Where to begin! As if we landed from another planet instead of Texas, the staff mainly Brian treated us like we were aliens.I walked in to ask for help on my car battery that had died and was jumped to start up again. We were there to make sure the battery was in good shape and able to make the trek back to Texas the next day.Brian was so uninformed as to how to test by battery but acted as if he did and told me my battery was NO GOOD He then proceeded to tell me he could not help me even if he did have a new battery for me because he didn t know how to change it and from then on made our whole situation his funny joke of the day. He gave me ZERO help and really was having such a great time at our expense. Very condescending and sarcastic. He actually even seemed a little high! Worst customer service at an O Reillys I have ever come across.Thx to the knowledgeable staff at Big O down the street, they tested my battery the right way and found NOTHING wrong with my car or battery.Management, please train employees on empathy and compassion and especially on auto parts!

Due to the small size of this O'Reilly store, I usually purchase common items. The website is handy for looking up what you want and confirming that it is available in this store or you may order it.

Sorry to walk in 5 minutes before you close and say that I need a battery. I thought that I was speaking some alien language? I said, "Can you help me? Yes, no, maybe. Then, I receive such a bad attitude of a look and response as the guy casually grabs a battery tester. Knowing that if I shut my truck off, this guy probably wouldn't help me get my truck started. Well, sorry, buddy, you could have made a last-minute battery sale and received $100.00 tip.

If you buy a battery and want to exchange your old one then bring your own tools. They will ask you to rent the tools to remove the old battery from your vehicle. It's a policy they made because people were stealing their tools. I think they should come up with a different solution. I've found AutoZone to have a more welcoming customer service.

Best customer service I have ever gotten from an auto supply store in 47 years of driving . Replaced my bad battery with a new one with warranty from my old one no charge. New wiper blades installed . Free alternator test as well . Excellent friendly service from Brandon and Jeremy .Thanks much guys . see you next time.

They sell auto parts. You give them money and they give you the part you need .Pretty straightforward auto parts store.I don't know why Google is asking me to review an auto parts store. I thought anyone who needed auto parts understood how an auto parts store worked. This whole review-everything-culture at Google is somewhat ridiculous.I hope this review helps you and your quest to find an auto part at the only auto parts store within 25 miles. Lol.

Pleasantly surprised. After an afternoon of rude behavior in multiple shops. I was on my way out if town. When an incoming storm caused a need for new windshield wipers. Didn't get the young man behind the counters name. He was so friendly and offered to install wipers for me as well. Thank you. Your friendly attitude was refreshing in an otherwise stuffy visit.

Our car needed a new battery, so after we got a jump, I called several auto service shops in the area. None picked up the phone. We call O'Reilly's and explained that I did not have any tools to change the battery. They had the battery in stock and installed it for us. Saved our day and trip!! Thank you for the great service and peace of mind!

I went in to get a refund for a core charge they added when I bought a new battery 4 days ago. I had given them the old core but didn't notice the charge at the time. The "manager" asked why I waited a week to come back. It was only 4 days, but I explained why anyway. He goes on to insinuate that I may or may not be telling the truth. He finally gave us the refund. Don't care about the 10 bucks at this point. I work for the city and we do a lot of business there. You can keep your assumptions and anti Sedona sarcasm. I will not be returning to this store.

I was with my friend she needed to replace a bulb in he overhead lights inside the car ....A very nice young man come to help her .. The job was done well and right..they're so helpful there nice people great place...

Quality customer service experience! After being on hold with Thrifty for 3 hours after our rental car died multiple times and they had no solution for us, we called OReilleys and they helped us with a battery and installed it for us. Yancy even offered to drive 30 mins to come jump our car if we couldn t get it to their location. professional and super kind!! THANK YOU

Been a while since I last visited, but they were very helpful. Staff were great. Never had any issues with them, products are a little bit tricky to find but not too bad. I'd doubt I'd have any issues If I visit again.

The staff there are helpful, performed a test on my vehicle and its battery (everything passed), and gave advice that was honest instead of trying to sell me something. However, 7 hours later, our battery died. So much for their testing .

I came into this shop when my moonroof was acting up and two very courteous gentlemen helped me find a temporary solution. They were friendly, efficient, and patient with me and I will definitely return to ask for their support in the future.

The battery died on my wife's beloved 1990 Geo Tracker. I called O'Reilly, and they said they would switch out the battery for no additional charge. Well, it was a horrible job. The last battery had spread corrosion all over the place, and the whole mess needed to be cleaned up, a new bracket installed, etc. etc.Fred, the Assistant Manager, took care of it, and did a stellar job -- including cutting an inch or so off of the bracket bolts with a hacksaw, because they butted up against the hood of the car. Talk about "above and beyond". And, he had a great attitude about it throughout the whole ordeal. I was very impressed. If you go in there, let him know you saw a great review about him...

I have bought many parts from this store in Sedona Az, all good except an EGR Valve that went bad less than 6 months old. Had to have a shop replace it for me as I am unable to work on my truck for a few months, but I returned the EGR for a refund. No issues there. Nice and polite staff, they also have taken my old oil for me.

I needed to replace my wipers while in Sedona. Fred, the assistant manager, quickly found and sold me the parts. Then he went out to the parking lot and INSTALLED THEM. A+ customer service.

Spoke to someone on the phone to see if they knew of tire shop open on Sunday in Sedona, since I was only visiting. I couldn't find the leak in the tire. There was none open in town until maybe Walmart tire shop in Cottonwood, AZ 22 miles away. But she helped me with how I could fix my own tire until I got to Phoenix. She did not treat me as if I was bothering her. Thank you, Christina.

I shop at OReilly for everything for my truck. Brian is awesome. Took no more than 15 .inutes to change out my battery. And replaced my key FOB. Thank you
