We were driving through Seligman and decided to stay at the Deluxe Inn, in great part because of the reviews that we had seen.Although from the outside it may not have looked like anything special, going inside was great. They had recently replaced the floors, the bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and linens, and the bathroom and shower had been redone. In addition the room was immaculate.Kim, the manager, was very hospitable and make sure that all of our needs were taken care of. For a local Motel we could not have asked for anything more.

For three backpacking friends looking to crash after 3 nights camping in Havasupai, this hotel room was perfection. The 3 large beds were exactly what we needed, along with 3x towels and shampoo etc. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and nicely renovated. Service was super friendly and easy. The window heater was a little loud so if you are a light sleeper I would bring some earplugs just in case, and you'll be golden! Thanks for a great stay in the lovely little town of Seligman!Rooms: It was uncommon to see a 3 full/queen sized bed room, it was perfect for traveling friends. Spacious for us and all our bags!Walkability: Great spot to poke around Seligman, good food and souvenir shops to walk to

What a nice independent motel. Simple, nothing fancy, but spotlessly clean and rooms are a good size and reasonably priced. The owners continue to keep upgrading and refurbishing as budget permits, which is a great philosophy. Seligman is a very small town with not a great many commercial enterprises. But the Roadrunner Cafe just across the street (Route 66) serves good food and certainly has enough souvenirs to please anyone.

A night s stay here will have you counting trains, not sheep, as you try to get some sleep. Granted, that would prove true with a stay almost anywhere along the main strip in Seligman, but I have never stayed in a location where the trains pass with such frequency (often several within fifteen minutes some of which lay on the horn as they cross). Our room was renovated but a little tired (sort of a no-reno reno, where things had been patched and laid atop old). Not a bad stay for a quick, basic stopover.

I will, without a doubt, be staying here again! As soon as I found out how old this motel is, I knew I wanted to stay here, it must be among the oldest operating on Route 66! We stayed in a room that I believe is a converted garage from days past. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. The lady working at the front desk was very nice and helpful too. I love places like this, I will absolutely be back!

This place is an absolute gem! It's a historic inn with great friendly service. Ravi was extremely helpful and friendly and gave wonderful suggestions as to how we can enjoy our time here while we road tripped. I will definitely be back here again! The rooms are modernized and clean and well kept, you get the old historic feel with the modern upkeep. Great place!

Check in was easy...Felt very welcomed and was also given discounted restaurants for staying at this location(1 of 2)! Loved the fact that this is a pet friendly motel! The room was spacious and clean with the basic amenities for overnight or a few days.

Have to admit when we turned into the parking lot, my stomach sank, I thought what kind of trash dump did I reserve. Well let me tell you, I was VERY wrong with first assumption. Yes its old, but hey you get the nostalgia of Old Route 66. Gentleman at check-in was super nice. Room was clean. Definitely worth the money we paid which was very little.

Clean, well appointed room for the price. Had fridge, microwave, coffee maker, AC, and TV with large selection of cable channels. Staff were friendly and while they don't do housekeeping during your stay they will provide extra towels, coffee, toiletries, etc if you ask. One evening the hot water didn't heat past warm, but that only happened one of four nights.

My beautiful room (number 1 just like this historic inn) had every amenity that I wanted. My cat and I were treated royally. The manager gave me a special sheet to put under the litterbox. I was glad because the glorious hardwood floors did not have a single scratch. I was reminded of a fine hotel in Montreal where I stayed years ago. Thanks for the great stay yesterday!

Super cute older motel right on Route 66. Dog friendly and clean! Manager, Kim was super sweet and made sure that we had a good stay. Unfortunately we had gotten ill and had to cancel our plans but thankfully the beds were extra comfy and the room was very spacious and bright which helped a lot! Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful service! We came into town at midnight and the manager had no problem getting us a room. The room was so clean, beds were amazingly comfortable. They also accept pets which was a big plus. The people in the town are so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Deluxe inn isn t expensive it s actually a good price. There very friendly and amazing. Located in a very tiny town. If your traveling the Route 66 and you get into Seligman AZ this is the place to stay for the night. I got nothing bad to say the rooms were great beds are comfortable everything was a 10 for us. I accidentally left my wallet phone case in the room and they were so amazing about it no money was missing nothing else was missing and they mailed it to me and I got it the next day. I can t be thankful enough. We will be coming back up around Christmas with the kids and probably make this Route 66 a yearly things from now on. And we will be staying there at that motel. Again thank you all so much.

Rooms were nice with a pleasant rustic theme. Our room had a mini fridge, two beds and a couch. The bathroom was clean and also had an actual bath instead of a stand in shower. The room also included closet space. Free WiFi and HBO were nice little bonuses. Not only that but the staff at the counter that night was very nice and made us feel welcome. Furthermore, they allowed pets, which was great for us.

Exhausted from Vegas, I wasn't expecting such a relaxing experience. The town is an old, small but very well kept town. It's owned by a nice young couple who are very accommodating. The rooms are very clean with unique atmosphere. Also had a nice bar down the block with live 90s music till midnight on weekends. I was too tired to go, but was actually enjoyable to listen from the parking lot. Definitely stop and stay if you're tired and cutting through town.

Our stay was wonderful. Kim, one of the owners, was so personable and fun. The rooms had been recently renovated. Our room was very clean and roomy. The bathroom was modern. We loved staying in an iconic 1932 Route 66 motel!

Room was very nice, good size, king size bed, flat big screen TV mounted on the wall, and a huge closet. Only things that I noticed that were a bit of a bummer were things like the restroom door wouldn't lock, the shower was Terrible, because the pressure was so low and the temperature of the water kept fluctuating from very hot to pretty cold. Last thing was that there was only 2 outlets in the room. Other than those minor issues, we absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk lady was a real sweetheart. Great parking. Free WiFi, and quick check-in. Also, breakfast available in the morning is nice

I forget the lady s name now but I believe she is the owner. She was great, the rooms for very , very clean. For at least a couple of hours I was there she was outside working and cleaning things. For a town that has been devastated by I40 taking over Route 66 she is a survivor. Definitely if you need a place to stay on that travel route you won t be disappointed.Gary Kummer

Showed up last minute to get a room. Asked to see the room before we purchased.Attendant Said to look at online photos. Very rude and disrespectful. It should be noted I never leave a bad review on google.

My boyfriend and I had decided to stay in this lovely establishment for 3 nights as we celebrated our 3 year anniversary. Kim was the sweetest. You can tell she's a hard worker and genuinely cares about her town and the people that live in it. She seems knowledgable of the town since she gave us tips on where to hike. We were able to stay in a lovely room that had recently been remodeled. The place is looking pretty great for it's age thank you so much for helping us celebrate our anniversary and for your kindness. I definitely plan in staying here again!
