Easy no headache type operation! Great service is an understatement. Keith was very knowledgeable and explained in detail all my options. I needed immediate service, they took my car in immediately and had it fixed 24 hours later! I didn t feel taken advantage of and left understanding what was done and why. Very friendly staff who do their best to take care of your car in a very professional way. I will be bringing my vehicle back for all my future preventative maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!!!

All the guys, Keith, and all the guys at the Scottsdale auto care have done nothing but take great care of me and my car! Keith with my Mechanic got a previous location now at Scottsdale auto care, and I won t go anywhere else! They will go above and beyond for you and your Vehicle will thank you for it

Where do I begin? I ve known Keith for almost a decade he s never let me down. As a single mom having my car breaking down is extra stress. Add to that that it s already to trust that you Won t be taken advantage of and charged unfairly. Well Keith has always taken care of me and my cars, and gone the extra mile. He is fair and honest. His work ethic is unparalleled. I have nothing but great things to say about Keith and his shop. I will always bring my cars to him and I trust him blindly he ll take care of them to the best of his abilities, and beyond. I recommend this shop to anyone that is seeking an honest and fair place to bring their vehicles.

Super great service. I'll recommend them to anyone. 5 forsure. Never had a shop give me a list of good and bad information on my car, and printed out a list of recalls for me to take care of. I definitely recommend this shop.

My Audi had a strange noise. Just stopped in to see if Keith could get me on his schedule. He said if you have 10 minutes I can get it up in the air and have a look. His technecian was able to diagnose the noise and repair it on the spot. Awesome customer and repair service.

A week after settling in from our 34 hour trip with our 2006 Honda Odyssey, our AC stopped blowing cold air and lost power steering. We immediately went in search for a mechanic and found All Valley Car care in Scottsdale with it's impressive 5 Star review. They definitely lived up to their great customers reviews. They quickly access the issue and gave us a few options. They even showed us the exact problem and it's cause. They were extremely busy at the time and I wasn't in a position to leave the vehicle. I was extremely impressed with Chris's recommendation to recommend a less busier shop. Plus we needed a rental if the van had to be left for a few days. That's customer service at it's best in today's highly competitive Auto Mechanic market. Thanks Chris and All Valley Car care In Scottsdale. Great customer service and honesty is the backbone of every successful business.

I took my Audi s4 back in June at the Phoenix location where Mike was my point of contact who made everything so wonderful. I am not to car savvy so he was very patient with going over details I did not understand, and more than welcome to answer any of my questions. Near the end of July my car needed additional work and All Valley Car Care was my go to. The process with getting this months work done was just as great. We had a few bumps in the road but Mike & Chris were quick to work on ways to get things rolling! I had such a great experience with this company and will recommend others this is the place to go.Thank you guys!

Chris was open and honest on my car's AC repair. All Valley Car Care saved me a good amount of money by not insisting on additional component replacement like the other shops I called. What a wonderful experience it was to work with All Valley Car Care. We were on holiday when our car experienced mechanical issues. Chris was wonderfully clear, helpful and a joy to work with. We knew that it may take some trouble shooting to identify all sources of the squealing noise. Most was handled in the first session and the small squeak that continued was quickly dealt with by Chris and the team the very next day when we brought it back in. It s wonderful to get a clear picture of the range of possibilities and not be surprised by anything. These guys are solid. They are very experienced and realistic. I took my car here Monday and it was ready for pick up by Thursday. They fixed multiple issues and were communicating with me the whole way through. Chris was very accommodating to any issues that came up and always gave me the choice to get it fixed. The inspection they did was extremely thorough and showed me all the issues with my vehicle, even the parts that were in good condition. I m so happy to have my car back and it s driving better than ever. I have gone to Valley Care Center for a few years. I completely trust them to get the job done and do it for the best rate. Chris at the front desk is so helpful and I trust him with my car. Honestly, I tried a competitor a few years ago and got so ripped off. So I give Valley Car Care my business, now my friends go there also. They get you in as soon as they can! Awesome!

They did excellent work on 2 vehicles. They even patched a purge canister that was triggering a check engine, at no additional cost! Their prices are better than others. Highly recommend!

I went to All Valley for the first time this morning. I was greeted by Chris, the General Manager. I explained that the engine splash shield was removed on my 2008 Mazda3 as the center bracket that goes around the radiator was broken, and I had an estimate of over $800 to repair since the radiator would have to be removed and replaced to install a new bracket. Chris and the mechanic, Ivan, informed me that it would be ok to leave the splash shield off the car and just drive a bit more cautiously, and Ivan could fix the broken bracket with a bolt and two zip ties. This he accomplished within 20 minutes......and then I was told "no charge" for this service! Well, All Valley is now my go-to car service center for sure! What an awesome find!*******************************************************************I wanted to add to this review. I went back to All Valley a couple weeks later as was hearing a strange sound from beneath the driver side wheel area, The mechanic, Ivan, went with me for a test drive and immediately said it sounded like the left strut housing. So the part was ordered and replaced. I left there after they worked on it and still noticed the sound......turned out I had a damaged rack and pinion problem (from previously hitting a curb while avoiding hitting a dog). So this expensive piece was replaced. Once again, still hear the noise. Ivan and Chris decided it must be the internal part of the strut (which is not observable) so Chris said since these repairs had cost over $2,600 (although my CarShield did cover about $895), he would have the entire strut assembly replaced and would not charge me for it! Well, unfortunately, the noise is still there after the new strut was put on,but I do not have the funds right now to get it fixed. Chris was great with dealing with CarShield to get the one part needed covered and Ivan is one heck of a great mechanic! I do not blame them for my car still having the same noise....the parts they replaced were damaged so needed to be repaired. Just frustrated that the car is still not fixed :( Do I recommend All Valley Car Care Scottsdale? You bet I do! :)

