Sun Devil Auto just isn't competitive enough with its pricing nowadays unfortunately. Shop told me I was having suspension problems and gave me a HUGE estimate to fix it, over 2 grand. Naturally, I went to get a second opinion. Went to a small business auto shop and got all OEM parts installed with labor, same as they would've done, for half the repair bill. Sun Devil I have loved going to you guys for years but until pricing is more on board with services provide I can no longer support your company. Stay local.

Our service with Ken and Kirk was truly 5 stars. GF was having AC problems and normally takes her car to the dealership (and pays an arm, leg, and part of her soul) so I recommend checking out Sun Devil Auto this time.We took advantage of the free AC check and found out exactly what was wrong. Unlike other shops, they were transparent from the start, very communicative, and happy to answer any questions.Within 1 day they had diagnosed, ordered parts, and completed services!Very happy with our services and will be back again for our regular oil changes and future work

I had a suspension problem pop up last Friday, thought it was a blown shock and ended up contacting these guys Saturday morning and they squeezed me in that afternoon. Even got a better deal on the parts to save a little from the initial quote. Got me back on the road the same day.Manager and staff were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me directly, very nice and transparent, which seems rarer these days. Definitely recommend and would go back in the future.

Sun Devil did a thorough inspection of my vehicle prior to a long road trip. They only recommended action on those things that needed attention and were able to get the tires required when promised. Good communication thru the process

Good experience overall. I asked what brand rotors and brake pads they were using but service person wouldn't tell me. Maybe this is generally not disclosed. But work was done in a timely manner. Brakes seem fine.

I have been a long-time customer of sun devil auto at the East San Victor Drive location and felt I had quality service, but as of late, it seems management has changed, and service has dwindled dramatically.After they made three appointments with me to bring my car In, they continuously turned me away due to being short-staffed and unable to fix my air conditioning. I would not recommend this location as this is not the first time I have had problems since the new management. I just went to get new tires on my car at Firestone, and Sun Devil has been rotating my tires every year, so I thought! You will see in the photo below what my tires looked like. I could have had a severe accident on the road that could have killed my family or someone else s. Very scary who you trust with your car.So update, here with the car, I went to a reputable company in the valley to get the A/C fixed, which Sun Devil said was the evaporator core and said they searched and found no leak. Well, the new company found two leaks and nothing wrong with the evaporator core! Sun Devil was trying to replace a part when it was not needed!Also, customer service told me that the corporate office would contact me by Friday and guess what. No contact. No surprise

Morgan was very professional in keeping in contact with me and update me on status. Even though the wrong part was ordered, it was for our benefit because the right part was much cheaper. And it still was completed in a timely manner.

Nick got me in the very next morning to accommodate my work schedule, shuttled me back and forth at no additional cost, and got me back on the road in less than a day. I highly recommend Nick and the team -- friendly, competent, professional!

First time using this company and will definitely be using them again! They were able to get me in earlier than my scheduled time which was amazing. Morgan in the front answered all my questions and the technician who serviced my car was quick and efficient. Took the Jeep in for an oil change. Everything went like clockwork. They did do a full inspection and advised of some additional work that should be done.....but no pressure.

Sun devil auto did a great shop fixing up my 2010 Volkswagen Jetta 2.5 L. It was having a water pump issue and also the transmission/oil pan was having a leak and one day my car overheated on me and smoke came out the engine.Anyways, Sun Devil Auto auto took care of the issue and now my vehicle is in a fair driving shape once again.. I will be needing a new vehicle soon tho my jetta has over 200,000 in highway miles. We had a nice ride tho.. lol.Sun Devil Auto wasn't very cheap tho.. I paid quite a bit for the work they did. Recently I been just buying new (aftermarket) parts on Ebay and just having the mechanic puts those on and I just been having to pay for the labor. So that saves a few nickels and dimes..

These guys didn't put the splash shield properly back on my car after oil change, it fell off after driving a few days and got damaged, I had to pay to another center to remove it off. This has happenned for the 1st time in last 7 years, will never go back.

Worst place I have ever been, completely dishonest. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They never rotated my tires. They never put air in my tires like I asked them to. They checked off all the boxes that they checked the fluids which now I question. Also, if I pay for a service I expect it to be done. Do not go to Sun Devil, on San Victor and Scottsdale horrible horrible, horrible!!!!!!!!Service: Oil change

Yesterday, Sun Devil Auto did some work on my 2014 Corvette. I was very pleased with the work and the timeliness of their work. I was also very pleased that Ken, the manager, honored a verbal commitment made by the previous manager. I highly recommend this Sun Devil Auto location in Scottsdale.

I have gone to the business over several years because they are close to me and are always willing to accommodate my schedule. As part of an oil change they inspect all fluids, battery and tire pressure. Very friendly from the manager to the service staff. I have been there to check my air pressure and never made me feel like a bother. Definitely recommendService: Auto maintenance

Although I had an appointment, service was slow - about 1 hour. The price was high (over $80.00) and employees were not friendly. My tires were perfect when I arrived and 6 lbs overinflated when I left. Lots of choices for oil changes and next time I will choose someone else.

Great quality. Super nice and easy to deal with. The one issue encountered was that they kept pushing out the completion date, partly because their QA team caught an alignment issue that had to be addressed; besides that there was a parts delay. Hence the 4 stars, not 5

Wow. Came in for help. The skid plate was dragging on my car. Apparently the service I received from KIA dealership in Yuma failed to re-install the plate correctly after service. Staff at SUN DEVIL is awesome. Thank you so much for your time and service.

For Uber inspection a greedy and cheap creature asked me for 50 $ that no one paid.If this is the case for a simple inspection,so how about the cost of any other repair?Taking advantages of people who need a service is not an honor.Think twice before heading to this terrible place.
