My girlfriend was in need of a car and this was her first time financing/applying for a car, so we thought we needed to get something as cheap as possible. We had already picked out a car and had a whole plan for once we got there, but things quickly changed when we arrived. Our car salesman, Dino, offered us an amazing opportunity to get a brand new Honda civic!!! We weren t expecting that she would be able to get approved for something brand new. Dino was amazing! He helped us through the whole process and answered any and every question we had. We were very unsure at first but he was able to convince us and secure us with the final outcome. Everything was so fast, easy, and transparent! And they definitely were able to work with our budget. Carlos, in financing, was able to get us in and out within 30 minutes! Thank you for everything guys, we really appreciate it!

Wow. Buying a car is easy with these guys. No games, kept their word, fast and informative. Tristan walked us through step by step. He helped us get the deal in our price range. Walter in finance explained everything thoroughly. No time wasting. I was honestly nervous from nightmares with previous dealers. Hope to work with Tristan and Walter again. Highly recommended.

Wow, Wow, Wow. I've bought a lot of new cars and this was BY FAR the best buying and servicing experience I've every had. Bought my car mostly online from Mark who had the car running and ready to drive when I arrived for my appointment to pick it up. Perfect experience all around. They made it quick and easy. I ordered some accessories to put on it as well. I had to come back for some of them and there was a little snafu and Zach in service more than made up for it. I can't say enough about Mark and Zach. Thank you both for making my new Civic Touring buying and servicing experience AMAZING!! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership because of their reviews and pricing and I'm so glad I did. Oh and Mark called today to wish me Happy Birthday! :)

Where is the 5+ star button?! I am Stunned. Our recent purchase of a new Honda yesterday was the absolute best car buying experiences I ever had. I usually help all my family members in car buying due to long and dueling experience to get a car, I was so surprised on how incredibly smooth the whole process went here. From the start the professionalism to the clean showroom floor and offices, with full courteousness from the staff - it is a good feeling to know one will spend time with the right individuals for the important purchase. Mark, our salesman wasted no time to get the exact car we were looking for and at the exact pricing we were seeking. Quickly moving forward to the financing step, where most of us start to sweat, Tyler displayed the best experience and process at this last step of the deal. His command of expertise and use of incredible technology, went through step by step, line by line of what all the details were. Full transparency and when we needed to get better numbers, Tyler made it happen.I cannot commend/recommend this store enough. Quite frankly, I feel this store should become car dealership consultants and guide All dealerships to work at this level. Bravo Right Honda, you run a amazing tight cruise ship!

Bought a certified pre owned crv recently. Never have purchased a new vehicle from a dealer before but they walked me right through the process. Logan Michaels told me to pick what I want and he would find a way to make numbers work for me. And for what we had to work with my credit and such. He did just that. Found a way to make it work. I would definitely buy from them again.

I regret going to this dealership and purchased a Honda civic. I purchased my Pilot at Bell Honda and they went above and beyond.The salesman was nice but failed to follow through with questions in a timely manner. The finance department representative could ve been nicer and more professional. I honestly felt that they were pressed for time to speed the process along so they could clock out. I called the finance department repeatedly for 4 days to make a down payment. I received the voicemail on every attempt. Customers, no matter the price tag of the car, are one of the reasons for your paychecks. I would not suggest this dealership. Go to Bell Honda, Ulysis in finance is wonderful and Shiloh is super helpful.

First, We have to thank Daniel our internet/online sales agent. He was pleasant, helpful and prior to visiting the dealership our correspondence was not pushed/pressured into making a decision. The total experience was normal and what is expected when purchasing. Both sides have to agree on a out the door price. A little back-n-forth and it's done! We do suggest being pre-qualified before negotiations start. Anyway, we again thank Daniel for his assistance in purchasing the vehicle.

As someone who genuinely did not want to deal with getting a new car, I actually enjoyed my experience with this dealership.Andre was able to answer every question I had and walked me through all the features on my new car which was very helpful! Sam also did a great job by working with me to get to a price I was comfortable with and walking me through every breakdown for multiple financial statements. Both gentleman showed tons of patience throughout the process and that was appreciated.Would recommend to friends :)

Right Honda had very helpful technicians who knew we live 2 hours away from the repair shop. They did an excellent job of getting our car in a bit before the scheduled appointment and were able to work really hard and get it completed so we could hopefully make it home before dark. They were so nice as we waited at the dealership for the work to be done. A very clean comfortable outside space is where we waited. Everything was explained thoroughly and check out was quick. We made it home just at dark!

Always extremely friendly, quick to get your car looked over, and get you the best deal they can. I realize bringing an out of warranty car into the dealership can be scary - at least you know you re getting quality work from technicians that work on the same make of vehicles all day. In addition there is always a warranty on the work they do. Thanks much to everyone in the service department, I appreciate you getting the old civic back and running!

Juan was my sales rep very nice young man. He showed me around a lot he did not try to sell something that I was not looking for I can't use a pickup truck with a 5-ft bed there is a Dodge that he didn't have the information on yet that he will get back to me with. I handed him a business card I think I can work with this one.

Kyle with Right Honda was wonderful! As a first time buyer he answered all my questions and concerns and made the process super smooth and easy. Great attitude and super knowledgeable. Customer service at its finest! Was sold on the vehicle before he knew it but still went above and beyond regardless to explain why sticking with Right Honda was the way to go! Last week, I went to trade in my old vehicle for a new vehicle with the help of a couple family members. Regarding the Right Honda team, I was helped by Joe M. (Sales), Damien (Sales Manager), Trevor (Finance), and Tyler (Finance). All of them were super nice, very straightforward with the pricing of the vehicle when getting down to brass tacks, and were open to having me schedule an appointment if I had any further questions regarding the new vehicle. Joe and Damien taught me quite a bit about my new vehicle before driving it (which saved me a hassle now that I am actually driving it not having to learn everything on my own). Trevor and Tyler were honest, upfront, and helpful about the agreements and contracts I was signing up for, and they answered any questions we had without any pushback. Overall, I had a great experience at Right Honda, and it was made better by working with Joe M., Damien, Trevor, and Tyler. Many thanks to those staff members and thank you to Right Honda for both the new vehicle and the great customer service!

