My 1st trip into the store, I didn't realize it was as big as it is! I was building my own temporary transfer line from my RV to my septic tank. I had everything done except for one last connection and I couldn't figure out what I could use of my own, so I went to their store. Had a great time with Kelly figuring out the best way to improvise what I needed. And guess what, it worked! Thank you Kelly! Cheers!!

We had a short, the controller went bad and sent 110 through the 12v system and fried all 12v items. Travis came and ordered all the parts, due to shipping it took a week but he got all our equipment up and running again, buying dry ice everyday was rough. But all said Travis and the people there were very professional good communication and fun to deal with.

These guys were extremely helpful and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service over the phone. Helped me out in a tough situation when they didn't know for sure if there would be a sale. I really appreciate it.

Doesn t matter if you have a Popup trailer or a million dollar RV All Mountain can handle your repairs. We had a slow start as a tough technical electrical problem in my Popup RV plagued the junior technician. I was frustrated that the solution wasn t coming fast enough so I asked the GM Travis for additional help. He jumped in and assigned a lead technician to assist with the solution. After the problem was solved I found a tear in my canvas that was inadvertently caused by the tech. Travis jumped back in and took care of the additional repair with no additional cost to me. All in all I would definitely recommend Travis and his team at All Mountain RV for all of your RV repair needs!!!

My husband and i took our Micro Minnie RV to be serviced the last week of August .After almost 2 months and calling to see if it was finished they said we could pick it up .We found out after all this time there was only a loose wire on the heater.costing 250.00 to tighten and 2 months to do !Then the 2 men that worked there gave my husband a VERY HARD time . They moved our camper to the back fence so he couldn't open the door to put the steps down to look inside , they lost the keys . Then when my husband moved his truck up he opened the door to get out . The man, Travis came up and put his finger in my husband's face saying " your trying to hit me with your door !"my husband thought he was joking at first ..he couldnt believe it. .Then the other guy came over accusing my husband od deliberately trying to hit him with the door. They both went off on my husband . Then they couldn't find the keys . When he got home there was all kinds of black sewage coming out of the tank which my husband thoroughly cleaned before bringing it in . I watched him do it.This is a HORRIBLE place ! Very pricey , very very long wait and EXTREMELY RUDE employees !DONT GO THERE ...you'll regret it !!!

I have used All Mountain RV several times. Al and Travis have been fantastic. I have a Winnebago motorhome and when I take it in for service or schedule remote service All Mountain has been great. They deal with our warranty company and always do great work. The remote service crew was very polite and actually fun and completed the repairs without issue.

We had a great experience at All Mountain R.V. Tiffany was our rep as our issue was a extended warranty repair and that seems to be one of her specialties. She was professional, set us an appointment, met us to accept the r.v. for repairs. Called when it was ready, prices we good. Good quality repair was done.

I have used this company's mobile service 3 times during the summer of 2023 and each time I found them friendly, honest and straight forward. Especially Juan and David... they went the extra mile to ensure everything was working properly on my RV.

If you want the best RV service in Show Low, AZ see Travis Douglas, They go out of their way to help you resolve your problem and get you back on the road. We have a new Jayco and they contacted Norcold for a new board and did all the work under warranty. The technician helping us was Dave and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. He was professional, caring and responsible. I would highly recommend All Mountain RV Service & Supply. They also have a really nice stocked store while you are waiting.

They have the most extensive RV product selection in the Show Low area. I find myself here a few times a year to pick up random items for my travel trailer. The prices are high but competitive, and if you have an RV/TT this is the place. I think they even service and repair as well.

Friendly staff. I am boon-docking in the woods and my toilet started leaking. Went into the shop and was told that I just needed to install a new part. She took the time to show me the part and what I needed to do. I left and fixed my toilet! Thank you for all your help!!

Walked in to ask a question about service one customer Infront of us one worker was on the phone the gentleman on the phone when he got off the phone he asked if he could help us very nice gentleman he told us it was service and to wait, The lady helping customer said just bring it in in a rude way. I just wanted a rough estimate on how much this is gonna cost she said it's gonna be expensive let me go ask Tiffany came back and said it's at least an 8 hour job Tiffany walked through and said minimum minimum 14 hour job and wouldn't even talk to us directly was walking away it's not the fact how much it would of coated it's the fact if how rude they were being and when we walked out the door the wouderstamd we live in tman said "I'm already over this".

I would give them 5 stars if they would improve their communications with the customer. I received a call the day prior telling me the tech would arrive mid-morning to early afternoon. When no one arrived by 3 pm I called the office and was told I was still on the list and she'd have the tech text me.Nothing.At 4:45 I called again and was told the same thing.Nothing.At 5:45 David and his helper showed up and from then on everything was great. David diagnosed that it was probably the regulator on the propane tank and not the furnace itself. He swapped it with one of his own and the furnace kicked on.He then ran to the shop and brought me a new regulator and pigtail (mine was old and cracked) and installed them. Once again the furnace kicked on and stayed on.I thought the $180 charge for the hour they were here was excessive, but perhaps that's the going rate on the mountain.

