I found A1's ad in a weekly mailer and called for a tune up. I could not be more impressed. They came out and assessed my garage door in the same week (it was making a funny sound with a weird hitch). I'm so glad I called A1 and I would use them again. Excellent customer service, honest and fast repair and my garage door is opening SO SMOOTHLY. I never knew my garage door could sound so much better opening and closing. 10/10 recommend. Thank you A1 (and Conner my tech was great).

I was very impressed with the knowledge, tenacity and professionalism that was shown while having my garage door installed. Both technicians had a great attitude, a good sense of humor and manners. You do not see a lot of professionalism in today s vendors, however these two guys were great and should be given a raise! They are a true asset to your company.

Service was fine , had to take the whole day off because there is a 4 hour window in the morning or afternoon which is a pain but I did what I had to do . The installer forgot the trim so I have to schedule another day to have it finished! So I have to take another full day off and of course they will not reimburse me for this , I was told somebody higher up would call me to discuss this ! SILENCE from there end . I also never received and invoice I asked for by mail . They seem great when everything is great but if you have any problems they seem to drop the ball !!!

Adam was an excellent! He worked diligently on replacing the springs and the inside button that raised/shut the door. In addition he identified several items that we discussed and replaced. He was clear, thorough and courteous. Great customer service and deep knowledge. Thank you!

Christian was prompt, kept me up to everything that he was doing, and was very knowledged. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone. Plus he was very polite and friendly.

Jake W was awesome. Very personable, knowledgeable, competent, professional and imaginative. I am impressed with this company from top to bottom. I will do business with them again. And they better treat Adam and Jake right or I will hire them in a heartbeat. That says a lot about a company that they hire extremely qualified and friendly personnel. I am proud to say that Jake was an extremely able technician and this company is 5 star all the way. Kudos A1. Everybody I ve been exposed to with this company is a class act all the way. It was a pleasure doing business with you guys!!!!

A1 Garage Door Service is great! They first fixed our upper level door which was coming loose where the spring anchors to the wall. Then today they put in a new door at our lower level garage. The employees were very nice and professional. Very courteous. I've dealt with some slack-jawed, no eye-contact, foot shuffling fools in the past, these guys were thankfully totally the opposite. And spot on/fair pricing. I highly recommend! A+

Tiger arrived on time. What started as an install of an opener on an RV door, turned into a full blown safety inspection of all doors around the house. Jesse's experience and trained eye spotted several issues. He advised that the door hardware that was installed was grossly under rated and was failing. Mind you, this is a three year old house. Jesse showed and explained to me in detail what was going on. We made another appointment for Jesse to come out and make all the doors right.My wife and are very grateful and appreciative of Jesse keeping us and the house safe.Thank you Jesse

While Brandon was was knowledgeable and did great work, A1 will not be my first vendor of choice moving forward.Their service techs work on commission. This to me is a complete conflict of interest, as they are there to upsell you on parts (and then in turn labor). This is why (in part) their prices are 3-5X higher than the competition. While I do believe the work and parts were of very high quality, I came away feeling totally ripped off for the work being done. And, I take responsibility for not saying not today I m going to get another opinion/price for this work .I hope this is helpful to others needing garage door repairs.

Christian is fantastic. Super nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Whatever you're paying him, it's not enough. Thanks for getting here so quickly and not pushing unnecessary repairs and upgrades on us, instead explaining thing clearly so we could make an informed, value based decision. Please send Christian for our annual tune ups or any future, necessary repairs. Will definitely recommend.

Tiger did an excellent job fixing my garage door. He was professional, prompt, courteous and kind. He had all the parts needed to make the repair on his truck, and even went the extra mile to ensure the job was done correctly. I highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service and especially Tiger! I can't say enough good things about Justin and his crew. They were on time, did excellent work, cleaned up and very professional! I have been inviting neighbors and friends over to see our beautiful new garage doors!! I couldn't be happier! Plus they arrived a month EARLY! Wow! Thank you A1-garage I love my doors.

Professionalism is great! Good communication. Unfortunately, they sent him with the wrong parts the first trip so we had to wait another five days so that he could finish the job with the correct parts. so far really happy with the finished product.

My five star review is solely for installers Max and Zach. They were efficient, polite, cleaned up after the install and answered all of my questions. Besides these 2 gentlemen I do not have a very good review.

Very impressed with the customer service A1 provides from the first call to when the tech (Tiger) showed up. My garage door tried to eat itself and when Tiger showed up (Same day) he was extremely helpful, even after having to run to Sedona to get a new motor for my garage door. I highly recommend this company

Tiger did a seriously wonderful job getting our garage door open, even though the opener unit had died! It took much energy and patience, but he pulled it off! We are so grateful... Very polite and friendly as well... Thank you so much Tiger!

Josh Kyle was very polite, thorough, helpful, what he did not know he consulted with his managers. He did a great estimation of the problems, even one that can be easily fixed and gave me a fair estimate of needs. I was very impressed, this guy was great.I would say that he was among the fairest, best, expert advice on the issues with my old garage door. He even gave me information on ways to help stabilize the door to keep from wobbling.I would refer them to anyone. They called, I had to change the appt 2 times and they called ahead to give me an estimated time and called when there. I was very impressed with Josh and his care and attention to detail and explanations.

The service technician, Joshua was very thorough and efficient. He fixed the problem right away did a thorough inspection of the components of my garage door and adjusted and lubricated all the moving parts as necessary. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Very good job. I will call A-1 Garage Doors next time I require service and I would recommend them to any one that needs to have their garage doors serviced in the Prescott area.

A1 Garage installed two new garage doors for us and one of the door panels had a wave or warp. This was the replacement of that panel. Scheduled and completed as agreed. Jessie was friendly and professional. Handled the repair quickly. Did great!

Very pleased with A1 Garage Door Service.Good communication. The technician, Joshua,called from the road to give a heads up that he was on his way. He could not have been more courteous and informative. He kept me updated during the inspection and resultant repairs....so there were no surprises.He had a vast and complete knowledge of every facet of the garage doors functioning.He patiently explained why the parts needed replacing, and answered all my questions.He was respectful of my garage, and left no mess or old parts laying around.My discount coupon was honored, and everything is in working order. What s not to like about this kind of service?
