Came in seeking some help to look at my car. Had a clunking sound in the back and they told me I could use their lift even tho they had others cars to work on they still chose to help. He ending up finding the issue and fixed it for my right then and there as it was just something little. But very helpful and generous to let me stop by

I have been going to Scottsdale Automotive for 10 years. Art and Jim have taken excellent care of my cars going above what you would expect, finding the causes to problems I have had. I would never go anywhere else. I looked at the other reviews here and don't understand it.I have never been over charged, always the work was explained to me and they are nice guys. In fact I have been there when other shops have called and asked them what to do about a certain problem! Its not a fancy place thats true, its just the right place to have your car cared for.

I worked for Art back in 1994 in the parts store he owned next door. Good man to work for and I had my car worked on several times in this shop and work was always great! Thank you Art for giving a college kid a good job! I long have since moved from AZ but sure to miss Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. I miss Long s food too.

I've done some business with them in times past, and I'm impressed with the massive knowledge accumulated over the decades. That's why I recommended my neighbor take his pickup there for some baffling trailer lighting trouble. Art fixed the problem in the wink of an eye or two. I had also suggested the trailer specialty shop nearby, and my friend was very glad he chose Art's shop.

Always treats me fairly and honestly. Decent dependable work at a fair price. I moved out to Sunnyslope and I still bring my car to Scottsdale for Art to work on it.

This place is a money pit. Art doesn't give a qoute before the work is performed and he over charges you on parts and labor in the end.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Customer service is horrible, Repair work is shoddy.Repair orders are very poorly written with no detail or explanation of billable hours to say the least and the lack of it all leaves you with a feeling of dishonesty and distrust. Dinasours will die.....

He's done work for me in the past and not only are they grumpy and ungrateful for your business, but they rip you off!! Avoid like the plague .

Call in for a quote, the guy was extremely rude and I was told to go to another shop and hang me up. Way to treat your customer. Very shady. 0 star

Horrible customer service! The older gentleman seemed bothered by me being at his shop. Charged me 10 dollars to ruin my exhaust tip.
