I came to this location to pick up my new Model 3. Sales people are very helpful. But I have problems with how Tesla does some things which are very inconvenient like it's not easy to talk with someone we do have to send a message in the app it takes time for a response to come back and tesla a lot of quality issues for a new car we have book a service appointment which is not even available till next 30 days. I like the people at the location but Tesla has to change the process and fix the issues before delivering the car to the customer.

People on the phone were rude. They knew I did not use a Tesla approved shop but yet berated me because I didn t. I love my car. Hate the experience of the accident. Had I chose a Tesla approved body shop? I would wait a year. DM me for who I used

Was never informed about a completely different tire brand being used to replace tires on my Model 3 Performance.Service staff drove care recklessly during testing and got a 56 driver score resulting in a greater than 10% increase in my monthly premium next month.

I wish they would have been straight forward and honest when it came to not being able to do a service and filling out paperwork acting like they did the service i paid $100 , instead of just saying they did to get to the next car they have to work on. I got a refund for what they said they did days after finding out and having to call a manger for it for the service that wasnt done. Like come on. I feel like I don't want to even bring my car to tesla to get fix maybe a 3rd part that's not busy that actually has time maybe... idk just got my first telsa.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure getting a windshield on the Model 3, that was hit by a rock. In the meantime, we test drove the Tesla X and Y. It was such fun!

This location has helpful and friendly staff that will assist you with all of your needs. Getting service done is seamless and easy, the same as scheduling a test drive. I don t know how the delivery experience is here since I opted for them to deliver the car to my house. There are also complimentary snacks and water bottles in the waiting room, if you even have to wait at all.

I want to give a shout out to Josh and Kyle, service technicians who were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience at the service center (I was concerned since texting through the app was not very helpful) and I was able to get a loaner car until my service was complete.

Picked up a Model S for someone and it wasn't busy so the pickup went smooth. Only caveat is if your Model S is an older one, it may be difficult to find it in the sea of Teslas

Brought car in on a Monday for simple issue with rear camera not working. Supposed to be done by Friday- that s a long time but okay. Get a message at 1:15am on Saturday that they haven t even looked at the car yet?!! If you really can t get to a simple issue in 5 days- don t accept an appointment! Wasted a whole week juggling family with just 1 vehicle. Ridiculous organization/terribly poor management at this location. I ve owned Nissans, BMW s, Fords and never has such an awful service experience. We decided to pick up the car and try another service location as even after 6 days they couldn t give us an ETA of when they might be able to service the car. Avoid this place Tesla service has gone way downhill every year since we purchased 6 years ago.

My most recent service experience was far better than I've had with any dealer. Shout out to the Scottsdale, Az service team for treating me like a valued customer. Looks/drives better than new!

3 weeks ago, we were issued a brand new Model Y with a broken AC. Imagine dealing with something like this in the middle of Phoenix summer. We were surprised that they didn't check this before releasing the car. They asked us to bring the car back for service. We were told that the repair which is an AC replacement, will take a week, and while waiting, we were given a loaner Model 3. Prior to this event, our family had planned a trip north to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were hoping to have our car back by this time because we needed more space in the car. One week turned to 2 weeks, then 3!!! They were saying they had to wait for parts. I was surprised that a huge company like Tesla would have to wait this long. At this point we were beyond disappointed. So my husband had to request a bigger loaner car which is an X and we were told that our car will be repaired and ready for pick-up in July 29 saturday at 4pm. While we were on our trip, July 26, we got a message to return our loaner and pick up our car the very next day or we will be fined a certain amount! We had to get back to Phx right away for this. It was so unprofessional on their end to not even call us for a heads up! Thank you Tesla for the inconvenience, for ruining my husband's birthday and for ruining our trip! We will never go back to Tesla Raintree Service again.Services: Electrical repair, Auto A/C replacement

Tesla Service Center on Raintree delivers exceptional customer service! My Model 3's 12V battery issue was resolved on the same day, and when my Model Y developed a coolant leak, they diagnosed and fixed it promptly. Their efficiency and expertise truly impressed me. Kudos to the Tesla Service Center team!

I had a bunch of repairs done at Tesla. I mentioned that my screen went black once. Josh called me and said they couldn t find an issue with the screen going black and attributed it to a combination of heat and a coolant issue so that they did not address it. I also needed a brand new key fob. I specifically asked Josh if my favorite places I saved on the navigation would still be there when I picked up the car. He assured me they would, stating that they are saved to the car not the key fob. Upon pick up yesterday, ALL my saved places for the past 5 years were gone and they had returned the car to factory setting without calling to ask my permission . This is extremely disappointing. Additionally they rarely answer their phones, they didn t have a loaner car available (and when they do, the cars are so filthy it s embarrassing to drive). Not a great experience.Service: Auto maintenance

Picked up our brand new Tesla and was disappointed they gave me the car at 40% battery. We had a two hour drive home and we don t live next to a super charger. Also the office smell wasn t pleasant it was a mix of locker room sweat and musk. No pun intended. Either way do better.

Got 2 Teslas in last 2 weeks here. The manager Gabriel was great. The salesman Ben was very good to work with. Maya in the service gave us the run down and was very helpful with everything. They have a good team there.

