I don't think Mr. Anderson takes the time to ever check google reviews. He runs an old school shop that is a far cry away from the coffee bars at some service centers. When we were in the area from out of town and our coolant system failed leaving me and my 2 kids stranded, he was willing to take a look at our car and get us back on our way - a HUGE answer to prayer! So glad we found this gem!

This is your place! Coming across the desert my ac went out, yes on a friday..got there at 10 am and they worked all day Friday Saturday and sunday to get me back on the road.Now saying that you should see my truck he put it back together better than it was before, cleaned everything, very very meticulous.Add in the fact that the office manager is one of the nicest easy going people I have ever spoke with. Sitting there for hours we had some really great conversations.I fell like on my way back I need to see them again..lets hope its for dinner,,,not work

We were in Sedona for vacation when our dash just lit up with all kinds of warning lights. We just had the vehicle serviced before the trip and it hasn t been giving us problems until that day. The other shops we found could not take a look at our vehicle for 2 days, which is when we were scheduled to leave. Warren and Mike kindly squeezed us in and checked what was going on. They were able to give us a quick assessment and did an emergency repair that would get us home (1,100 mi). They also told us about a couple of items that needed attention and got us in our way in just about an hour. Because of them, we were able to continue our vacation and get home safely.

Simply put, the best auto repair service I've had in a long time. After a tow, my Saturn Vue arrived at their shop on a Friday evening at about 4:30. They called me with the diagnosis (a faulty harmonic balancer that had shredded the drive belt) within about 30 minutes. To my surprise, I received a call *the next night, a Saturday* at 6 pm to let me know the car was finished. Since the car is our only vehicle, Warren was generous enough to pick me up all the way across town so I wouldn't have to take the bus. Not only is their pricing fair, but their service is top notch. I've definitely found my go-to auto repair shop for whenever I'm in Sedona.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

The best customer service I've ever experienced. We were on vacation in Sedona over the labor day weekend with temps 109 degrees when our trucks AC while pulling our trailer failed. We called all GMC and Chev dealers in Flagstaff and Cottonwood with no response. No one even returned our call to this day except Warren. He call us on Labor Day and said bring the truck in. I immediately went the shop. Warren and his son were there and quickly diagnosed the issue, a failed AC compressor. They want to insure that there wasn't any other failed components in the system so they kept the truck. Warren drove me back to the RV park and when they finished diagnosing the issue returned my truck (Something I've never experienced at a dealer repair shop). They ordered the parts and said they would be in the next day. Indeed they were, Warren called and said the parts are in and they would be right over to pick up the truck. They returned the truck that same day all repaired. I had contacted a shop on Tuesday outside of Arizona and they indicated that the cost would be no less than $1,500. Warren and his son made the repair and negotiated with my extended warranty company. His cost was only $950. Outstanding service and outstanding value.O yes, Warren then called me a couple of days latter as he had heard about the wild fires that were happening in our City to make sure we were OK and safe. What an outstanding man. I would highly recommend Anderson Auto they are as honest as the day is long and go the extra mile to make sure you are properly taken care of.Service: A/C installation & repair

They were so great. Our truck was having issues during our vacation. They got us right in at the end of the day when they should have been closing and helped with our car so we could make it back home.

When a warning light came on in our van that we couldn't figure out they took is right in to rug a diagnostic computer test. We were almost 2000 miles from home and scared to keep driving so their kindness and help was amazing. No problem was detected, only an oil change the car computer hadn't been told about! Summary here, full story below: Communicative staff, fast service, excellent work, fair pricing!I can t say enough good things about my experience at Anderson Auto & Truck Repair. My wife and I were driving back from a visit to the Chapel of the Holy Cross when suddenly my car shut off and then turned back on. When it turned on, I could barely accelerate or brake and all of my warning lights were on. Needless to say, I panicked. We (slowly) drove over to Anderson Auto & Truck Repair where we spoke to Warren and the woman who I assume is the manager (sorry, didn t catch her name!). They took the car in for a look and called back three hours later saying the car was good to go. Sure enough, the issue was fixed, and for a fraction of the cost of what I was quoted for a similar issue at home a few weeks ago. Thanks for the help!

Me and my wife brought in our shuttle bus because we had sudden brake issues. Within 3 hours, the nice folks here had us back on the road, and they were super affordable. The two dogs at the shop were also a added blessing. Great people, good work, cute dogs...If you're in Sedona, give these guys a call for your car or large vehicle troubles.

Mr. Anderson & his son helped me with a very important maintenance problem I had. I was on my way out of state and they helped me, despite ALL of the other work they had to do. I know it was an inconvenience. I was alone & desperate. One hour of their time and expertise gave me peace of mind for my 1650 mile journey. Even after one month of being back safely, I am so grateful for their help. Old school ways, breath of fresh air! Another repair shop in the area turned me away. Thank you again. My daughter and I are traveling cross country. Returning her motorhome to California. After coming down that beautiful mountain with breathtaking views, we experienced brake issues. After calling around, one of his competitors recommended we call Mr. Anderson! He is such an experienced mechanic. And he son, Michael, is a master mechanic! And I mustn't forget his #1 assistant!! My new Swedish friend! And her two fur babies!! It was such a pleasure to meet these folks. And we are SO thankful to them all! Can't wait till I retire so I can go back and work with them!!! LOL

We had oil leaking from a rear wheel after arriving at our camp site in Sedona. After explaining our problem to the Anderson shop a crew came out confirmed the problem. We were told the repair could be done on site without moving our rig and putting the motorhome in further danger. The part was ordered and the crew came back after regular working hours to complete the job. I am very grateful to this group of great mechanics at Anderson Auto &Truck Repair. Thanks again guys.

Warren is a genuine honest mechanic, no bs, just helpful, straight forward, and respectful. Doesnt try to sell you extra nonsense like other mechanics do

Warren and Michael are amazing individuals. And as a team there is nothing they can't accomplish. Other mechanics in town send their customers to "Anderson" when they are stumped. I trust them like I trust a family physician. You should too.
