So happy to find my new shop in the valley. Communication was great throughout. My quote was quickly received and at a fair price compared to other shops of this caliber. My questions were also answered quickly and honestly. I want a shop to not only do the work but also give me their honest opinions. The owner could have very easily suggested the part I asked about and made extra money but instead offered his opinion (that I didn't NEED that part for my specific set up). Integrity is hard to find these days.The shop was super clean which tells you about their standards and work ethic. The work was excellent, and also clean (no dirty fingerprints inside or outside the car). Great experience all around will be a life long customer.

I took my e92 m3 to get a flash tune and get tpms sensors installed in my new wheels and the customer service was amazing. They helped me understand the tuning process and even threw in new spare tires when my old tires cracked for no extra cost! Their prices were also really fair and reasonable. Overall great shop and I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else.

Had my bimmer tuned here. Customer service is great as well as quick appointments. Seems like a very good company to deal with for mechanical repairs and technical upgrades and repairs that bimmers require. Pricing is fair or equivalent to other shops from what I can tell. They seem highly knowledgeable in their trade. I will use them again.

An amazing shop full of great people who really know what they are doing. I had my GTI done here last year. I had it lowered and put on BBS. They were able to quickly source my new wheels and knew just how to give me the perfect fitment with no rubbing. I ve been working with parts score to build my car since the day I ve gotten it and they have worked on my brothers past three cars for 4 years now. They always hook me up and care more about the cars well being than the money. A great shop to get your car worked on and great customer service.

Parts Score is the place to go with your car. I had issues from a previous installer and they were able to track all of the issues down and fix them all. They moved quickly to hit an event that I was going to attend and they are overall standup guys. I was easily able to stay in the loop through email or phone call at anytime for updates and issues that were found. The prices was right and the integrity is what has sold me for life, I can't say enough positive things about Jason and his team. Definitely do business with Parts Score.Service: Engine repair

I've been working with Parts Score for 10 months, making consistent incremental modifications and bumps in power to my vehicle. Jason & his team are the real deal. Jason, David and the entire team at Parts Score were a pleasure to work with. I took my 2004 E46 M3 to them for new rod bearings and motor mounts. They took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all my questions, showed me around the shop, pure red carpet treatment. The work was performed professionally, exactly what they said it would cost in the estimate and it was completed on time. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to them for more work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality shop to work on their car. Thanks again guys!

Not gonna lie, I was pretty skeptical seeing the last couple reviews but since the first time reaching out to Parts Score, it has been nothing but a great experience.Jason was super helpful in helping me spec and source tires and answered all of my questions. The guys were able to mount my brand new wheels with no damage on a pretty stretched tire set up, and were able to get me in the next day.

Got it all sorted and back on the road for a great price. Thank you guys! Have had them repair 3 of my BMWs now and it s completed to my satisfaction every time. I even bring in my own parts for them and they are able to put in the upgraded parts (metal transmission solenoid).

Amazing first experience. Jason was super accommodating with getting everything done in a single day. I brought my 2009 328i in with a strong fuel smell and rough startup. They were able to diagnose the issues(driver and passenger side fuel sending unit replacement) and get a new serpentine belt in for me all in a single day. They were very communicative about the process as I drove down from the west valley. They are professional and provide outstanding service. TLDR: went in for a pre purchase inspection for a 2005 BMW M3. I get the impression they have some kind of deal where they overlook major issues so a used car dealership can sell a vehicle or they just don't know what they're doing. I am left feeling like I got hustled.If you want the details:I had a very disappointing experience with Parts Score. I live out of state, and was looking at a 2005 M3 in Scottsdale. The dealership recommended Parts Score to me as they specialize in BMW cars. I asked that they be thorough and specifically asked they made sure to double check certain issues M3's tend to have.They sent me the report, which seemed to have repairs that are pretty standard. However, they didn't follow up with me to go through the report even though I asked them to call me back twice. Since they seemed like a reputable company, I showed the suggested repairs to my mechanic here in LA and he said it was a good purchase. Yes repairs were needed but it was seemingly worth it. Upon receiving the car, the car was overheating on the first drive in 60 degree weather, the tire light was red and the rear wheel was flat in a few days time even though the report said they were in good condition. It also said that it had no signs of being raced or tracked, which is ludicrous in the condition it's in. I wouldn't have paid for the car at the dealership price point had I been made aware of this.I sent an email to the dealership, and Parts Score reached out instead to address the report and said that everything that I had referenced in the email was in the report, it was just "different terminology." Also, they didn't see cracks in the mounting, which I had asked them specifically to check out. The cracks are very apparent. When I told him I would send him photos, he acted indifferent and said it's fine but it's just a case of he said she said. Cool! So they couldn't care less, even when I offered up proof.

