business from now on.

Wow this place is excellent. They let me watch them change my oil and even answered my questions. They gave me a $10 coupon so it was only $59 for The whole bill .

If I could give them 1/2 a star I would at least given that the address is correct. I bought 2 tires online and alignment in November. When arriving for my appointment I was told my tire "didn't get put on the truck." I was upsold 4 tires a different size and sold the waranty.Waited 6 hours for work. On drive home I noticed my steering wheel was shifted. Had to take car back because it was only "lower aligned not upper aligned" They are very condescending to women. I took car immediately back. Fast forward 4000 miles I go back for rotation. I'm told the warranty is void due to "I didn't get it aligned after replacing the tires" after informing them they did alignment they said I had work done after tire replacing and pointed out work I had 1 year prior to 4 new tires. So I had to buy 2 new tires to make it safe to drive home. (I live in the mountains) he then showed me the bolt that was rusted that made it impossible for them to align old rust proff that alignment was never done first time. I traded in the car. Big O Corp has not contacted me after 3 calls to them. Better business bureau it is. Will never go back here even for free work.

Big O. Did an oil change on my van today ,GREAT PRICE ,GREAT SERVICE ! I was in and out of there in less then a half an hour. , they also checked my tire pressure . They are the BEST on the Mountain thank you Big O.

Just had a good visit at the LAKESIDE STORE for Big O Tires. Got to watch the activity while my car was serviced and Ms. Charli, at the front desk is SOLID GOLD. She is excellent.

So they quoted a price over the phone for 2 tires and when we got there the price got $225.00 more. Also for the insane amount of money they were charging for 2 tires and they actually were off the vehicle and brought to the door they rolled out 2 tires and said there ya go, said mounting and balancing cost a bunch more but was quoted on the phone as part of the package. The manager actually had to come balance the tires cause employ refused to. I would have fired him on the spot. Bad attitude all around this place. I suggest you avoid it if you can, I won't be back unless it is an absolute unavoidable emergency. Thank you.

Seems like they love to take advantage of women. My mother recently went to put new tires on her car, a 2017 Sonota and they quoted her a price of almost 9 hundred dollars. Glad she called me first because I was able to get the same tires at a competitor for a little over 6 hundred dollars. Not a fan of Big O.

Josh and Kristi were absolutely fantastic..I had a horrible experience with a Big O in Gilbert AZ..this was totally opposite, the whole staff was super friendly and accommodating..it was actually a fun experience weirdly enough..

My husband and I heard a strange noise coming from one of our tires. We stopped at the Big O tires and they took a look at it. It was a hub bearing the employees suggested not to drive until fixed. We made the appointment to have it fixed the next day. We called our grandson to pick us up, and by the time our grandson got there, the workers had already completed the job Thank you Big O tires had always treated us right. I recommend them, even if you think it's something miner. Get it looked at!

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. Called to get an alignment and was told to come in the next day between 8-Noon. Drove all the way in from Taylor just to be told that no that wasn't the case and they wouldn't take me. The lady at the front desk was very rude and condescending when I tried to tell them exactly what I was told over the phone. They seriously need to work on their customer service. When someone calls for an appointment and you're given a day and time to come in you should honor that. Funny enough we walked in at the same time that they did it to another customer and they bragged about how they just turned her away for the same reason. Horrible customer service take your money elsewhere.

Went in for tire repair and alignment, rotation and balance, got the tire replaced, the rotation, no alignment or balance, because of mud on the inside of all wheel, I tried my best to wash out before hand. The manager said we can't do the alignment or the balance, I've should called for appointment, which I did. Before make a 3 hour drive to there, they informed me, that I didn't need and appointment. On top of it all they broke my tire sensor. Thank for nothing big o tires!

Had an appointment scheduled 3:00 PM for an alignment when my son brought it there at 2:00 PM. The person at the counter canceled the appointment right in front of him because they said they didn t have enough time. Very disappointed when I called the store the person on the phone said that it takes up to three hours to do an alignment on a dodge Dakota. I asked the gentleman that I was talking to if it takes three hours. Why did they schedule it at 3:00 PM and he told me that it s inexperience wasted my time.
