I've been going to Sedona Oil and Lube for 3 years. They do a great job. They sometimes recommend an additional step, but never push for expensive upgrades. As a woman, it's a relief to find a service center that I can trust.

I was charged an extra $10. On my oil change for removal of a skid plate. My vehicle is a Volvo XC 90 and it does not have a skid plate. It does have an engine cover, as did the last vehicle I owned. I have since called two oil change shops, Jiffy Lube and Valvoline, and asked if there would be a separate charge to remove the engine cover on my Volvo XC90. Both of the people I spoke with said that would be no extra charge. I won't be going back to Sedona Oil and Lube but I wish them the best of luck.

I was fortunate enough to arrive early and they got me right in also noticed that I needed a new air filter which has made a huge difference.Nice people, great service

Good fast service We arrived 20 minutes before closing and the guy was still cool changing the oil on our 250.Highly recommend

This place will take advantage of you on anything other than an oil change. Over charge , don t do the job they charged you for & give you the run around. I m not one to leave a review unless truly necessary. Don t recommend this shop to anyone.

They did a great job they weren't wearing masks but the guys who work there are very nice and they have rocking chairs CV in the lobby, I'm new to Sedona and I like this place for more than just an oil change think I'll be back for other issues I have! Kind ccv of a neighborhood feel

this company's run like good old old school businesses. You deal with the owner, and he makes sure everything is perfect first customers. You'll find the owner, Jerry or his right-hand man and general manager Jesus. Both of them will take great care of you and get you in and out. Thanks for making my vacation in Sedona super easy and taking care of my oil change on my bus generator. I'll see you guys when I'm back town!

Amazing place! They were vey busy, so clearly the locals know it. We had the check engine light come on while we're 8 hr drive from home. They cleared the code, checked fluids, topped off the oil....and wouldn't take a penny. Honest and generous.

I drove to Sedona from Ontario and my car was in need of an oil change before heading home. They made sure my car had fresh oil and checked and replaced filters before sending me on my way.

I am so grateful to have found this place. I have not found such a skillful and trustful place as this one, since I moved from my home state 20 years ago where we had a long time family mechanic. They are not only great mechanics who are honest and fair, they are super sweet and take the time to really help you to understand what is going on with your car.

Great quick service. Needed an oil change for my vehicle after driving down from Canada. Big red did a great job, had the parts on hand, and got my very stuck oil filter off. Recommended to any travellers needing any service done !

Such phenomenal service! Had an emergency on the road and had to stop for an oil change near the tail end of our cross-country trip. Tried one place where I was refused service since I didn t have an appointment even though I said it was an emergency and they had no customers. We went to Sedona Oil and Lube and it was literally a scene out of a movie. They changed our oil so quickly, offered water to our dog and were super friendly and helpful.Thanks for saving the day!

This was our first oil change on our new ram promaster camper van. They were extremely helpful in explaining the value of synthetic vs normal oil in spite of being very busy. We greatly appreciated their help and fantastic service. Absolutely recommend. Not to mention the rocking chairs in the office were very comfortable to wait in. 5 stars!Service: Oil change

These guys took care my truck when I was on a road trip. Very reasonable prices, and fast work, I was in and out in under one hour. All fluids topped off and tire pressure checked. They will let you know if your car needs anything else but they do not push a sale.

Justyn and the team were very kind, honest, and helpful with my brake issue. I am out of town so I was worried about finding a trustworthy place, and felt that if I lived here I would come back for further services because of the good service. Justyn cleaned out the dust causing some squeaking for my brakes and didn't charge me anything.Service: Brakes

I have used their services twice now when I traveled to Sedona from phoenix. I have felt very well taken care of and they have not pushed me to get anything I don t need. Quick and honest shop. Last time I was there I had smoke coming out of the car, which they figured out that the oil cap wasn t placed correctly and needed a bit of engine wash. The owner didn t even want to charge, checked all around. As you can understand it is very frustrating when you have car troubles on vacation. These guys made everything easy and quick and super budget. I don t think I would ever go someplace else, especially in an emergency. I highly recommend this shop.

Friendly staff and incredibly helpful! Ultimately unable to perform the service needed due to make and model of my vehicle but staff was very informative and assisted in providing recommendations and referral for another local mechanic who was able to help. I would definitely come back another time for other service.

Great service! Super quick & convenient! We were in Sedona on vacation visiting family and needed an oil change so we stopped in on Saturday morning and were told about 20 minutes, it was done within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

100% recommend Sedona Oil and Lube if you ve got a problem you need fixed quickly. I stopped in (without calling first) as my rental car kept throwing up the coolant warning light. Jerry (the owner) was able to sort me out and send me on my way in a little less than 10mins! Great service and a great guy. I really appreciated him helping me out so quickly!!

Jerry provides outstanding service. He is far more then just my oil and lube guy, he is always the FIRST place I take my car to. If he can't fix your car personally he will tell you exactly who can, and who will give you the best prices. He is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met

We have taken our truck and car her for a few times. I just called to ask what our starting mileage was when they last changed the oil. I told them I take full synthetic but the guy said their synthetic is only 10% synthetic and the rest regular oil. What? But their price is up there as a full synthetic price. I won't be going back. Might as well go to the dealer in Flagstaff. I have lived in Sedona for 30 years. Been thru many owners and they used to be very honest.Service: Oil change