Brought my car in here multiple times and last time had a windshield replaced which cracked within a week. Bad installation. Since I have an insurance that cover windshield I didn't think too much about it. Waiting few months brought it for another windshield replacement $1800 charge, they wouldn't even provide $50 uber credit to get to work. Spoke with a manager Chris. First said car is out of warranty, when I said I am paying out of pocket for the repair, they said the car is not going to be at the shop over 24 hours so they don't give credits. Car is only going to be there for 8hours.I have a Lexus which I take to Toyota dealership that offers Uber within 10 miles radius free of charge for an OIL change, $100 repair. Tesla wouldn't even provide a ride for an $1800 service.Bad customer service.

They do quality repair work, are reasonably affordable (especially compared to other mechanics), do the work quickly, and provide loaner vehicles... but... waits for appointments can be long (weeks) and it is ludicrously inconvenient to communicate with them (everything through a wonky mobile app).

Website showed a vehicle in the inventory and takes a week to pick it up? Took my bank 1 minute to approve, but Tesla is horrible at selling and delivering. Basically talking through an app that doesnt give you much of the information. Didn't know it takes so long to buy a car from the lot.

The service team treats you like an idiot. The system allows you to make appointments the night before and most companies can handle that. Arrived at appointment and they didn t know I made it and then scolded me for not making the appointment earlier. Like I get that your system can t handle that but it s not my fault so do not make me feel that way. I also get that Elon isn t setting the best example for the culture at Tesla but damn. Every time I come here the service greeters have been rude and condescending. If I had the choice to not come here that s the choice I would make. I can t speak for the other centers in the area. But this one misses the mark.

Dealing with this place is a nightmare. I recieved my car new with multiple interior pieces not installed and smudges of black dirt in many places. That's fine let me drive back down from Sedona to fix it.They forgot to register my vehicle. Great I can help get that moving remotely.The left cameras were serviced more than 6 times because they were giving constant errors and disengaging auto pilot, but more importantly, violently braking, randomly, because they think something is in the road. On two occasions of the repair, the tech was mobile and being guided over the phone on how to replace the camera and coax cable, repeater. Both times the mobile tech broke other hardware in my vehicle. 1 of the the 2 times the car wouldn't let me shift over into the left lane on the highway coming down from Sedona to Phoenix. It was scary. The 2nd time he broke a safety system piece of hardware that apparently would prevent the car from blowing up if the battery caught fire. I even had my door trim replaced and they couldn't even get that right.I have spoken on several occasions with Brett the service manager. Not one time was any compensation or attempt to address and take responsibility for thier constant mistakes and inexperience discussed. I have been trying to speak with someone in Tesla who keeps these service centers accountable, that department doesn't exist! It's become clear that even though I have been forced to put over 2000 miles on my vehicle to drive back down to the service center due to the unprofessional and unexperienced staff who have directly damaged my vehicle on several occasions, that noone will keep these people accountable. The manager Brett has made it clear that he is the only authority that will be dealing with these matters. I have called and tried to find a branch of Tesla who will look at my case but it seems that the only people I can talk to are the same people who have been a nightmare to deal with and who have put my family in danger while costing us significant financial loss, the Scottsdale service center. Having this sort of business set up feels like exortion. Each center seems to be a group of mercenaries guiding themselves and there is no possible way to reach a group or branch who keeps them in check or responsible.My process has been ongoing just under a year and still noone from Tesla has even reached out. What a crazy way for a company to make thier customers feel. I honestly can't believe that this type of authoritarian business model exists in the US today. Still my car has even more errors now and the same ones from before and I am tired of being a test subject for the Scottsdale service team. It's a shame because the car and tech is great and feels wonderful to drive. The customer experience however is extremely poor and feels messed up frankly. I've spent alot of time and money out of pocket to deal with getting my "brand new" vehicle fixed and still dreaming. Definitely reconsider buying one and dealing with this place.Services: Electrical repair, Body & Trim

My buying experience here was good. Had one issue with my paper work and used the app to contact them and they called back withing 2-3 mins. The issue was resolved quickly. Parking is a major issue here and it would have been nice if my car had been fully charged.

This service center requires signature of a worse case scenario quote before they will look at the vehicle and diagnosis the problem. Then they refused to call before they performed the work needed. They will not provide a phone number to reach them and when a text is sent to them, through the app, they do not respond. They charged twice as much, to add Freon, then what is typical. They say there is no leaks but, if that s true, it should not be low on Freon. I hope they improve the way they quote and communicate real quotes before doing service.

Picked up Model Y that we ordered Oct 2021, yesterday at Scottsdale, AZ location. Was told by rep that charger was in trunk. Got home, which is 2 hours away, and the charger is not in trunk or frunk. Called customer service, sat on hold for 2 hours to be told as of August 2022 (which was just a few weeks ago) that the cars no longer came with charger and promo code was emailed to order charger. Online it says cars ordered after April 2022 will not come with a charger...we ordered ours a year ago!I assume the reasoning for this is that they are out of stock. Go online to order and the corded home charger AND IT IS out of stock. We were left with the mobile connector, not a great choice but we were sent home with an electric car and no way to charge it. Proceeded to check out and apply promo code and the code was not accepted....we placed order anyway since we had no other choice. So we currently have no charger and now 218.20 poorer. We are disappointed and we haven't had the car for 24 hours. We spent over 60,000 for a car we cannot drive.