Salesman Rockey in northsight location is a joy to work with. Great personality, patient and can take his time to answer every questions that you have. This is my 4th car from them and I will make sure he is working before I need to go there.But like any other dealership, at the end of signing the contract you will face with some hidden fees and expenses.

I recently purchased my first brand new car earlier this month. After visiting a few other dealerships, Right Honda was miles above the others I went to in terms of service, professionalism, and processes. I did not feel pressured whatsoever or that anything was hidden from me. Chance was very personable and made the whole experience fun and easy. I also appreciated the follow ups to check in on how I liked the new car (and a happy birthday message). I will definitely be back and recommending Right (and Chance) to my network. I had a mixed experience with this dealership. They initially offered me a great deal for my trade-in and the new vehicle I purchased from them wasn't too bad either. Kyle, my salesperson, was really great and continued to provide good service even after the sale. However, I encountered some problems when they forgot to send my pay off to the bank for eight days. As a result, my bank account went into a negative balance when the payment day arrived, causing inconvenience. I had been assured that this wouldn't happen, as there were still 13 days before the loan payment was due. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional interest by bank on top of the 10-day pay off amount that I had given to the dealership.Edit: They fixed it up. Also Kyle is a great salesman, highly recommended.

Alex Fernandez is a very polite and professional young man. Great attitude and non-pushy. Did take some time with finance manager to get to a monthly price point I could work with. But, they did it, and I'm very grateful. I left with a beautiful car and a monthly car note I can afford. I would certainly return back to Right Honda for my next vehicle.

I'm a proud owner of a Honda and I have been servicing this car in 5 different states since before 2010 and this dealership is by far the most unscrupulous Honda dealership I have ever come across. First, when you take your car in to get the Air Conditioning fluid replaced they only fill it up with enough fluid to ensure that you will come back within 11-12 months. I would love to get my hands on the internal Right Honda email that espouses this policy. How do I know this? Because once, I was in Colorado and I needed an A/C refill and the Honda dealership in Denver had the audacity to actually fill the whole thing up. That was prepandemic and I still haven't required a refill. Secondly, the service staff will hound you about replacing parts and the sales staff will endlessly accost you about buying a new car. Tell me Right Honda salesstrumpets, what exactly is wrong with the Honda I own right now, are you saying it's not a good car and it needs to be fixed? Why is a Honda not a good car and why do they need to be replaced so often?

Unfortunate experience today in the service center. Took my car in as it was displaying several alerts pertaining to the Advanced Assist Systems, and after getting the $170 diagnostic I declined service. Upon getting back into my car, there were now more service lights and notifications on my dashboard than previously displayed. My brake hold function also stopped working though it had worked previous to the service appointment. The service rep, Jesse begrudgingly took my car back for further diagnosis and I was met with 2 additional mechanics. As a collective, they were condescending and dismissive about the fact that my car was now exhibiting more problems than before. There was clear miscommunication and misunderstandings from both sides, however it s unacceptable that I bring my car to be diagnosed, and leave with more problems, and no explanation or compensation. One of the mechanics who looked like a manager/lead type did handle the situation with tact, though the other mechanic and service rep were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. If you do come here, make it a point to show the service rep exactly what condition your car is in, otherwise they won t bother looking and it s your word vs the tech who can t even name which specific alerts were being shown.

We purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot from Right Honda. We had a great experience here. Now, I continue to bring the vehicle here for Service. The Right family of dealerships has taken care of our family for years at multiple dealerships (also Right Toyota). They don't try to sell me services that our cars don't need, and it's a very comfortable environment to wait while the service is being performed.

We had an excellent experience working with Skylar. He was there from early morning until late at night to work with us. He communicated with us throughout his very busy afternoon and evening to keep us posted on the status of the car we purchased. He was professional at times where he could have said or done things otherwise. We are glad we got to work with him.

Do you want a great new car with the best deal? Do you want to work with someone who has your best financial interest at heart? Well Viktor is your guy at Right Honda. I have always disliked the process of getting a new car until he gave me faith again that buying a car doesn't have to be a brutal process. I got a deal that is putting me back on the financial road to success after my ex tore it to shreds. He walked me through everything and genuinely cared enough to help me get into a car I love. I can't thank him and the financial team enough. They even had me come back in, because they found a better deal that is saving me 110 dollars a month with the bank I love. Don't lose faith in all car dealerships. Just go to one that truly cares. I will be going back to Viktor at Right Honda when I am ready for an auto upgrade! Thanks again!

Called ahead to schedule an appointment to check out a car listed on their website. Called 10 minutes before my appointment to confirm the car i wanted was still available and they said it was. Drove up 30-40 minutes to check out the car that was listed on their website and they told me it wasn t available when I got in and to check out their other cars instead. No hate, just wanted to inform others that this could happen to them at this place. These salesmen are only interested in sales and not your situation.

When you go the Right Honda ask for Tristan!!!!!Tristan was amazing and very helpful!Whenever he called me directly the conversations were very quick and to the point and he was able to understand when I was unable to talk in the moment and didn't try and sway me or mislead me on what I knew I wanted.He made the whole experience VERY easy to understand and told it to me straight whenever there was a "hard truth" about one of the options I was after.If there is another car that I need to purchase I would only choose to work with him!Thanks again!
