Today (19-Mar-2024) service was normal. However, there are indications that on 9-Jan-2024, a different Jiffy Lube did not change the oil, though I paid them for this. Specifically, on 9-Mar-2024, the oil light flashed for a second as I was on my way from Phoenix to Tucson, so I added 1 Qt of 5W-20 oil. Today checking the oil, it was completely dry, so I took my car to Brakemasters 1901 N Scottsdale Rd, where my mechanic said the oil had not been changed, & the sticker not replaced. So I took it to a different Jiffy Lube today where they confirmed that the sticker was not replaced & charged me for the oil they replaced today. I will be contacting Jiffy Lube more in depth on this matter.

The scottsdale location has an awesome staff! I was in and out within 30-40 minutes. I went around 2:30 on a Tuesday and got right in. Great customer service and reasonable prices as well!

There soda machine in the lobby took my money and the employees at this location refused to refund me my money. Why have vending machines inside the store if they don t work and you refuse to refund customers money back absolutely disrespectful and absolutely not right for a business

The guys that work here are ALWAYS I mean ALWAYS so helpful so nice and professional, I work in the building in front of the jiffy lube and my car breaks down I know they will help me without a doubt. They did it today again. I hope they know they will have donuts Monday morning for ALL their help :) really love this jiffy lube.

Great place with a great staff. I have spoken with Collin multiple times and a few others in the staff, all very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this location based on fast service, helpful staff, and reasonable prices.

I had been having what felt like the most inconvenient day ever and had to go to get an oil change as I had let a family member use my vehicle while I was out of town long term. I came home to my car trashed, a nail in one of my tires as well as 1200 miles over on its oil change. Everyone I spoke with at Jiffy Lube was so nice and helpful. My car was done quickly and honestly, it was the only good part of my day yesterday. They even said they would vacuum my VERY messy car (I wouldn t let them because my family member can clean up her own messes, they don t deserve the brunt of that).Thank you so much for being so great!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I drive a lot of miles, and I mean a WHOLE lot of miles for someone who isnt even a taxi or delivery driver lol. So I get a LOT of oil changes. I get a lot of maintenance and stuff done to my car in general. I was "today years old" when I realized at this Jiffy Lube, that there's more of a reason why they cost a little more than most places out there. And it is not just because of the speed and convenience of the service, and the fact that you can usually show up without an appointment and get out in under an hour and a 1/2. They include topping off all low fluids and they ACTUALLY do it. I had been noticing for the past few months that every time I was making a left turn, it felt kind of wonky. Turns out my power steering fluid was just below "the halfway mark" (per what I was told by the mechanic who went over everything with me), and all my other fluids were fine, but they topped that one off. THEY REALLY DID. I test drove this car home, taking a bit of a scenic route, to test it out, I made about 6 quick, kind of "tight" left turns, that really turned the steering wheel, and the problem is GONE! And I can always tell when I drive away when I just got a fantastic oil change on top of which, based on how it feels as it accelerates and how much noise I hear. Oh did they ever do a darn good job, and it took I think, only 70mins or so from when I arrived to when I left, maybe a tad longer but WORTH IT. Beyond worth paying about 20 to 25 more than what I had been at other places. I will never go anywhere else for my basic maintenance from now on. I am posting this review Weds Aug 23, the guys working your morning shift there are terrific, and please pay them sufficiently because they are doing everything right. They only asked me for one upsell item (I passed on it but will probably do it next time), and didn't push me to do anything else, so they balanced out doing their job for the company by trying to sell additional services, without compromising on service when they know a customer isn't able to spend so much. The last Jiffy Lube I went to years ago, totally different location, I didn't feel like it was anything special to pay a bit more for, and they were not quite as quick. This one sure was and I will stay loyal to this location unless I move ridiculously far away, in which I will still hope whatever Jiffy is closest can match the level of these guys right here off Scottsdale Rd near Thomas.

