First time bringing my car here based on other reviews. 2013 Acura RDX needed basic maintenance service/inspection. I made an appointment and let them know that I would need the car back in an hour or I would have to get a ride and come back later. They promised me it would be done in the hour and it was. Already impressed! They did the work that I asked them to do. They made suggestions about upcoming work that would need to be done, but there was no hard pressure sales tactics. I really appreciated that. I have definitely found my new mechanic!

We've been taking our cars to Rorys for many years. always come away with a positive experience. Easy to schedual and describe service needs on line. never had to wait for service to start. Walk in, hand over the keys, confirm what needs to be done and before I even get a cup of their coffee, the car is in the bay being worked on (apparently "appointment time" means something). There are no pressured upsells. If something is noticed it is brought up. Refuse? Done. No follow up pressure. Always friendly, respectful and courtious. Work is completeded quickly and with quality. Pricing is competive with similial type shops but much cheaper than a dealer.

I just replaced my suspension and needed an alignment. Joe, David, Rory, and Mike were all excellent to work with. They take great care of my Porsche and had excellent prices compared to the Porsche dealer. Nothing but the best service from incredibly caring technicians. The honesty and integrity displayed by this business is few and far between. David was very upfront and always professional, giving me a range of price that was acceptable. He is very professional and amiable. On this occasion, he could have charged me more because of additional parts but he stuck to the price that he gave me. Just excellent!!

Again, David did a great job helping us with our fleet of Priuses. When one of our high mileage cars (340K miles) was ready to be scrapped, David worked with us on salvaging about $8K in parts to be used in our remaining fleet. Great Service!

Have used for multiple jobs, with everything from classic cars to late models. These guys are honest, trustworthy and good at what they do. They're reasonably priced and I never feel taken advantage of or as if they're trying to get over on me. They get the job done quickly and they get it done right.

Rory s has been our mechanic shop for several years now. Great customer service, prompt repairs, honest evaluations and estimates, and great work. The business is in new hands now, and so far we haven t seen a change in service or results. Rory s was able to fit me in within the hour for an alignment. My car is lowered with a front splitter and aftermarket wheels, and most shops turned me down. The techs at Rory s were easily able to get it on their alignment rack, and completed the service within 30 minutes of my arrival. After the service, I was given a spec sheet and complete rundown. On top of the amazing service, their price was by far the lowest out of any shop I contacted. Couldn t have been a better experience- highly recommend.Service: Wheel alignment

Traveling through Arizona on a Friday and noted a leaking pinion seal on my G-2 front axle (Jeep JKU). Rory s got me in too evaluated the problem, check the axle fluid level and advise, No charge? That was so appreciated !Consistent with their reputation fairness,Thanks guys !

Showed up on time for an 8:00 a.m. appointment. They were ready and started work immediately. Waited while they did the work. When completed, the gentleman at the desk explained what was needed and what they did and I was on my way. The team here did a good job explaining the potential problems and costs associated with repairing my AC. He gave me a realistic cost and time estimate to complete the repair and then beat his estimate on time and was pretty close on cost. I have used Rory s several times. They have worked on German autos and my 4Runner and all of their work has been top class. I absolutely recommend them.