The Community encourages us to BUY LOCAL ??? I DON'T THINK SO. Had a service appointment with these people on Wed 5/11/2022. Called multiple times to Al in Service about when are they coming. No response. Finally at 6pm we get a call, they are coming. Nope you are NOT coming, we had guests and were having dinner. Called on Thurs four times, left messages for Al again, no callback. He THINKS he's so important. Called Friday finally "spoke" with Al. "Oh your appointment is set for May 23rd." One would think the customers they didn't get to the day before would be next in line the next day. What the hell is going on here with customer service these days ! I have a business and it's sure not run like these losers. After talking with the manager, Travis, he gave us the same BS. We are real busy.....well Travis and Al your customer service is the worst ever. We've been coming to your store since 2000 and this is the last time we will ever deal with your store again. YOU STINK !

Buyer beware!! I brought my food truck in to check an electrical plug. When I arrived, I asked what the cost was going to be for the service. I was told that a cost couldn't be determined until the service agreement was written. ok.... when it came time to pay, I asked again, how much will this cost me. I was told by the service manager, "not much". He then presents me with a $150 bill. I was sticker shocked. I did not expect 12 minutes of work to cost that much.It wasn't until after the fact that I was informed that there is a 1hr shop minimum at a rate of $150. No one bothered to tell me that before the work was started. Had I known, I could have had the option of not moving forward with the service. I explained this to the manager on duty that day. I explained the situation and told him that I only had $50 dollars on me.I was led to believe that I would pay the $50 and that he was going to let it slide considering that no one told me anything about a 1hr minimum at an hourly rate of $150. Now, Im being harassed daily by this company for a "good-will" decision that their manager made. All n all, it took the tech 12 minuted to tighten the screws on the plug and place 3 rivets into the door. I feel as though I was lied to by the manager on duty and now being harassed by whoever "Kelly" is. Im being called a liar and a cheat. She extremely argumentative and is threatening me in a manner that is unbecoming of a business owner.I myself am a local business owner. If any of my managers deem it necessary to cut a customer a break or show compassion towards someone in my place of business, I back them up 100%. ......Just be careful with this company....

The technician who installed our awning was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly a great person to work on replacing our awning. The store is well stocked with the same type of employees. When the awning was installed it had wrinkles and the tech said it was normal and it would take a day or two to correct itself. After 4 days there was no improvement. I called the service manager who told me to give it a week or two. This began a 3 month period of being ignored with leaving over 20 messages and no returned calls. Emails with pictures of wrinkled awning with no improvement ever. The only time I was able to talk with him was if I went into the shop. They finally agreed to have the manufacturer replace the awning. One of my favorite quotes from the manager was "the reason I do not return your calls is because I have no updates for you" this was after I was told that 4 days earlier the manufacturer agreed to replace the awming. The issue was resolved when one day I was up on the roof working on something else and discovered that the awning was missing a screw to hold the awning in place. It took a total of 30 seconds to mix the problem. We now have no wrinkles in our awning when rolled up.

In-store inventory and assistance is awesome! They have the products and the answers for any RV question. Service however, leaves a lot to be desired. Call backs, updates, follow-through is almost non-existant. We provided replacement door hinges that were provided by the manufacturer and it still took weeks to complete. We since have requested on-site service (we are now full-timers) for a seal replacement causing a leak when it rains. We did not receive a call back with a time frame to expect the serviceman, he just showed up mid-afternoon. Bill, the serviceman was going to complete another "quick call", check stock and call back when he would return to complete the work. This was all to transpire the Friday prior to Labor Day. On Tuesday following we had not heard back from Bill the serviceman. We called the Service Dept speaking to the Service Manager, Al and he was going to check with Bill and call me back with scheduling information. To this date, we have not had any communication from anyone at All Mountain RV. It's really sad because we like the store and the employees, but the service department needs help.

Crooks. Took an 88' camper in to have the heater checked out. Was told it was obsolete and couldn't get the part but was quoted $500 to fix or $980 for a new unit plus 2 hours to replace (shop rate is $150 per hour). Declined and went to pick up the next day. Upon pick up was told the total was $477 for the diagnosis. Told the cashier no. A few min later the guy I made an appointment with came out and gave me a new price of $327. Place is a joke

Excellent, professional and promt service.David knows RVs and does very good work. He came out at 5 pm and worked till 9pm, most service techs wouldn't work that late. We would highly recommend him to work on our motor home again. I can't sing enough praises about him!

The team at All Mountain is outstanding. I used them to install towing mounts on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK along with a blue tooth braking system. Ryan in particular was great in explaining and demonstrating the entire flat tow system and process. Our first trip up to Flagstaff was flawless. Thank you All Mountain team!

I was going to write a really, really bad review but these "ladies" and the service manager do not deserve my time. Suffice it to say one never swears at a customer nor argues with them. Worst customer service I have received in my lifetime. Better get there early while these people are in a good mood.

For some reason I walked into All Mountain w a very defensive bias that it would be an example of monopolistic retail greed. My experience was the polar opposite.EVERYONE was extremely helpful, personable and competent.I walked out feeling that I had been well served by a business were every customer is valued... Like I had friends/connections in the RV supply industry that I could count on.
