Carstar cane recommended to me by a friend who lives in the area and they definitely exceeded my expectations on the job. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. My drivers side door was backed into and left a huge dent and paint scrapes that required they get me an entirely new door, replace decals, and paint the door and the surrounding panels to blend the colors so they looked cohesive between the new and original paint. I picked it up a week later and my truck looked brand new. Not just because of the door, they also washed the entire outside and cleaned the inside of the cab down to the mats (which were beyond my ability to clean well). Would definitely take my tryck back there if it needed further repairs. Thank you all for making my truck good as new again!

Driving down Main St in Bozeman, MT, some dude opened the door of his Ram into my Jeep and totally trashed my custom bumber, as well as most of the right side. I had my doubts it would ever look the same, but CARSTAR of Sedona really saved the day. They found a new bumper of the same type, installed it with my old winch and electronics. Replaced the mirror, door handles, all the fiddly tech stuff that comes on a Grand Cherokee. Three panels beautifully repainted to match. They even arranged for custom calibration of the radar which they were not equipped for, at no expense. Now, it's like it never even happened. I'm very pleased. Kudos to Matt and his crew.

Carstar is a franchise, so I was initially leery of using them. However, their nearby competition that I used to use, went from locally-owned, to selling to a large nationwide corporate chain, leaving Carstar as the only locally-owned shop in Sedona. I'm very glad I decided to give them a try! Matt was very easy to work with and his entire team did a great job on my Jeep. Hopefully I don't need their services again, but if I do, I will go back!

In my opinion, it's always a little scary to let someone paint major sections of your car. A friend of mine had CARSTAR paint his whole car, and it was immaculate. So we trusted CARSTAR to do the rear bumper of our 2014 Boxster S - a special lime-green color option. It, too, is spectacular. Like new, in every sense. Thx.

From the time I contacted Carstar regarding my car until I picked up my beautifully repaired vehicle their customer service was exemplary. They were friendly and professional. I received frequent text messages letting me know what was going on and estimated completion data. I would recommend this business to both my friends and family.

Took my VW beetle to them to replace finder, a rim and some under body work. They kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. When I picked up my car they had even washed it for me. This is a great business. I ll will certainly use them again

Price was fair, scheduling was reasonable and the turnaround was prompt. More than anything the quality is there. See if you can tell where the old section of the rocker panel and the new are joined. And getting a ride from and to the shop is a nice plus. Having an autobody job that works on Teslas in Sedona is a big plus - thanks to all involved.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys did a great job with my car after I had been rear ended by someone. They got the work done so quickly, with no delays and had great communication the whole way. Even after the original body work was done, a few months later, a small clip was not seating properly on the trunk panel. They stood by their work and repaired it quickly and without question. Wouldn t hesitate to refer them to anyone!

From my first contact walking in for an estimate all the way through to the completion of the work on my car, this place was stellar. They worked with my insurance company directly, stayed true to their estimate, gave me a ride home after dropping my car off, stayed in communication with status, and when I picked up the car it looked brand new!!! And the folks working there were ALL very friendly, courteous, and professional. I don t necessarily thrill easily, but I am thrilled with the Sedona CarStar. Having said that, I hope I won t need to go back!!! My work was completed the 29th of September, 2023.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Carstar of Sedona is by far the best body shop in the area , fast turn around time , great communication , Matt and Brian are great to work with , but if you live in the Verde valley , their sister shop BlackHills Carstar offers the same amazing quality and service , highly recommend

Brian and his team did a perfect job of replacing the damaged front bumper on my beloved 2004 Z4. They are super nice and very professional. This place is by far the BEST body shop I have ever used! Also they are SO easy to deal with. Everything went extremely smooth. In addition, Matt and Brian are both SO nice and professional. They had my car finished in *under a week*. They shuttled me to Enterprise too.My car came back with **all factory parts** and looking brand new again!
