Tire change and alignment $250. They don t dispose of tires.(cottonwood landfill , Sedona recycle, Taylor waste, Big O or any other auto won t dispose of your tires) I hired squeaky junk removal to pick up and dispose $20 per tire (without rims) At Mikes prices they should dispose of tires. At least advise you of price and place so you can budget that in.

Kind and efficient shop! My friend and I were on vacation. We pulled in after we noticed the tires pressure light was on. Mike was kind to help us. He found a nail in one of the tires. He got us in and out in 30 minutes . Great work Mike. We appreciate your work!

We drove out from California and with 120k on a BMW X3 without any issues. Then I heard some front end noise on a rough road. On smooth roads there were no indications.I did a Google search to find a local shop to inspect and hopefully repair. But, at least inspect. Redrock Automotive was the first lead. I contacted Redrock and they were too busy to even do a safety inspection after multiple requests. They could not even offer a recommendation. I just hope that they will see this review and take Mike's Alligment's example as a goal to achieve.We found and were locally recommended to Mike's Allignment. His team was swamped. But, they made time and found several loose bolts primarily in our shock towers and rack. Driving several hundred miles home would have been dangerous.We really appreciate the time and effort that Mike's team put in during this holiday week.Thank you!Tom O'Keefe

Showed up as business opened with a rental car that had tire warning light on. Mike s team took me right away when I explained we had to drive to Phoenix airport the next morning. Turned out to be a problem with the electronics, not tire(s). They reset the system and all is well. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Nice, friendly staff.Service: Tires

Took my 2002 Mercedes CL500 to Mike's for a suspension check and alignment after I deleted the ABC hydraulic suspension system and replaced it with coil over shocks. They got me in quickly and within 90 minutes had conquered the complicated Mercedes systems and had the car driving like new. The bill was much less than I had anticipated. Great people and service. We were on vacation when we got nail in the tire. We called Mike s and they got us in and worked to get it fixed even when the rental company did not include a wheel lock key. Shop was good previously but over the last 2-3 months has been terrible. I used to recommend the his shop to friends and now I tell everyone to steer clear. Had multiple parts fail from them, brake shoes were improperly adjusted leading to brake failure. I also have had my van in 3-4 times to fix the same issue and multiple parts failures. Had their repairs checked by another shop and they confirmed the repairs were done improperly and potentially dangerous. Issues have still not been fixed.Their communication is also terrible and they do not inform you of when repairs are completed etc.I d suggest seeking repairs elsewhere unless you want them to have to be done multiple times and have them fail on you when driving. Sad to see another Sedona business failing.Edit: Shop did make good on the repairs with no additional labor costs. The staff, particularly Mike at the front desk, were incredibly courteous and professional. We were on a road trip and needed to leave our hotel promptly to continue on to Scottsdale. Unfortunately, we hit a nail on the road and had to seek help from the nearest tire shop, which happened to be Big O Tires off Hwy 89A. Despite their busyness, they were unhelpful and impolite when we approached them. We asked if they could check our car for a slow leak, but they dismissed us and said it would take an hour to be seen. We considered making an appointment, but they said it was first come, first served. The employee didn't even look us in the eye during the interaction. We asked for recommendations for other nearby shops, and he begrudgingly suggested we try Mike's Alignment down the street. Surprisingly, they were also busy, but Mike welcomed us and kindly offered to help us immediately. He diagnosed the problem, a nail in the tire, and estimated that it would take around 30-40 minutes to fix. He and his team worked on it while we waited, and he charged us a fair price. We observed how he interacted with his other customers and were impressed by his professionalism and kindness. It put us at ease and we felt well taken care of. We will definitely recommend Mike's Alignment to our friends who frequent Sedona and need car repairs. Thank you to Mike and his team for their prompt and honest service. Best wishes! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. My brakes went out this morning, I called they said to bring it in, and they could get it done today. since it was not only my personal truck, I also use it for my business and needed it done in 1 day. They stayed an extra half an hour to finish it. Mike the owner is awesome, His son Mike who worked on it did a great job, and the office manager Mike was friendly and helpful. While vacationing in Sedona we have our battery fail. Mike s was the only on that confirmed they could get us in right away. They were fast and reasonably priced. After putting brand-new tires on my truck I took it in to get it aligned a week later both front tires where ruined 500$. They wouldn t take responsibility for that pair of tires they just told me to bring it back in after I put in a second pair of new tires in the truck I did so and again they screwed up the front end tires are shot so I lost over $1300 I do not recommend this place whatsoeverService: Wheel alignment

A good basic alignment shop. If you have aftermarket suspension make sure to tell them how you want it aligned or they'll go off factory specs.For mechanic work I'd shop around first. Was cheaper for me to ship my parts to get worked on in another state vs their quote so be mindful.Otherwise a good shop minus the inflated service charges.Service: Wheel alignment