I attempted to go here and get my oil changed. It was a Saturday at 3:00pm, 2 hours before they closed. When I pulled up, I was greeted by the assistant manager and was advised it would be an hour before they could get to my car and I was happy to wait. This lady reiterated that the wait was going to be over an hour (my car would be done an hour before closing time). I again told her I had no problem waiting. So even with no one waiting behind me and insisting that I really don t mind waiting, she told me to leave because she didn t have time. I was speechless. I ve never received such bad customer service and was shocked to be turned away. I will never ever attempt to go to any Jiffy Lube location again.

Shop opened up at 7:30 am on Saturday and I pulled up at 7:38 am. No other cars were there yet. Employee X was the person that talked to me, (knowing you need to give the basic information they need, what are you there for and how many miles are on the car) I was able to provide the information as soon as he asked. I stated I had X miles and here for an oil change / oil filter. With his response the most amount of sarcasm that you want to hear on a Saturday morning, We don t do oil changes without also changing the oil filter . I left my key in the car like instructed and asked if there was somewhere I can wait to give them their space. Employee X also stated, since you re really anxious and eager right now let me get your information before going inside . I did not appreciate that comment and that is where I regret not leaving. At first Employee X was very unapproachable and full of sarcasm but when he came to collect payment he was a little friendlier and more willing to answer questions.The actual service done by the technicians was quick and efficient and I was actually done within 10 to 15 minutes. If the customer service aspect was there from the beginning hands-down it would ve been a five-star experience.Reason for the 3-star review is because I don t believe this is Jiffy Lube s fault and more of a personnel problem. I personally will continue to go to Jiffy Lube but I will be avoiding this location due to frontline customer service that was given.Change from 3 star to 4 star review. Manager reached out and we ha a really good conversation and he apologized for what had happened.

Colin and his team were very professional and helpful in making sure they were able to service my new bronco before they started and they were just very friendly and accommodating while they did the work. Very relatable team and efficient at what they do. I would highly recommend giving them your business.

Oil change was quick. They didn t leaveoil smudges or any mess in my car. Friendly guys. Only feedback I really have is once you come up to the window and tell me you re ready for me, don t disappear into the office and forget about me. Overall, great service, fast service, clean place! I have had 3 oil changes here because they do a good job and are friendly until you have a problem. I left after an oil change yesterday and when I got home my door wouldn t open. I called and the mechanic wasn t sure what happened but suggested I bring it in and they would look at it. Brought it in today and the manager, who seemed completely disinterested told me to have a seat. ( Didn t even look up from his computer)I waited for a while and checked the office. No one there. He was in the bay putting on some rotors. He had obviously not asked anyone to help me and he certainly wasn t going to. I left, and will not go back. Worst follow up customer service ever!Service: Oil change

I was genuinely so impressed and thankful for the (manager, Im sorry I have forgotten your name!?) - he was willing to look at my Jeep and make sure I was safe to drive my 15+ hours back home.This location did not provide the service I needed, (front end alignment) - but he pointed me in the direction that would!He inspected under my hood and all fluids to make sure I was safe - and it just meant the world.Thank you so so much!!!!

Almost went to Discount Tires but their line was so long so I found the closest tire place and wounded up here. SUPER nice staff, especially Colin! Got me in real quick, and left just as quickly. Thank you guys and Colin! :)

My little sister went in to get just her oil changed, then 2 of the guys came back to her and told her that her serpentine belt was literally about to break and that she is so lucky that it didn't break while driving! They almost had her convinced!! Thank God she didn't have the money at that time and she is smarter than the average bear. She went home and called one of her mechanic friends who came to look at it and told her they completely tried to scam her, and he even called of of his mechanic co workers and he too also said they tried to scam her. LADIES PLEASE NEVER GO TO A MECHANIC SHOP BY YOURSELF, THEY WILL TRY TO GET YOU FOR YOUR $$$$$!!!

Terry was absolutely amazing! No-nonsense, fast and quality work at a fair price. Cars are expensive, maintenance is cheap, get your fluids changed frequently, especially automatic transmission fluid. We drove from Pennsylvania to Arizona, while there we got our oil changed and had the car looked over after the long trip.