Look no further. If you're looking for maintenance or performance tuning on your European vehicle Parts Score is hands-down the place to go. I've been in client service and client experience for over a decade now and I was impressed with this business from the very first phone call that I made to them. A family member in the Performance Automotive industry referred me to them and I am very grateful for that. Every member of the staff is extremely accommodating, very kind, very professional and very focused on creating a great experience. They are very knowledgeable and love what they do. Jason and David have been great to work with. I bought my first BMW (used) earlier last year and I've had a couple maintenance concerns pop up since then. Their responsiveness has been top-notch. They didn't charge me for diagnostics the first time I brought it in and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was good to go. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for anything else I might need in the future. I can't wait to be able to get some of the Performance Tuning and mods done that they've recommended so far. Thank you guys for everything you do and congratulations on all your success. Keep up the great work. I only wish you also worked on Jeeps! LOL

I've been to several shops throughout the valley for a variety of services and none have come close to giving the service that Parts Score has. Leah was incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries and extremely helpful in recommending parts. I sourced several parts through the shop and their prices were lower than anything I could find online.When I dropped the car off, Jason took the time to go over the details of everything they would be doing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They got the work done perfectly on schedule, and with fantastic craftsmanship.I've been to smaller shops ran by people in the scene that do good work, but at their own pace and schedule. I've been to larger more commercial shops that do good work, but don't really take the time to interact or care about their customers. Parts Score is at that sweet spot in the middle where they will get the work done expertly and promptly, but will also take the time to talk about and share their love of cars with the customers.I truly can't recommend this shop enough

Parts Score is the place to go when dealing with German cars. They treat you with respect and overall treat you like family. Very good customer service with good prices, quick turn around times, and flexibility. Awesome shop, they went above and beyond what I had originally set out to do with my car. There was some major changes in my engine bay and they made everything look like it came from the factory. I waited a few weeks to write this review just to make sure nothing unexpected came up and it has not Great quality of work, they got the job done on time and they are super friendly. Jason and Ray are very knowledgeable about these cars and took the time to walk me through everything that had been done. Very happy with the service I received and will be sure to come back in the future. Happy customer here!

The only shop I take my BMW's too, no one will do a better job and care for you car as if it was his own like Jason (owner). They work quickly and always explain what the issues was and how it was fixed. I would recommend Parts Score for anyone wanting service of performance upgrades to their Audi, VW, BMW, etc. They also build some amazing project cars.

Nothing but the absolute best from the staff, the facility, and the service. It's hard to find somebody you can fully trust in any business, especially the automotive business, but Jason and Leah make sure that isn't an issue with them. Their transparency, helpfulness and true passion for what they do is second to none. Not to mention their team behind them. Ray, Jordan, and Austin are some of the best European techs out there, and their work really backs that. Parts Score has built 2 of my Audi's now that have performed and looked incredible. Couldn't thank everyone here enough for how well they have taken care of me and everybody I have sent their way.

I have been going to Parts Score since 2014 and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. They can tackle any task you throw at them and are the only people I trust with my M3. The guys (Ramon, Jason, Ray, Marv, Tony, and David) are all great people that have an excellent attention to detail and are very knowledgeable in the European car field. If you want a shop to exceed your expectations and that provides great customer service; Parts Score is the only shop for you.

Best European performance shop in town, hands down! Jason and his whole staff are amazing, super knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly value trust, honesty, and peace of mind, and this place gives me all of those things and more. Most recently went in to have a JB4 put on my 335is. The thing is so cool! I'll definitely be headed back to have more mods done, and done right, the first time. Thanks Parts Score for being awesome and always treating me like family. I highly, highly recommend giving these guys a call!

Jason and his team are amazing. I bought my M4 in august of 2020 and literally a week later went stage 1 and it was amazing. Eventually I wanted more so I decided to go to stage 2 and install a KW HAS kit! Everything went flawlessly. Everything was done in a timely manner and now I love my M4 even more. They are professional yet welcome you like family and they will remember your name next time you come in! I have nothing but positive things to say about parts score! Now I will only take my car here to get work done, even maintenance. They do maintenance! It s a one stop shop, you won t have to go anywhere else. The staff at Parts Score went above and beyond to help me! David is extremely knowledgeable and guided me through a technical process fitting parts on my car. He was patient and even provided me with detailed pictures and descriptions to help. The best part is I have yet to purchase anything from them!!They did it for their true passion for the car community. Have always been impressed with Jason and his shop. I love how they have the latest up-to-date parts and equipment to properly care for a modern BMW. My e92 m3 is my baby and I track it hard. I rely on someone with expertise and a true interest in ensuring a job is done right. This is the difference between life and death out on the track. Sloppy work can kill you. These guys are meticulous. I trust them with my e92 m3 race-car and would trust them with any job.

Every tech not only treats your car like they would their own, but they have no issue explaining automotive concepts in down-to-earth language. During your build or repair process they also suggest preventative maintenance, and worthwhile modification paths.3. Jason (the owner) has always been respectful, knowledgeable and personable to me. With every encounter I've ever had with him, he has always been willing to go above and beyond with service. Not only that, but he's a great guy. You can tell when talking to him that this is a passion, not just a job.Work:1. Work is timely and carried out with precision.2. Especially in recent times, quotes are accurate and follow ups are prompt and timely.3. With professional photography of your installation process available, you have and awesome history of your build!Cost:1. Prices on parts are competitive and fair. If you own a German car and live in AZ chances are you've heard of Parts Score. I only had heard things before saying they are the best place , the go to. I can't say enough how true these things are. From the moment you first walk in and are greeted by David to the back of house, the attitude and appearance are professional. All the work and the quality of work that the technicians perform there is 10/10. Now that I know, I will never take my car anywhere else. If you have any mods or maintenance you need done to your German car; Parts Score is a must. My Oil filter housing and DCT leak were something I was dreading fixing. Parts Score made it a no brainier and made easy work out of it. Thank you for making my car great again.