I've used them in the past and when everything goes well. They're great! However after an experience with a failed repair went sour, they didn't want to claim responsibility and even wanted to charge me to 60 dollars to diagnose their faulty repair. So everything is great when there's no problems with the service, but as soon as something goes wrong, they will deny responsibility and charge you to even look at their mistakes.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

It breaks my heart to write this review, given that this is a local business in a small town, but I have had the absolute worst customer service and repair experience with Mikes Alignment.I brought my car in to get the AC fixed, and so I payed them to run a diagnostic, and then to replace the condenser.When l picked up the car, there was popcorn in my drivers seat.I thought it was a strange nudge from the universe stating that something was a little off here, but I didn t pay it much attention.Fast forward, and I m back there very shortly because my AC was still not working.They fixed a leak, and sent me on my way.So then, I end up back there again, with apparently multiple other leaks, and $600 worth of repairs that they simply didn t see the first 3x s they inspected the car, by a professional mechanic with 40 years of experience I came and got my car, completely frustrated. I gave it a few days and when I called them, fully surrendered to just finish the job, they again, we re completely unprofessional, rude, and confused when having a dialog.I am not the only person on my circle that has had recent, similar experiences with this company.So, I will never use their service again, and I will share my personal experience with community members who ask.And so it is.Service: Auto maintenance

I had an 8am appointment at Mike's for an oil change. I showed up a few minutes early and was told I was first in line. I asked how long it would take and was told about 45 minutes. After hearing nothing at 10am, I called to see if it was ready and maybe they had neglected to call. No, they hadn't started on it yet. I cancelled my 11am meeting and waited. It was after 1pm when they finally called. And the charge was $134, including $31 for an air filter which I hadn't requested. Very disappointed in the service.Service: Oil change

After being with Reese brothers for years, who have been progressively been getting worse and worse. I took my truck to Mikes Alienment. What a breath of fresh air. They showed me what was wrong got the parts. A perfect job. I will be talking this team up for a long time. The front man Mike was fantastic. He actually listened to what you say. I can't say.enough good things about the service center and its top notch team. Thanks again Mike.

Came down from Canada when something funky started with my truck.. was told about Mikes took it there thinking the worst being from another country they were going to take us for all we were worth .. called a few hours later all done .. the bill ? 45 bucks .. now I call that a right good human being.. I even gave them my Nova Scotia license plate thanks mike and his team

These guys were great. Flew in from California to buy a private party seller, used Saab and they did a pre-buy inspection on it. They were extremely thorough, communicative, & friendly while making sure I knew everything I was getting myself into with my buy. 11/10, thank you guys.

My husband and I were traveling from Dallas to Sedona & then on to California. On the road my brake light came on in my BMW X1. While on the road I called Mike in Sedona. He and his crew were so helpful! They were able to locate front brakes for us in Phoenix and have them delivered the very next day to Sedona. The repair was speedy and all the guys at his shop were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your great service. I will feel so much better knowing I can drive back to California in a safe vehicle.Service: Brakes

I really wanted to be a good client unfortunately I won't go back.I own a moving company locally have plenty of vehicles and plenty of work that needs to be done.After taking one truck which they did an amazing job on the alignment!!Then I was charged an additional $65 to change a fuse. Really!even after I said I know its a fuse?I bring another truck today and get charged $50 for them tell me i need to fix other parts before then can align it.No worries I have mechanics we have the work done and bring it back.I don't understand this $50? Or the $65 ?Big O will tell you same stuff and not charge you.Beyond disappointment as local and local business owner.Thank you!

My brakes went out while on a road trip. I had to be back on the road ASAP since I had a deadline to reach a destination. My pickup was towed in around 4pm. They identified a blown brake line, replaced it, bled the brakes, and had me on the road before closing time. My tow truck driver even told me that he took all of his vehicles there.

This is the most attentive and prompt mechanic ever! We got stranded in Sedona during a spring break trip, but Mike's guys got right on our car and got us back on the road the SAME day!He was amazing!

When you are traveling, it can be intimidating to find fair and honest mechanics willing to help you out. Where do you even start looking? Very happy I came upon these guys. I can t say enough positive about my experience with Mike s Alignment & Muffler Service. The employees were great and they took care of my muffler issue in no time. Highly recommended.

Owner and his sons took me in last minute for a muffler install. Wonderful business and people that work there... Friendly and highly experienced. They have many performance mufflers in inventory. I highly recommend them.

My "Spring break" trip to Sedona started with a low rock smacking my exhaust pipe and catalytic converter when parking at the campsite. They realized I needed some help so I can enjoy my vacation, they got me in to check it out the same day. I dropped the car, went for a quick mountain bike ride and they fixed it in less than two hours. Very reasonable priced, honest and professional service. I greatly appreciate their service!