5-STAR REVIEW - I live in Chicago and when I first spoke to Chris, I had a great feeling. My son who was in AZ for college was having batter/alternator/electrical issues with his vehicle. Not being a car guy myself, I called around and was quoted what appeard to be higher than usual rates. When I spoke to Chris, he assured me he would work with us to locate the issue and would not gouge me on pricing like the others appeared to be doing. I can only speak for my experience with Chris... he was super helpful offering to tow the vehicle. The car did need extensive work but all said and done (including the tow) was under $1000. Other companies were quoting $1500 to $2000 just to get the car. After Chris got us back out on the road, we continued to utilize All Valley Car Care Services for general auto maintenance, including new brakes and rotors. I cannot speak highly enough about the peace of mind I had working directly with Chris when the car was not running which opened the door to ongoing business transations. Happy Memorial Day Chris and Team... I cannot thank you enough for all your help over the past several months. On a long road trip and needed an intermittent wheel vibration diagnosed. They accomodated me quickly (though for a higher price) and were very thorough in their diagnosis of the issue, as well as giving my vehicle systems a decent examination. Turned out to be an imperfection in the tread of one tire, which I decided to just live with. I have done all my own mechanical work for years, so I was well aware of the car's condition. I think they would have been quite pushy, if I had been a less knowledgeable customer. We both got what we wanted from the transaction...they got good money and I got my answer.

I stumbled onto these guys on a Friday in December 2022 as my location couldn t take care of my issue and I had a trip to Sedona planned for the coming Monday. Not only did they squeeze me in, but Chris was and is THE BEST and accommodated me so I could work remotely from their waiting area, provided a charger for my laptop, picked up lunch (I offered to buy but they treated me!) and just went above and beyond. I was so stressed when I arrived as I had left my home that morning thinking it was going to be a quick thing on my side of town (NW Peoria) and found myself in Scottsdale for a few hours with my laptop about to die and I was supposed to be working! These guys turned a very stressful morning into a very positive experience and revived my belief in customer service. Needless to say, I now drive to Scottsdale for so much as an oil change. But y all shouldn t go there. I don t want them to get too busy that I can t get pampered anymore!! Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I cannot recommend Chris and his team at All Valley Car Care enough!! I had called them for a second opinion on my Jeep for something the dealership told me was going to cost $3800 to repair. I explained to Chris over the phone what they said was wrong with it and he asked me some questions about how my car was preforming and explained to me why it wasn t making sense. He knew I had already paid the dealership $180 for the diagnosis and he said he would do his own diagnosis on it for free and even offered to tow my car from the dealership because I was waiting for a ride to go get it myself which was very kind! He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was in his possession. Turns out, he was right and there were no misfire signals coming from my car to state what the dealership was trying to tell me. He said my car was running perfectly fine and not to be worried about it at all. Saving me so much money! The team here is kind, honest, and genuine which is so hard to find in this line of work. Unlike the dealerships who are just out to take all your money. I even referred my sister here for her Audi and she had all the same great things to say about them. If my car ever needs work done, I plan to always bring it here now. Thank you again Chris!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

After I found out Alfa Romeo dealership tried to rip me off on labor cost, I reached out to a friend and he recommended me this place. They were so honest about how long it ll take them to replace a brake pad kit, and tried their best to make the whole procedure as comfortable as it can be for me because I had to pick up my son from school. Front desk Chris was very helpful and sweet. I d recommend it to other friends for their best service and professional work!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Chris and his guys were very thorough and detailed when taking car of our car. I like how they include the inspection report with pictures, and do not lie to you with bogus issues just to upcharge you. I travel 30 minutes from surprise just use this shop. Took our car into Sun Devil in the same lot for an oil change and afterwards couldn t keep our battery charged to drive. Sun Devil couldn t help us. After talking to numerous mechanics around the lot, All Valley checked our Delica and determined that the issue was the alternator and not the batteries (for free). We ordered the part online because it was a bit specific for our 1992 L300 Delica. They installed it, and Chris the general manager was super nice. We were living out of our van stuck in the lot in the middle of summer. He gave us water and ice. Couldn t be more thankful, they were our saving grace. Quick and service once the part came in, and excellent prices too. They greased our prop shafts and suspension as well with no extra charge. Dodge Challenger - New transmission. I needed a new transmission and all valley car care was able to get a new, not rebuilt, one in relatively quick time. Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date and am very impressed with how personable the staff is. There were a couple electrical quirks along the way they resolved without any extra charge. The alternator in our 1992 Mitsubishi Delica died in the parking lot of All valley car care and no other mechanics in the lot wanted to touch it (understandably) because its 30 years old and Japanese. We worked with the manager Chris to figure out exactly what part we needed, ordered it online and when it showed up at the end of the week he installed it same day! We had been living out of the van so with it undriveable we were stuck in the parking lot and Chris was so hospitable throughout the week offering us water, an air conditioned room, a bathroom and a place to charge things. He even froze a couple gallon jugs for us to take on the road! Great guys here and the techs are very knowledgeable, I am so grateful this is the lot we broke down in!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical
